Trading and Investing are both methods for you to gain money in this virtual world. Both investors and traders earn money through the help of the market. They are good ways to make a profit.

Investors gain money when they but cryptocurrency and holds it for a long time, until bitcoin inflation happens, they will but cryptocurrency when the market is already down then if the market goes high that is the time that they will gain money by withdrawing it. While traders use the inflation and deflation of bitcoin to earn money, it involves buying and selling of currency in the virtual world.

So if you want to earn more money, you can do both things, the more, the merrier, if you are a beginner, then don't invest and trade significant amount of money because you may fail from it, you should do research first before doing that because it is not a simple thing, you should have an excellent knowledge and skill to be successful in both methods.

Both trading and investing are one of the top ways to make money. There are plenty of opportunities to invest in the crypto space. So many projects to invest it, same way we have many pairs to pick and trade from. I feel that both fields are inter-related. If most people that invested during ICOs bubble and 2017 bull run invested and had trading skills, they would've placed stop limit orders and not just join other noobs to chant "HODL". Most investors that had 500-1000% in profit equally went down 80% loss. But if they had some trading instincts, they would have prepare to react to market movements rather than hodl and predict where the market is going. The market doesn't obey anyone.

Traders too ought to have some experience investing as it will greatly enhance trades. How else would you find good pairs that have the potential to trend? That's my point. Since I joined the quest for decentralization, I've been an investor. I made gains and I lost them. The losses would've been minimized if I knew how to set stop loss orders or thought like a trader.

I may advise if you have a capital for that, just split your money into two. Half for the trading and another half for investing. Probably in that way, you can cover your failure if there is.

I disagree with you that the market has noting to help investors and traders - I think they do it just depends on how you want to use it to your own benefit, thats the hard part but once you crack it both can help you generate profit.

I do trading and investing because I believe if I do that I can become a millionaire. But if Im going to choose only one I pick the trading because base on my calculation I earn more money than Investing on the investment.

Exactly, that is what I've been thinking. There is no much difference between trading and investment, they only vary on the time frame. Investing is much like trading where you buy and sell, also it can be nearly comparable on long-term trading. Hence there's no need to compare how big or how much these two can give.

Investment is nothing but very long term trading so the basics to make money from trading and investing is the same,sell for profits.But if you are going to trade more often then you have to spend time for making analysis then only you can trade for profits.But crypto trading is not predictable as other traditional stocks so you are always in the risk of losing capital sooner than being a investor.

I prefer both.Because I already invested my money in some top rated crypto and holding now, if those coins reach my target I will sell that.
Now I am trying to trade, not daily but weekly,I think smart people will choose both path.Because invested money have target and in trading if I can make profit i will sell that instantly,So i can count my profit, and invested money will give me good return with big amount.So I prefer both Trading and investing.

Good advice for the newbies. Trading and investing both are almost the same. Trading needs passion, patience, the time where investing is easier. Because in crypto, we know Bitcoin and Ethereum are the best investment, so, if you invest in those two coins, your profit is confirmed after a certain time. But in trade, it's not an easy job! You have to be super active, updated, patience, research and spend so much time on it. Overall, investing is easy and anyone can go through it, where only expert and hard-working people can make money in trading, not everyone.

For me both are good to get earn and both have risk to take particularly in an investing. Also before do trading or investing we must have knowledge how it works and a little background to our coin holding. Well said mate, if you are a risk-taker, then you should try investing and trading because it is a way of earning money where you will not be sure if you are going to win the game. You will only need to rely on the market. If it will go high or goes down, you don't have to do anything on that besides waiting and observing the situation of the market

Im sorry, that is not what I meant, the market will help users to determine if the bitcoin is increasing or decreasing, so by that, they will know if they are going to win the trading or the investing, well said, on the part that the reason behind the changes in the market are the investors and the traders, if there will be a prominent trader or investors then for sure it will affect the situation of the market.

yeah you have just not Mentioned the word 'Bitcoin' in your first post because that is our Safe Zone here and also why majority of investors here Holds Bitcoin(with Big percent compared to their altcoins)

Both are risky, and it doesn't mean that you're not an active trader and just holding a certain portfolio can give you a guarantee to make profit. If you are just investing and holding, you still need to actively watch the market so you can know if your money is still growing or no more chance to go up because it is being de-listed or a certain exchange. There's a big different on a risk level of this two, you just need to classify your risk appetite and invest properly.
