Вопрос в том мнении которое сформировано у  большинства людей, а формируется оно через сми и окружение ( в котором оно формируется по той же формуле). И даже если вдруг все начнут любить и верить крипту, как только они начнут ей пользоваться, у довольно большой части желание отпадет. Сегодняшний человек ленив и экономит время, ему нужны решения в один клик.

Пока вообще не понятно как это будет, возможно все поменяется на столько, что к моменту, и с приходом этого самого регулирования, от текущего крипторынка не остентся и следа, все на столько видоизменится.
