14981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Still Good to Make Investment in it on: April 14, 2018, 03:07:51 AM
Bitcoin will always have a historic value I think... Like Porscha or Lambo in cars...
Yes, i believe so. Now is a very good time to buy and invest. I strongly believe that bitcoin is here for a very long time I will not listen to all those negstive predictions i will take charge of my future and enjoy the fruits as well as take the risks too.

You need to take your own decision regarding investments with crypto-currencies, because it is your own money and if something goes wrong then you will have to bear the losses. But at the same time, there is nothing wrong in listening to the advice from others.
14982  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Should I donate to charity? on: April 13, 2018, 02:02:59 AM
If you are making enough money, YES, I think you should donate but there is no need for you to announce what you have done. Telling other people that you are donating for charity is not really a good thing to do. You don't have to let other people know that you are helping. Be thankful that you have the opportunity to help. Find a charity that has a good credibility so that your money will be used in the right way.

There is nothing wrong in telling others that you are donating to charity. Rather than showing off, this will serve the purpose of encouraging others to do the same. But the language matters a lot. While talking about your donations, you should use a gentle and mild language and others should not feel that you are bragging.
14983  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Have you experienced discrimination in the work? on: April 13, 2018, 02:00:01 AM
a person who has just entered a company's environment may receive discriminatory treatment from those who are already senior or fairly senior in a company. this is what I have experienced, very annoying but I can overcome this.

I wouldn't even call it as discrimination. When we normally talk about discrimination, we probably mean the hostility based on ones race, religion or skin color. Discrimination based on seniority may arise from the lack of job security for the people who hold senior positions.
14984  Other / Off-topic / Re: Transgenders. on: April 13, 2018, 01:57:43 AM
These people know more about themselves more than us so we must respect them for what they are and what they feel.

Mental patients need psychiatric treatment and not respect. I am OK with gays and lesbians. You can say that as per the rules of the nature, around 1% of the population will be homosexual. But the case with transgenders is different. It is not a natural condition, but a mental disease.
14985  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Electric Cars - The future ? on: April 13, 2018, 01:55:20 AM
I will buy it, because the car can reduce toxic gas emissions released by the car .. hopefully more and more electric cars,

What about the pollution caused by the electric cars? The electricity comes from thermal or nuclear powerplants, which cause a lot of atmospheric pollution every year. The Lithium and Cobalt (used for electric car batteries) mining also causes a lot of damage to the environment.
14986  Other / Off-topic / Re: Porn is creating transgenders on: April 13, 2018, 01:53:35 AM
That is rubbish. Your sex cannot change watching porn.

The author may be trying to imply that if you watch homosexual porn, then you may become gay. I really doubt that. Why should a heterosexual watch gay porn? I have never watched gay porn in my entire life, as I have no interest in it.
14987  Economy / Economics / Re: How much money do you have left from your job? on: April 13, 2018, 01:50:29 AM
I want to talk about salaries. How much $ do you have left after paying taxes, rent, and basic expenses (electricity, water)
I get $10 000/y like a fucking slave
My spending basic is $5 000 / year, including food, $2 500 without food
I live in the former SSSR
Another reason to move away

Also they give me these communistic so called "benefits" when you get like prepaid cards for predefined services

https://www.facebook.com/televize.polar/videos/1047399295339540/

I get around $12,000 per year from my formal job, and almost the same amount from crypto. My basic spending is around $10,000 to $12,000 per year and that means that I am able to save as much as 50% of what I earn.
14988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kucoin removing all BCH Pairs on: April 13, 2018, 01:46:15 AM
According to news source, Kucoin is going to be removing all BitcoinCash trading pairs. Some for KCS, NEO and USDT will also be removed. Will this spell doom for BCH? Will it plummet like the bitconnectcoin?

Link:
https://news.kucoin.com/en/kucoin-to-streamline-trading-pairs/

This is funny. Do you think that just because one of the minor exchanges stopped trading BCH, it will spell the doom for the currency? BCH still has a lot of future potential and that will remain as the case until the scaling issues associated with BTC are resolved.
14989  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: India and Pakistan on: April 13, 2018, 01:43:45 AM
The bitcoin price fell to a low of 350,000 rupees (US $ 5,392) compared to the international market price of US $ 6,617, following the announcement of the RBI.

There is some truth in this. Right now the prices in Localbitcoins India are at least $500 per coin lower than the international exchange rates ($7,200 per coin versus $7,700 per coin). It used to be just the reverse (the rates in India used to he higher than the international prices).
14990  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Singapore will not ban cryptocurrency on: April 13, 2018, 01:40:22 AM
Yeah like Singapore and Japan these are the nation's who don't stop innovating for the future of their nation that is why  their economy becomes so powerful because they embrace change they always think out of the  box they embrace bitcoin because they think it has a good future.

