Next update is implementation of PlumeDB for testing on testnet... this is the data layer that is basically a stack of raw data DHT + tracking & rebuild DHT + PHT trie index slaves + master. Next up after that is the AI Console and algo library. And rewriting the rest of the QT wallet in QML/QTQuick so we have a nice modern UI that doesn't look stuck in 1998, that is "responsive" on Android/mobile so stuff isn't forced off the edge of the screen and to get rid of the QWidget display oddities. looking good *yay* edit: you can still get free xai @ http://forums.dfx.io/index.php?topic=79.0 |

Note: I dislike any sort of pumping or hype (if unsubstantiated). However, I am following development progress up close, and we all know how much was invested at the crowd fund. It's really disappointing (to say the least) that Mac development for this coin has apparently been totally abandoned.
With no Mac update since the hard fork, staking on a Mac is impossible. Leaving the link up for a Mac wallet that is totally incapable of staking at all is just negligent. There should at least be some kind of warning about it for newcomers.
This coin has some cool things going for it, but I guess I have no choice but to stop waiting for an update that's not coming and say goodbye.
there is updated mac wallet, it was posted in slack the other day but it lacks the latest update with block size auto-optimizer.. i guess it will be released very soon but if u cant wait i can hit u with dl link, and yes it stakes fine. |

I got some output back from the graphic designer, so I can roll any tweaks into the next wallet update for the new graphics/icons.

Evening all.
As you can see on the latest roadmap, integrating FibreLock into the BitCoin wallet is next on the release path. As i stated before in a previous update this could be done in a couple of different ways, either approach the Bitcoin developers and get them to release the feature in their wallet, or we (Fibre team) maintain a Bitcoin repository that includes FibreLock, and supply the Binaries to the public. The latter is the most likely scenario to happen in the short term until we have a larger user acceptance.
In the very near future i will be fully integrating FibreLock into the latest Bitcoin wallet as per the roadmap, but also as some users have requested via PM, i will also be doing the same for the latest LiteCoin wallet!
Im sure you've already noticed, we dont sit still for very long here at Fibre HQ
if Bitcoin devs integrate FiberLock on next release this would bring huge audience and heat to Fibre, thats what we want right.. go for it all, all coins that integrate FibreLock should also promote Fibre on their about or somehow. Great work bobby |
