14741  Other / Off-topic / Re: Looking to sell my forum account for btc. Is there any interest in this? on: October 18, 2014, 09:39:19 PM
An appropriate level of trolling, lol. I like that.

To end all debate, I did not sell this account. I argued with someone about how bad the account selling and sock puppet problem was at this forum. I said it wasn't a big deal. To prove my point I made this thread trying to honeypot possible buyers that would communicate via PM only. I have received 22 offers to purchase the account in a year. Half of those never posted in the thread and one of those was an account reseller that never posted in the thread. I'm not happy to admit I was wrong. It's a bigger problem than I thought it was.

For the record I would have given any potential buyer a test to make sure they had an appropriate knowledge of Bitcoin (capital B) and an appropriate sense of humor prior to selling the account, in order to ensure that your legacy lives on.

Just analyzed your site out of boredom. Iīm SEO. Very sorry for the people who will get screwed here. Cheesy
Also, please stop dreaming... your numbers are complete bullshit. Apart from the fact that you site doesnīt get that much
views, even if it would... it is no rocket science to pay 5% on fiverr to get some crappy pakistani or indian views on a crappy site like yours.
So, really... come down to earth and stop screwing the people. Your site doesnīt get any noteworthy traffic. Also you should consider
to stop fucking people with your double accounts here on bitcointalk. Itīs not 1990. Come down to earth.
What do you mean by you are SEO? This usually means "search engine optimization" which would not make sense in the context of what you are saying.

I also don't think many people are going to be paying others $5 to visit their site, some traffic may be purchased but it certainly don't have any traffic from fiver

14745  Economy / Lending / Re: Want to borrow 0.40 btc [Have some kind of collateral], short term, high interest on: October 18, 2014, 03:51:21 PM
Most domain names have very little value, any traffic that they see can easily be purchased. If you want to see the value of a domain then look in the digital goods section or the auction section and see the vast amounts of domains being offered for sale and the amount of demand for them.

This leaves you with your account for collateral, which is not going to get lenders to agree to lend you more then .1 BTC which is what I could offer. If you are interested, my lending thread is in my signature, you can post there if you want to ask for a .1 BTC loan which I would be able to offer you.

He just asked to have his account appraised and (but said he had no intention of selling) and was told that his account is worth one btc which is the exact amount being borrowed.

I'd say it's worth a lot more than 1 btc
This may or may not be true, however he was told that his account is worth the same amount that he was asking for. IMO this sets off a lot of red flags in my book.

14756  Economy / Lending / Re: Want borrow 0.35 btc [Have colleteral] on: October 15, 2014, 10:31:36 PM
I'll repay it after 1 month 0.4 btc.
I have 35 LTC colleteral.
I can lend you .28 provided that you agree to wear the signature of my choice as well as the BTC address of my choice for the duration of the loan. I will charge 15% interest (.322 will be due in one month). I agree to not sell your collateral as long as you keep the signature and BTC address of my choice, in the event that you change your signature or BTC address, the collateral will be sold, .322 will be sent to me from escrow, and the rest will be sent to you (or if the collateral is worth less then .322, the difference will be due me immediately). I can cover any escrow fees for this loan.

14758  Other / New forum software / Re: Newbie Restrictions Should Return on: October 13, 2014, 05:11:50 PM
What change should be made IMO is to restrict newbies from creating threads in certain sections. I would suggest the currency exchange, and lending sections to be among the restricted sections (they can still reply to threads just not create new ones).

I see so many obvious scams in those sections that it is ridiculous, the scams are obvious to everyone and the scam does not work. The would be scammers end up getting trolled and other commerce is reduced. I agree that the forum should not moderate potential scams, but no one believes these scams and commerce only gets interrupted because of these scam attempts.

Some of what appear to be scams are likely from people who simply don't understand the rules and expectations of the forum and community and putting a block on newbies from creating new threads would give newbies more time to read the stickies and other important threads to learn this information.

There is no real reason to be posting anything you wouldn't want your account to be associated with in these two sections, so I don't see any reason why someone would create an account specifically to do a purchase/sale or to borrow money/lend unless they planned on scamming

 Grin Grin 没有时间打理 这些账号啊  送了好几个出去了
如果您有任何高级帐户,我有兴趣购买你。如果你有兴趣给我发私人消息。
