1481  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why is everyone expecting continuous growth? on: April 03, 2020, 05:25:59 AM
This is a human nature every body want to see that his coins will go up and up even no limit of this expectation, We all have greed inside us but the question is how much,

In my opinion the people who contrle their greed and emotions are the champion the rest of all are cause to let them be champion.
Greed when choosing to invest is inevitable when investing but if you know how to control your emotions, you will know where should be the time to sell because that is the only way to profit from this market. Anyone wants this market to increase, but it certainly will not happen now and may be even more difficult because the situation is very unstable now and covid-19 is delaying it all.

It is the reason why a lot of people are getting scammed.

If we will never control those feelings of greed in ourselves, we might find it hard to acquire good profits. In terms of selling, I think it is really hard to decide when to sell and when to buy. With the unpredictable movement of the price charts, we never know what exactly will happen so we just based on the indicators. Another thing is that it is already said that the pandemic has no direct effect on the market so we don't need to worry about it.
1482  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Investing. on: April 03, 2020, 04:27:42 AM
Both investors and traders earn money through the help of the market.

It is true that it generated a lot of profit from the investors and the traders but I don't agree with this line.

The market has nothing to help these investors and traders. They are the reason they generated this money or profit they have. With the knowledge they had, they received that well-deserved profit. As you said, there are a lot of ways to earn money and the market is not the one making these opportunities but the investors and traders themselves.

I disagree with you that the market has noting to help investors and traders - I think they do it just depends on how you want to use it to your own benefit, thats the hard part but once you crack it both can help you generate profit.

It's all a matter of knowing what to take and when to take it!

You already said it yourself.

It is all a matter of knowing what to take and when to take it. The market has no will or brain to think for itself. These traders and investors are the ones doing it, analyzing the market and basing their strategies on the indicators the market is showing. Profits will not just go in without them doing something to their investments isn't it?
1483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people here would choose bitcoin as their form of payment? on: April 03, 2020, 03:35:57 AM
This really depends on the place you are in.

If you are in a place that it is legalized, then we should look at how they would be using Bitcoin if they will be accepting Bitcoin every time. Would they be able to use Bitcoin directly or they still need to convert it to fiat to be able to use it? Here in our country, I would accept Bitcoin but not at 100%. Despite the fact that I can use exchanges to pay bills using Bitcoin, there are still those doubts that it might fall or dump at the time you really need it so I still need to accept fiat for spending and also for saving.
1484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi never used bitcointalk: Craig Wrigth on: April 03, 2020, 03:10:56 AM
The more we look at clowns, the more they will make acts.

Let him do what he wants, let him say what he wants. We know what we are doing and we know what we believe in. Satoshi is out there and obviously, he is not the real one. Let him talk, he will be tired of barking in the long run.
1485  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency can not replace fiat currency. on: April 02, 2020, 09:16:26 AM
At some point yes, the fiat currency is cannot replace totally, because many people now are using fiat currency instead of crypto. Many people nowadays didn’t now totally about crypto currency, they did not know how to use it and what is the objective of making crypto currency. In my own aspect, replacing fiat currency into crypto currency is very difficult and it needs a lot of time before implemented on it. But we are in the modern world so that many years from now the cryptocurrency is our primary currency for many transactions.

I think we are misunderstanding something here.

A country would never, I mean never create a cryptocurrency that is decentralized. It is obvious and it is true that they would create a digital currency of the fiat of their fiats in the future, there is a difference there. Debit or Credit Card, Mobile Payments and other payment methods are being used and most of them don't really need for us to bring our fiats, the future is already leading there.
1486  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese Strategy? on: April 02, 2020, 08:04:20 AM
I guess China have the vaccine. It means they already made the vaccine. They are hiding it from the world.

If they already have it, this is already done.

Another thing is that what they sold in Spain is just test kits meaning they are still not the vaccine. Medicines used in these viruses are the same medicines used treating Sars and other viruses related to coronavirus. They are just handling the pandemic really well the fact that they built a hospital in 10 days says it. What they can't do is to contain the virus like they really wanted to let it spread in other countries.
1487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [DOTA 2] ESL One Los Angeles 2020 MAJOR [DISCUSSION] on: April 02, 2020, 07:13:47 AM
The closed qualifier now for each region is intense and mostly on the Europe qualifiers. The teams that are aiming to get to the top 3 are most tier 1 teams so I think before looking to the majors, let's look to the qualifiers and the Starladder minor.
But I think I really like OG now, obviously, the past roster is the best and their chemistry as a team is incomparable to the current but rooting for them to this major.

