I have to agree with Dave.....to me its not only the transport to get high items to the place of grading but also the chance of someone meesing around with the holos.
I would hand deliver and probably request to witness the grading done in front of me.
If that is not possible, then they shall stay in my dungeon.
That would more than likely never be possible due to how the grading companies allow certain people in certain areas. I hear you so its impossible to enter their premises and witness it. But I have heard if they are on the road at certain events some companies can do grading in front of the customer or is that hearsay? If it is true then I would need to wait for them to be in NYC for such an event to happen. |

Current high bidder! I have finally sat down and figured out how to use these cards! Pretty simple really....so I loaded the card with the NFT and also with 0.0005 BTC!!! I hadn't logged in for nearly 2 years. (small protest that a site like this should have 2FA by now, but that's for another time)
However, I felt this was important enough to log in. I needed to remove my positive trust for yogg while adding a negative for this DISGRACED maker that I once considered a friend. I peeled and swept anything coldkey/yogg related and I had some really rare pieces. Premiums lost, but it's better than yogg getting a single Sat that I consider mine.
Here's my take on the remaining coldkeys...
yogg really doesn't have access to the remaining private keys (a gambling degenerate would keep sweeping when tempted)
OR
yogg realizes that he may be facing REAL legal trouble. If he sweeps more, bitcoin is not worth enough YET to make it worth taking the rest. He would need it to be enough to truly go into hiding with the remaining funds and live out the rest of his miserable little life.
Well said....better to sweep than to have scumbag take our precious sats! Why take a chance after all that he probably has more priv keys that he might accidentally discover sometime down the line. And yeah legal trouble will come to him for the devious move he just pulled on us all. Who the hell couldve seen this coming? I mean I know there was something off with him but not this tbh. This is the worst kind of betrayal any physical bitcoin maker could ever pull. |

If the printed paper has lasted this long I guess its a result, what could change that result
going forward? the PH of the water? added chemicals like chlorine perhaps - IDK...
Anyway this is a great service for the community you are giving!
Good questions....but who knows...I am not testing the PH or chlorine level in the water. I assume the chlorine will eventually evaporate out of the water. The whole idea behind this is to see what paper and ink would last the longest. And so far all three different makes are hodling up pretty good. Believe it or not the ink is a standard inkjet printer ...the ink is not as far as I know water proof but it looks like it is doing well. I change the water every few months as it becomes stagnant and mold also starts growing inside cup. I used Terra on my priv keys, and if they can hodl so long in this test I am going to assume they will hodl much longer under a hologram that is basically an air sealed capsule that will not allow any contaminants inside thru time. |