There is another way of looking in to it. Singapore and Japan are two nations, where the tax evasion rates are extremely low. And the national currencies are also quite strong and they don't face much competition from Bitcoin. The same can't be said about the developing nations such as India, China, Indonesia, Pakistan.etc.
14991  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons Why We Should Love Bitcoin on: April 13, 2018, 01:12:10 AM
Biggers reason why we need love bitcoin becose alot of ppl buy it for 400-500$ somebody 2-3k$ and they a so love bitcoin aswell Smiley
Bitcoin give us anynomous and decetralization which make our life easy , becose we a tired of banks and financial controll Sad

In my own opinion the reason why we should love bitcoin is because it can help a lot of people to have an extra income even in its small amount, little by little but it helps a lot especially for the mommy's who want to work at home and help their partner in financial problem.

In that case you should be loving this forum (Bitcointalk) more than Bitcoin. You are able to earn additional income from signature campaigns, bounty contests.etc only because this forum exists. And obviously, this forum exists due to Bitcoin.
14992  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I stop looking at Bitcoin Price on: April 13, 2018, 01:07:11 AM
If you are not a margin trader, then there is no point in checking the exchange rates every 10 minutes. If you do this on a constant basis, then it will only make you more vulnerable to panic selling and other blunders. I check the prices only once a day. I believe that it is enough for me.
14993  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Party's over. Go get a job, you lazy animals... on: April 13, 2018, 01:05:34 AM
Strange times we live in. Crypto speculation, YouTube views, paid content. Yet no real contribution to the human evolution. A good professional is getting harder and harder to find. This generation is full of fucks who pose on YouTube, unboxing shit, and earning 100k dollars per month. Or "great economists" who are betting on a zero-value digital coin. This is insane. Go get a fuckin job, get a degree, go invent and participate in a project that has real benefits for our technological evolution. You are chasing ghosts and the next generations will have you impaled as the idiots of human history whose only occupation was to gamble and make selfies in moronic view-hungry vlogs on the internet.

So yes, hold your currencies like your life depends on it. Shallow and boring.

BTC < 8k USD. The measure of our generation...

Who are you to decide that others play no real contribution to the human evolution? Everyone can't be a software developer or a crypto-currency specialist. Everyone has their own roles to play and you will realize one day that none of them are disposable.
14994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I keep my BTC now? on: April 13, 2018, 01:03:16 AM
I think investment is a own decision. But if you think the market condition and the statistics of the Market of near past, you will say it is high time. So, hold and enjoy the near future. But decision is yours.

I have been involved with BTC for the past 4-5 years, and from my experience I would say that you can't predict the future prices of Bitcoin by studying the past stats. The market conditions are constantly changing and what was applicable 2-3 months ago may no longer be applicable now.
14995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the price be stable? on: April 13, 2018, 12:59:37 AM
Probably not as there will be no more supply. It should increase If the demand remains the same/increase. I wouldn't think much about it though, we would be all dead by then.

This is the problem when you are comparing a currency which is protected against inflation with one which is not. A better idea would be to look at the purchasing power. If the total supply is limited, then the chances are that the purchasing power will be stable at some point in the future.
14996  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: April 13, 2018, 12:55:57 AM
Many people says that the bitcoin doesn't have a future. I believe that those people who says that are idiots. Bitcoin is really powerful cryptocurrency and I believe that it will gain more power in this following years. I also believe that many people will adapt bitcoin in the near future.

They are not idiots, they are just skeptical about Bitcoin. Just as it is having so many merits, Bitcoin also has so many demerits. Even some of the supporters have shifted to the opposition camp over the past few years (due to reasons such as high transaction fee and competition from altcoins such as Ethereum and Monero).
14997  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is bitcoin over? on: April 13, 2018, 12:49:59 AM
The rebound started, more people will buy in bitcoin soon enough. The end is not happening.

The rebound will occur if BTC is able to stay above 10K. 6K-7K levels doesn't mean anything. These short-term spikes can be undone by a single massive dump (may be from the Mt Gox trustees?).
14998  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Electric Cars - The future ? on: April 12, 2018, 10:41:05 AM
I would buy an electric car if I could. Yes, it is more expensive ans has some problems with source of power. But is also more ecological and reliable in comparison with diesel and gasoline cars.

Why spend $95,000 extra on an electric car? I would rather spend $5,000 on a gasoline-run car, and devote the remaining $95,000 to protect the tropical rain-forests in countries such as Brazil, Congo and Peru. I believe that it will be more effective when compared to purchasing an electric car.
14999  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Putin and Trump start a nuclear war? on: April 12, 2018, 10:38:41 AM
Trump promised to hit the Russians in Syria with smart missiles.

Do you think that if Putin responds by destroying the US missile cruiser, will the exchange of nuclear strikes begin?

Is this the new Caribbean crisis?

American missiles are not capable of avoiding the S-400 ant-missile system set up by Russia in Syria. So most probably Trump will never carry out his threat. If he fires a missile and it gets intercepted by S-400, then it is going to be huge embarrassment for the Americans.
15000  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pollution on: April 12, 2018, 03:59:49 AM
Even electricty production requires large amount of resources that in turn causes pollution

There are a lot of methods which produce electricity with minimal amount of pollution. Renewable sources of electricity such as wind-power and solar-power are examples. Another option is nuclear energy, but the point to remember here is that the waste material should be properly disposed.