I really like the new OG roster having mid-one, sumail and saksa on the team. I have watched one of their fight against the alliance.  I would say their new team has a lot to work on in terms of synergy since they are palying with a new set of team. Anna an jerax will surely be missed with all the signature plays they have made in previous TI's and majors. Still rooting for this team.

I'm a fan of OG since Day 1 and it is very exciting to see them playing with a new roster and new plays as they compete in this 2020 MAJOR. But it is temporarily postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they prioritize the health of each and every players in a team. We are looking forward for this to continue because we are very hyped up when these 3 new players in OG, together with Notail and Topson. MidOne, Saksa, and Sumail will surely be suitable in this team as they are somehow came from the other team as a best player. MidOne and SumaiL are both mid laner and it is more likely that their perspective and strategy in a game is useful and efficient enough to guide and support Notail and Topson in achieving this title again. The chemistry is really thrilling and we need to wait for the approval on when this 2020 major will continue after this pandemic ends.

It is already happening.

You could just google search the schedules and you would be able to see that there is already a scheduled match of OG against their rival in the recent TI9, Nigma. Some games are already done so better keep up the analysis and do your bets now.
1488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Memory lane (best match you gambled on) on: April 02, 2020, 06:20:04 AM
For esports gamblers, everyone will understand that it will always be the best match during The Internationals.

TI 2018 and 2019 can be said as the best because the same team became the champion on that tournament.

That TI 2018 is the best cinderella run in the history of esports, I can confidently say that.

But no one, I mean no one expected it. It is the best game I bet on but I lost in it so I think that would not count. My best bet I think is in esports too> My friend invited me to bet on the game of CSGO, Eleague Boston Major 2018 where Cloud9 won. Not expecting that too since it is one of the upsets of the esports history and the first major of North America in CSGO. They are against Faze and at that time and they are a superstar roster if you ask me, until now.
1489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [DOTA 2] ESL One Los Angeles 2020 MAJOR [GAMBLING DISCUSSION] on: April 02, 2020, 05:34:47 AM
I thought it was cancelled due to the treat of the Coronavirus. It's nice that they'd still push through. Im rooting for nigma despite countless defeat in the recent major. Maybe their still adjusting with the new team roster but showed that they've adapted and win the Weplay tournament.
Im looking into betting in EG and OG also. Because of their improving performance especially EG, abed really is a game changer.

I know right.

I never thought that this would be continuing. Though they continued the major, it is done online so I'm a bit disappointed but still, there's nothing we can do since we have this pandemic.

Maybe their still adjusting with the new team roster but showed that they've adapted and win the Weplay tournament.

What are you saying? Why would they adjust?

They've played the finals of The International, no changes still the same roster. I think you are not that of a fan of Dota that even forgets or maybe not know the finalist of TI9. That is the same with EG bro, Abed is already in that team last year.
1490  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is better than Holding on: April 02, 2020, 04:33:35 AM
Investing only get profit more than one or two months and some time we got problem with investing assets because price going down, but when you have chance to get much profit with trading is better than you keep hold asset for long term and the least your assets going down, but now I only take profit with trading.

What do you mean by that?

When the prices go down, traders are also affected. It is the market that we are talking about here, it is not that they are trading using other markets. Based on the books, all of the profits you've earned in trading is a passive income but I guess we could say here that holding is a passive way of getting a profit while trading is an active way of earning profit.
1491  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best way to buy Bitcoin (since halving is coming) on: April 02, 2020, 02:46:42 AM
I know halving is the best time to buy bitcoin and altcoin because many investor will hold and buy bitcoin with higher amount, bitcoin always give support for every one to get much profit and keep touch for higher price but give chance when bitcoin back usually with higher price.

Halving is not the best time to buy I think.

We never know what will happen at that time but I think people already missed the time to buy Bitcoin. That is the time when the price dumped at $4K, right now we are at $6K so I don't think we will be falling lower at that price. I think it might be the starting price of Bitcoin before the halving this upcoming month of May.
1492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Satoshi theory? Deceased or alive & well on: April 01, 2020, 02:14:40 PM
Is he deceased? Did he pass away from Cancer or some other grave illness?

You know what? I don't really care.

It is his decision to leave his creation. It is not that I am a hater of him, I am also glad that I am one of those people that generated some profit out of the creation he made. He might have a reason for leaving Bitcoin and just think of it if he's here we might not be able to see the price of Bitcoin as it is right now. He has his reasons, we should just respect that.
1493  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses on: April 01, 2020, 09:57:44 AM
The only antidote to the Coronavirus is time. The only antidote for the coming depression and loss of faith in Government is Bitcoin.

Then you are saying that it is like a baby that it will stop crying if you just let him for some time?

