1501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin help your life in daily needs? on: November 19, 2016, 05:13:49 AM
For online purchase you can easily use your bitcoin on different shopping sites available on internet. On these shops you can pay directly with bitcoin but if you want to use your bitcoin in your local stores then you will need to get a bitcoin debit card and have to use it on shops which accept debit card payment and on ATM to withdraw cash and use them.

Hey? i have read your reply but how can i get a debit card? and how can i withdraw my bitcoin or cash out my bitcoin in the real world because i have spent so many bitcoin here in the internet but still i need to buy some foods because i really need them and this is the only thing that i can earn from i don't have a job yet but this time i will find one but its hard i don't have the skill but when im in the internet i can be great i love the internet but i need to find something that i can cash out my money in local store they don't really accept bitcoin i am waiting for the approval in my country that they will accept bitcoin as a payment

Waiting for local stores to accept bitcoin as payment? Then you'll be waiting for a long time. I've heard that there are companies that make bitcoin debit card but I don't know if it would be available in your country and I really think that using an actual ATM card is better. You can use any local exchange website and then cash out your bitcoin in fiat using your ATM card. It's really easy to do and it's quite fast.
its something that we can't predict yet making bitcoin for payment process in our local market but for sure if adoption will be made
from time to time those local store will acknowledge it and make their moves bitcoin will make it just needed some time.
For the guy who do not know how to convert there Fiat currency, There are Bitcoin wallets in which have options to convert your Bitcoins into Fiat for your convenience, My suggestion is look for your local wallet provider so that you can easily change your Bitcoin to Fiat as fast and easy as possible. You don't need any kind of Debit Card to cash out your Bitcoin to real money.

Here in localbitcoins.com site you can get lot of option to convert your bitcoin to fiat currency apart from that their are online wallet like coinbase.com, xapo.com this wallet are also giving option of converting bitcoins to fiat currency. So i think their should not be any problem to convert bitcoin to fiat currency as their are so many options but only thing is you should take all precautionary steps to be safe while dealing with them

1503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NEver keep all your coins on an exchange on: November 18, 2016, 02:08:51 PM
yes, never keep your coins in an exchange. because anytime a site might get hacked. or maybe the owner might run and take all the funds. i strongly suggest too that you must only invest what you can afford to lose. never invest all of your money. you might lose it all.

regards.

You can invest all your money, just choose a lot of different investments and you will have less risks.

For example, if an exchange got hacked and you lose part or all your investment there, you will have others sources of earning that can cover that loss.

What you said is always good as it is clear the what ever type or reputed exchange it may be when they get problem no one can help it, so when ever if you want to trade you can deposit and trade if not just withdraw and keep safely in your hardware wallet dont see that transaction charges are going but see the safety
1504  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I do trading? on: November 18, 2016, 02:03:38 PM
For going in trading first two things you have to remember that patience and bankroll management should be their then only you can make profit. Bankroll management in the sense you should not go for one shot buy but you should split and buy and like wise same you have to sell also in split wise so in both option you should get more benefit
1505  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How long it might take to confirm this transaction? on: November 18, 2016, 02:01:28 PM
Following transaction is related to my game www.BitcoinBetting.website. It is unconfirmed for some time, in spite of being properly paid IMO. I would like to know how much were supposed to be paid for this transaction?

Tx: https://blockchain.info/tx/b32a5b4b3acefc51d9792b1625f804f8a64807f39fc109d085e8a9130d3017ec
Size: 21576 byte
Tx fee: 0.0044 BTC

I think that now when your transaction is finished why dont you close it , and by now you would have got the experience of how much time the transaction will take

1507  Local / India / Re: How 500-1000 Currency Notes AFfecting you Guys? on: November 17, 2016, 07:22:39 PM
For me, it did not make any difference as I mostly use my debit/credit cards and that day I did not have any 500/1000 notes as I had change available. I was about to withdraw cash when the news came out and then after 2 days, I got the new notes. It is affecting many shops in my area as barely there are people buying from them due to shortage of currency.

You were lucky enough to have change available with yourself, as I was just having one 500 note with me when the announcement was made, and as nobody except banks were taking the note at my place, I stayed hungry for 3 days. No doubt it was my fault that I didn't go to banks due to my laziness, but this step affected me in that way.

you are speaking about yourself but think about the common and village peoples where their is only one bank for 2 or more villages they are staying in ques for more then 2 or 3 days to just change or withdraw money and that too only 4000.

