I wonder if any members of Yakuza lost big on Gox....
Then this will definitely make him getting raped on jail rofl . he won't handle it for 24h and will end up by suiciding . If you are in jail in Japan, you will have no efford to rape other inmates and if you had, you wouldn't risk it, because you will most likely be treated in the hogobo afterwards.

An interesting theory would be that it's someone from the FEDs that has inside info from previous Silk Road raids (and stolen Bitcoins as well) so knows it's ways around it. We know for a fact there are people inside groups like those that are interested in BTC and have stolen BTC before, so it's a possibility.
http://varietyjones.comNot sure what's going on, but anyone familiar with Atlantis market? It shutdown a few weeks before Silk Road was seized. Anyways, interesting connection between Variety Jones and Atlantis. This link looks like an art site (nice pics btw). Where is the connection to Atlantis?

If you read this, you would think Mark would rather want to be charged in the USA --> http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-20810572 I quote : " But while the Japanese police and prosecutors are not widely accused of resorting to more aggressive forms of interrogation such as torture, no-one outside the small interview room really knows what happens inside because suspects' interviews take place behind closed doors - without an attorney. " They have a conviction rate of over 99%, most of which are secured on the back of a confession. What this means is.... They beat the living shit out of you until you confess... Do you think Mark will confess? Good luck Mark, hope you prepared to whats coming your way. Japanese prison is not nice either ...

Anyone ignorant enough to leave coins there after the June 2011 "Hack" deserves no sympathy.
~BCX~
True. When I was new to Bitcoin in 2013, I found it suspicious, that BTC price was higher on MtGox than on other sites. I registered, but I never deposited for that reason.

On Tuesday, Andy Shroder posted on Reddit that eBay Inc. had removed his merchant listing because he accepted bitcoin for his products. Please understand that you mentioned you accept ‘Bitcoin’ as a method of payment. Some online payment companies are fairly new and inexperienced and they do not provide sufficient fraud protection to members. When we review payment methods to determine whether they are allowed on eBay, two key factors that we consider are ‘Security and Safety’ and ‘Ease of use.’ Please do not offer this payment method.
So, 'Hard of use' payment processor is guaranteed for the 'security and safety' and make all customer is comfortable eBay must consider this, again. In 2013 It’s a new disruptive technology, so, yeah, we’re looking at bitcoin closely. There may be ways to enable it inside PayPal.
Your thought? Source: http://cointelegraph.com/news/114875/ebay-forbids-bitcoin-for-payments-removes-merchant-listingFunny that they are talking about the easiest and most secure payment method at present.

Nothing really needs to happen inside Greece, it's the rest of the world speculating about what can or cannot happen that can drive the price nuts. This. And part of the current price development is a Fontas-like pump and dump cycle: pump on good news (Greeks need to buy cryptos), dump some five days later. Get ready for a moderate correction this week. We won't see lower than $250 figures, though. That is true. If investors/traders believe, that greeks will buy a lot of Bitocoins, price can raise, no matter if its true or not. This seems to be much likely the scenario now.

Why do you perceive Bitcoin as an enemy? It should be your friend, right? As far as I'm concerned it's not something that can "turn on you", like fiat currencies. Only thing I can think of that would allow BTC to be against you is the price maybe? The technology behind it is spot on. OP=attentionwhore?
By the inadequate amount of information in the OP, probably. Will you guys stop trolling OP, please! He told us everything already: He lost money on crypto trading, thinking he is experienced and he had a "strong strategy" and now he is in a "bearish" mood (depressed) and wants us to know that he is thinking about leaving the Bitcoin system. Additionally he wants to give us the advice, that trading is a risk and one should only invest, what he can afford to lose. Finally he says, that he is developing a stronger strategy to return to the trading market in the future, when he feels more confident ("bullish"). THANK YOU OP!!!

The 1200 bubble was for the most part produced by WillytheBot (MtGox) and his followers. Cyprus crisis had about the same impact on Bitcoin price as Greece has right now. Problem is mainly, when the banks are closed, people are not able to buy Bitcoins.

Amir Taaki talking about the multiple personas DPR moniker: http://www.miningpool.co.uk/amir-taaki-backs-up-ross-ulbrichts-claim-of-leaving-silk-road-after-creating-it/“Years ago, when I messaged the Silk Road, I had a conversation with the Dread Pirate Roberts – a very personal conversation where he was [talking] about how one day he hopes to be on the outside struggling for freedom together. You know, not having to hide his identity. One year [or] two years later when I messaged the guy — I’m pretty certain it was not the same guy. The tone was completely different. He had no recollection of the events that happened before, and his attitude to me was in stark contrast to the exuberant and wordy Dread Pirate Roberts of the early days. So, free Ross Ulbricht.”
