1483  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: 1 BTC Loan Just Trying This Out. No Collateral :) on: April 12, 2015, 05:20:28 PM
If I am loaned this BTC I'll pay it back in a day. let me no what interest rates you guys would offer on 6-12 month loans. I would not really expect to take loans out on here as I'm a very active person on BTC Jam.. Yes I am a jammer same name take a look Wink But in any case if I can get better interest here then jam then I would switch. But I do highly doubt it but I am giving it a shot. Thanks as always ...
Joe B

If you don't provide a valid collateral there's no chance you'll get a loan. All you'll get is negative trust. Read this (it seems you haven't): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0
1484  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] BTC via PayPal sent from Namecheap, virtually no chargeback risk. on: April 12, 2015, 03:49:21 PM
Will do .4BTC to 100USD PayPal ratio

.7328BTC for 183.20 USD

Can you do 0.745? I can't lower from that. If so please contact an escrow or let me know and I'll find one.
1485  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] BTC via PayPal sent from Namecheap, virtually no chargeback risk. on: April 12, 2015, 12:49:59 PM
I have withdrawable funds in my Namecheap account again. I've updated the OP.
1486  Economy / Auctions / Re: [AUCTION] powbit.com Bitcoin Faucet + domain + Twitter acc + BCT acc on: April 12, 2015, 04:34:03 AM
i understand that this is forum and people have low trust to newbies, but it's basically only my problem and as escrow is mandatory i have really no reason to reject that bid.

if maqueen is the winner and it turns out it's fake bidder the auction will be relaunched. All bids lower than the highest accepted bid are invalid

Next time just start the auction at the price you're really willing to sell. It's easier for everyone.

1489  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: 10% non-resetting Ponzi on: April 11, 2015, 05:07:14 PM
You have this feedback by dooglus in your profile:
Quote
Attempted to run a Ponzi scheme: "You can earn 0.01 BTC by depositing the latest deposited amount + 0.01 BTC, after the next person deposit's I'll send you your deposit + 0.01 BTC back etc." but apparently didn't realise what he was doing.

I'm pretty sure you do know what you're doing now.

Edit: At least you added a warning now. A trusted escrow would help too. But not running ponzi schemes at all would be even better.
1490  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy BTC here for Skrill/PayPal [Exchange thread] on: April 11, 2015, 04:53:27 PM
Hi. If you want to buy instantly BTC for Skrill or PayPal, this thread is for you.

Are you willing to use a trusted escrow of this forum? Will you send the coins to the escrow before receiving the Skrill/PayPal?
1491  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan of 0.2 BTC with a valid colletral on: April 11, 2015, 04:08:17 PM
It depends on the time.
I will choose one priority is loan in case I get bid on both I will def choose loan option.

Bids are binding. If you get a bid you can't just break you're own rules and ignore it. That's why you should not offer the goods anywhere else if you're auctioning them.
Things like this can happen if you break your rules: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1011478.msg11014151#msg11014151
1492  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan of 0.2 BTC with a valid colletral on: April 11, 2015, 03:39:56 PM
Are you auctioning the same collateral you're offering? (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1021204.0) :/ So what will you do if you get both the loan and a first bid?
Besides the auction ends "1 minute after first bid" which means you're actually selling it, not auctioning it, and the price is 0.2 BTC, the same as the loan. I don't think you have any intention to repay this loan.
IMO you're just trying to disguise a sale as a loan in this thread and as an auction in the other thread. I would not recommend anybody to fill this loan.
1493  Economy / Auctions / Re: [AUCTION] powbit.com Bitcoin Faucet + domain + Twitter acc + BCT acc on: April 11, 2015, 02:11:28 PM
i can list auction on cryptothrift to ged rid of these accusations, btw are you interested in bid in this auction?

You can't put the site on auction anywhere else, bids are binding. What would you do if you get bids on both sites?

I bid 0.03 BTC in case maqueen's bid doesn't go through. The fact he is a newbie can be easily explain because you promoted the auction on other sites as you said. What's really strange is that he bid 0.1 instead of something close to 0.028.
1494  Economy / Services / Re: Premarketing Bitcoin-Knives.com on: April 11, 2015, 11:49:03 AM

1498  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: have 0.83 bitcoins for wu cash or paypal skrill on: April 10, 2015, 04:14:26 PM
hi there

i have got just 0.83 bitcoins for cash out

can show proof of btc balance via send smallest 0.01 usd worth of btc to you from my same btc wallet id which in ready spendable btc balance for exchange.

preferred cash via western union , also can consider other options like paypal etc

can give 5% or bit more discount in current btc price

contact: Martenvi @ petml.com

The following facts are extremely suspicious:
- You are a newbie
- You're willing to take PayPal even though it's reversible so you could be scammed with a charge back. Why don't you care about that?
- You're willing to give a discount with PayPal payments
- You're asking people to continue the deal via email instead of safely on the forum with escrow
- You want to prove your balance. If you use an escrow you don't need to do that
- You want to prove your balance in a very strange way, instead of just signing a message
- Here you are trying to buy BTC for Perfect Money: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1018489.msg11038926#msg11038926
while here you sell BTC for Perfect Money with a 7% discount: http://www.bitcoinbazaar.net/have-3-26-btc-for-paypal-or-western-union-cash_i153
Buying high and selling low is not a good business plan

Do not deal with this user without a trusted escrow from this forum. Do not send first out of greed.
1499  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB .2 BTC with PayPal on: April 10, 2015, 04:09:53 PM
Looking for .2 BTC Have verified PayPal. I have had this account since 1999 and always send from balance.

Unfortunately having an old or verified PayPal doesn't prove anything. It can always be charged back even several months after the trade. Read this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=14632.0.
If you don't offer a non-reversible payment method and escrow you won't be able to make this deal.
1500  Other / Meta / Re: "THE LIST" on: April 10, 2015, 03:53:46 PM
If only things were so simple. One single person cannot create a quality ignore list, he will always be biased and he can't get enough information, no matter who he is. People with paid signature are more likely to post low quality posts but that doesn't mean they will. There are both extremely high quality posts with signatures and garbage without any signature or reward of any kind. People can troll on one post and that doesn't mean they're always trolls and therefore should be ignored. They can be trolls and slowly grow up into top contributors of the community, or the other way around.

Because of this a list of this kind -if implemented at all- must be a hard work done by several trusted members of the forum. I suggested something like this before but even with these considerations it would be hard to maintain and it's very arguable whether it would help or not. Without a continuous team work I think it's not even worth considering it.