The policy of changing note is good but they should have made full facility of after the announcement how the people will be changing it . without any proper paper work done of after announcement they have announced it and now they are not able to manage the situation

1509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: November 17, 2016, 04:45:51 PM
I have just sold all the ICN for 0.00024-0.00022, there was slightly more ICO but I am all the same happy.

Tomorrow ICO Wings which promises to be the most grandiose in 2016 will begin.

I will return to ICONOMI after new year. On this coin it is impossible to trade, there are no exchanges, there is no movement. Just loss of money.

there is kraken. but there is no mevement right now.

opening account in kraken is very headache it is better what you did of selling off as this ICO will move very late
1510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GNT] Golem Project - The world’s most powerful supercomputer on: November 17, 2016, 04:42:38 PM

IOU? Liqui is famous for IOU trading actually, we don't see it on bittrex, so is the token tradable now? Or still only IOU phase?

Even yobit is also trading in IOU but they are very cheating exchange. but the price in GNT is moving up, and even ICONOMI have also invested in this fund
1511  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you buy a house (if you lived in Europe) right now? on: November 17, 2016, 04:36:00 PM
Interest rates in Europe right now are rock bottom. You can get a interest rate of around 1.5% if you play out the different banks against each other.
Here's the snag: even though interest rates are rock bottom, house prices have rocketed up. Prices in my country (Belgium) have doubled in the last decade. In 2004, the average house costed about 100000 euros. Now, the same house is about 220000 euros. It's completely insane.

My father was able to buy his house in 1999, earning one wage whilst supporting 3 kids and a housewife. He payed down the mortgage in 15 years on a police officer salary, which isn't that much. How is it me and my girlfriend, who jointly have about 100000 euros which we can spend on the house, can't even get a mortgage below 1000 euros a month?

To be clear: I'm not really looking to "invest" in real estate. If I'd buy a house, it would be a house I can live the rest of my life in. I just don't want to buy right now while I could buy cheaper in the next 2 years when/if a potential crash/correction hits. Conversely, I realize it's pointless to wait forever on buying a house, if you could use that time to pay down a mortgage instead of spending it on rent.

Hoping for any useful insight on the current market status/advice on what we should do.

If you really have that much of money to buy a house then just go for it dont see the price because when the price will go up or down that no one can tell but you have to see the purpose of use. If you go for rent, then  you have to calculate how much rent you have to pay and lot and if you get a house in loan with little more paying according to rent then it is better to go for owning the house
1512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 17, 2016, 04:32:50 PM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?
What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

the difference of bitcoin from real money is that you can make fast transaction and yes you can get less taxes , you can pay bills with no hassle and no one can manipulate you funds because you are not in the traditional banking system so you can have freedom with your through bitcoin . despite of it's unstable price you can still make an income from it .

Even you can trade and earn more in bitcoins just like in stocks and it is also a good investment for long term like equity stocks. Apart from that Bitcoin is also a way of earning online extra money
1513  Economy / Services / Re: I am paying $50 BTC too everyone who.... on: November 17, 2016, 04:08:06 PM

1514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the most profitable type of gambling? on: November 17, 2016, 03:58:25 PM
I'm not much of a gambler myself, but when I gamble I play poker. Poker can be very profitable, but it is very time consuming as well. Betting and casinos,  are not my type. so, what's your opinion on what could be more profitable?

well, if you want a better profit and a better win statistics then you also have to spend more time and put in some effort into it. which means trying hard to learn poker and then trying hard to beat your opponent. and yeah i agree that it is hard but poker is one of those games that you can actually earn something from if you are an expert in it.

It is true that in poker if you play according to the  opposite players then you can win a lot apart from that you have to change your playing style in every bet so that opposite player also cannot get your style and get confuse and lose all to you.

You can also try with sports betting in this also if you do analysis of each match then you can be in profit in long term
1515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: November 15, 2016, 09:58:34 PM
Just want know how much the gamblers who use analysis when play gambling and what kinds of gambling game? And do you think it is needed or not making analysis on gambling game or it is depend on lucky. Thanks for share your opinions and experience.

If you are going to gamble in casinos, dice games then no analysis will work as this all games are luck based, ya but if you are going to gamble in sports then analysis will really give more advantages in winning the bets. In poker their are so many strategy if you follow then you can earn in this gambling also
1516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying House with bitcoin from USA on: November 15, 2016, 09:56:10 PM
Can a foreigner buy a house in USA with bitcoins?