Don't think that is absurd? The antidote needs time, I think that is what you're trying to say. China has the highest recoveries in the world right now so obviously, countries would be fawning to that country for the vaccines. Apparently, some of the test kits bought by Spain in China are faulty, it is made in China that's why.
1494  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese Strategy? on: April 01, 2020, 08:30:09 AM
Ok, so let's say that was really not intended and I already know what China is capable of building things. Now what are your stand on China having a 90++% recovery rate

Now China is selling medicines and already sold 432 million euros to Spain. Can someone put a spotlight on this?

The fact that they have the manpower to build a hospital in 10 days means they have that power to work on these medicines.

They are prepared because not just because they are a developed country but also because of the fact that this virus started last year in their country. They are the origin of this virus and obviously they are ahead in terms of formulating the antidote. This article also proves something that China, despite the recovery rate, is still not safe from the virus.

For now i've stopped betting because im not getting generous rewards in my signature campaigns and the economy here in my country has been halted due to the lockdown leaving me with no choice but to take a break from gambling, i'd love to play casino games but for now im just trying to get through this crisis.

You mean the casino activities are halted, not the economy.

I realized something in these weeks of quarantine that:

1. You really are not addicted to gambling.
2. You are not risking your money into games that you don't know.
3. You are taking care of yourself and your family too.

I think this is one of the positive effects of the virus. We have ourselves stuck in our houses and we have the time to reflect. I might be used to this kind of living, doing my job, having bonded with my family and repeat. I am not thinking of gambling these days but I did when I posted this. Another April Fools BTW, so nice.
1497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: March 29, 2020, 09:40:11 AM
It just cannot replace the real thing.

Just like Bitcoin to Fiats, esport will never replace sports but it will go side to side with it.

It is true though that compared to sports, esports is still small, from the events being done to the pot prices that are being given to these professional players. In terms of viewership, esports can hold a candle to other sports, you can just look at this article. Still, people are betting their money into it in fact, last year it is said that it already reached $8billion total wagers, in that year. I am not pushing you to bet on esports, I am just saying that in the future, this will be the thing and might even surpass sports in terms of price pots and wages for pro players. In fact, a lot of known people are even investing in it, some even are owning a team including Rick Fox, the Philadelphia 76ers and even Steve Aoki, these are just some of those people, if you will be searching for more people who are starting to invest in esports, you will be quite surprised.
1498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: March 29, 2020, 05:50:32 AM
Almost all the sports have been postponed. There is no matches left for betting on sports. What are gamblers(sports) doing exactly now? I know it is very boring days. Locked down in home, no matches to gamble. Are you switching to other casino?

Casino is the best alternative or e-sports. Most sports event are cancelled due to Coronovirus that is why sports gamblers have no choice to find an alternative game to bet with. We have no choice but to maximize what is availabe since most are locked down in their own home.

Though I don't really like to find an alternative.

I think that would increase the risk more since we are betting into something that we are not familiar with. I do bet on esports and do some dice games but I grew tired of it as days go. Playing online games might be good like CSGO or Dota 2 but I can't really do that with my laptop so my time is being drained in watching TV and working here at home.
1499  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading, gambling and binary options. Which one you prefer? on: March 29, 2020, 05:03:55 AM
Every job seems too difficult before it starts There are many experienced gambling professionals in cryptocurrency  but they seem to have nothing to lose but they are completely gambling The amount of loss is greater than the gains in gambling. I like trading from gambling too If the price is reduced while trading then the price increases but if you lose the gambling everything ends at once.

I think they are experienced gamblers but not professionals.

I don't know the basis of being a professional but I know for a fact that there are a lot of experienced gamblers and traders here in the forum. There are still those gamblers that are still inexperienced here when it comes to gambling but one thing is for sure, trading is better than the two options given because of the fact that we are not basing on luck and a 50% chance of having a profit but we have strategies, indicators and analysis to do.
1500  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW LOW BTC CAN GO? on: March 29, 2020, 04:32:41 AM
The barrier of the bitcoin I think is $5000 and once it down to that value it will start increasing again but I hope this value of the bitcoin is the lowest value because it's better to have this value than the lower of that. But we cannot sure about the lowest possible price of the bitcoin until now it's still mystery when bitcoin start rising and most of us our praying to happen again.

I don't think that there is this barrier as you said.

When the price dumped this week, the price of Bitcoin reached as low as $4K, some of the markets even reached to $3.8K or $3.9K. I think there is no barrier at all but we have these holders, these investors that will always take the dumps for granted. Forget the barrier price but think of the opportunist that will bite the bait when it is clean to do so.
