Why not just collaborate with BTCD so you can merge mine LTCD & BTCD at the same time and BTCD can mine both its own & LTCD as well at the the same time, both with individual algorithms sha256 and scrypt working for one another and both sharing the same specs of code whether it be next gen 2.0 or SuperNET,Telepathy.
IMO it will work wonders for both coins using the same things but each with their own Algorithmic mining hardware from different sides of cryptocurrency.
Consider it I say but include merged mining !
We wont since we have devs that are busy enough.. We are going 2nd gen in some months and I cant see any other coins that are doing that.. |

The coin has great potential and we all know it.
From time to time we see people who come here and they try to scare us and make us sell out everything we have.
I just want to remind people that there is no other coin what I know of, that is working on becomming 2nd gen.
I saw some coins that said they were 2nd gen, and 3rd gen coins.. But they had no special features that would make them look like it.
When we go from crypto 1.0 to 2.0 then we will hopefully gain value, but more importantly also get more supporters and get a big network like DogeCoin had.
We just need people to help us with getting around.
I personally have advertise on multiple forums and to people I know who are in the crypto world.
It might not look like it helps a lot.. But lets say you tell your friend about LTCD.
He might not be interested, but he might talk to his friends about it and one if his friends might be here tomorrow, or later!
Its about spreading the word.
Do as I do. Talk to friends about it, write on the forums you are on, and advertise it anywhere you can WITHOUT making it look like spam or annoy people.

I suspect that until you can prove that you can actually write code, nobody is going to be interested in your services. It is going to be very difficult for you to find work without proof.

We have to consider what BTCD will have in return.. Could it be that they want our source code so they are a 2 Gen as well and if it so. I'm personally not interested in sharing this kind of info with another coin at this moment.
I'm flattered that McKie will write an article about LTCD, but he is reseach and dev director of BTCD so please explain since it doesn't make sense to me..

Not to downplay the hard work done by the devs and all involved here, but I'm noticing grammar errors still on the official website and on twitter which really affects peoples reactions to the coin in my opinion.
It was mentioned some weeks ago that someone could grammar check all notices and make things look more professional, but still the pigeon English continues.
I'm sorry for those who don't have English as their first language but if the coin is to break forward I think its an issue to address.
As you say yourself.. Its not their first language.. But I guess if they can "hire" a translater". Or you could do it for them and maybe get a little LTCD if you are lucky. Again, that is unofficial ^ Ask if there is something you can help with. |