I am aware of that the foreigners can buy a house from USA and there isn't any restrictions. But how about bitcoins?

I know if the seller accepts it there won't be a problem but how about the government? Are they ok with that?

Normally, FED controls/monitors every USD transaction all around the world and they check if the money is clean (legally obtained) or dirty (terrorism, tax evasion, drug dealing etc) . Especially if you send the money to USA. Since they won't be able to control bitcoin transactions, how would they know if you are a drug dealer or a legal citizen in your country? Or do they  even care?

I think their will be legal paper work of that country before proceeding to buy any real estate property as every country has their own legal status of buying real estate, so if you follow all that procedures then you wont get any problem

What you said is totally true and i think anyone can buy any property from USA with all legal procedures but some country have their rules through which no one is owning the property but they are all government and only users can enjoy the property but cannot sale or claim the profit
1517  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Are Bitcoin private property on: November 15, 2016, 09:53:47 PM
I'm talking about the money kind of bitcoin.

Some situations where the bitcoin status of being a private property or not could arise:

> A mistakenly sends bitcoins to B, and A finds out who B is.
> A mistakenly shows his private keys to B (by just saying it), and A finds out who B is.
> B executes a replay attack on A.
> B, by an practical impossible luck, creates a private key that had founds that belonged to A already.
> B sends money to A (and A sends "something" or some information to B). Then, we don't know why, everyone decides to change their Bitcoin rules and the result is that A can't get to spend his money in the new version.

I started an article (here) trying to defend the idea that bitcoin is not private property, therefore all of the examples above couldn't be classified as theft or robbery (of private property).

What do you think?

What you are telling is possible only with fiat currency in some points but in bitcoins once sent you cannot find who is the receiver with the wallet address. Bitcoin is a private property what you are owning.

And it is a theft if you are taking anything from anyone with out their permission. but mistakenly sent is not theft and if you can find the receiver then you can ask him and if he is willing to give is ok if not you can do nothing
1518  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin Trading and Why It's risky? on: November 15, 2016, 02:47:34 PM
Hello folks!

I'm thinking about starting to trade with Bitcoin, but I see people saying that It's risky & almost like gambling.

I think that I mis-understand the meaning of trading.

For me trading Is for EXAMPLE, buying Bitcoin when It's at 550$ and selling It when It's at 670$. This Isn't risky because If Its value doesn't Increase, you'll just have to keep It until It gets higher enough, Is this trading?

I would really appreciate If people clarified more! Thankx Wink

What you are telling is the correct way of trading , in trading you have to be patience if you have purchased on high rate and you should no go for one shot full trading you should split your purchasing on low rates, like this your purchase rate will also come down and if their is any rise in price then you can easily sell and get profit
1519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: November 15, 2016, 01:47:42 PM

1520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: November 15, 2016, 09:25:27 AM
if no altcoin, may not be the trading coin that we know today. there may be, but there would be little option to redeem bitcoin with the existing currency.

I also agree that without altcoin you cannot do trading because its the alternative of bitcoin and you can only use alt coin in the trading market. You can convert your altcoins earned to bitcoin and then to the currency you are using in your country, to make a clear definition altcoins is nothing without the existence of bitcoin and do remember you must use altcoins for tradings of crypto currencies.

I think you are only looking at one point here, if you read above your post, it was stated that bitcoin is doing fine until several altcoin where created.  I agree that altcoin gives more exposure to bitcoin.  When it comes to trading, altcoin bitcoin pair is not the only trading pair in the market.  Without altcoin, bitcoin will still trade with other currencies as pair (bitcoin/usd, bitcoin/euro, bitcoin/peso, bitcoin/cny etc.)

Bitcoin can survive easily without altcoins, bitcoin have a "good" marketcap, you can trade by any fiat in the world and a lot of others points.

On the other side, altcoins without Bitcoin will have a low visibility and will not reach success, can you imagine an ICO without people putting their Bitcoin?
which is right alt coin won't survive because they needed bitcoin users to support them, but in terms of bitcoin it is already established his name and uses so there's no problem anymore even alt coins is not present.

That is right Bitcoin without Altcoin is stupid Question, it should be Altcoin without Bitcoin. As Altcoin is nothing without Bitcoin because their valuation is measured with bitcoin mostly
