15081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 223: Nurmagomedov vs ??? Info Prediction, MCGREGOR ATTACKS BUS LOL! on: April 07, 2018, 03:03:24 AM
Hahaha, Conor is really brilliant . You can say what you want, but this guy always provides entertainment, now by attacking a bus  Grin.

I guess it is all staged. These people will do anything to increase the viewership and revenue. McGregor may be out of detention already. BTW... Is it now confirmed who is going to fight Nurmagomedov? First it was Ferguson, then it was Holloway...
15082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are there still hope for the altcoins on: April 07, 2018, 02:57:05 AM
Market consolidation is going to occur some time in the future, although I can't predict the exact date or month. Once that happens, the vast majority of the altcoins will become obsolete. Only the best among the coins are going to survive.
15083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy BItcoin or Litecoin on: April 07, 2018, 02:55:31 AM
Please don’t say 50 percent of each

BTC or Litecoin!

Go for Bitcoin. Litecoin is one of the oldest crypto-currencies, and technology-wise it is not much different from Bitcoin. On top of that, at the current rates Litecoin looks quite over-priced, at least when compared to the other alts such as Monero and NEO.
15084  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: April 07, 2018, 02:52:42 AM
People who are against bitcoin because they do not get the slightest benefit from bitcoin, they only believe in bitcoin negative news, such as bitcoin dangerous because it is used for illegal transactions, I think this is not important, as long as bitcoin community strengthens then this is no problem.

How can you say that it is not important? If the majority of the population believes that Bitcoin is mostly used by the criminals and money launderers, then it can have an impact on the future acceptability of Bitcoin. It is extremely important for us to change the public opinion about crypto-currency.
15085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worried about btc future on: April 07, 2018, 02:49:52 AM
The exchange rate is not one of the parameters which is important for the future of Bitcoin. The most important parameters are acceptability, growth in the user-base, legality and market dominance. If these parameters are OK, then the exchange rates will rise automatically.
15086  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell or wait for bitcoin to grow? on: April 07, 2018, 02:47:18 AM
Everyone around me says, " sell all your tokens before bitcoin dies." Please tell me how to do?
If were you, I'll sell it even if the bitcoin price is low, as the price goes down, you lose it.

It depends on the situation. If you are in profit, then there is no harm in selling some of your coins, irrespective of the exchange rate. The same is applicable if you are facing a financial crunch. But I would never advice selling all of your coins. You must keep somewhere between 25% and 75% of your coins for the long-term.
15087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: April 07, 2018, 02:44:00 AM
Of course, buying a medicine or any other medical product using Bitcoin is a positive thing to do. And this is a great thing for the crypto market. However, it is important to be careful not to use it in negative activities.

A lot of prescription medicines are available from the dark markets. In some cases, they are available for as low as one-tenth of the market rates. Strictly speaking, it is against law. But those who can't afford expensive drugs from the pharmacies may turn to dark markets to source their medications.
15088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: selling bitcoin is a stupid decision ? on: April 07, 2018, 02:40:35 AM
Sooner or later, you need to sell at least a part of your coins, because as a currency Bitcoin is not widely accepted. So if you want to realize your profits, then you need to convert some of your coins to fiat.
15089  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to buy Bitcoin on: April 07, 2018, 02:38:28 AM
I think this is the bottom of Bitcoin now so buy bitcoin now and wait for good return after some weeks. So hodl and wait for good moments.

How can you be so sure? I am not witnessing any signs of a stabilization in the market, and the demand seems to be quite weak. All the major exchanges are showing much more sell orders than buy orders in their order-books.
15090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase Exchange To Support Withdrawal Of Bitcoin Forks on: April 07, 2018, 02:35:57 AM
-snip-
Yobit accepts every shitcoin if they pay enough. They also tend to credit their users with a lot of Bitcoin shitforks. And that's why people keep using and holding their coins with them even after all the shady stuff they have done.

Coinbase will only support legit coins with a potential future.

Not every shitcoin can show at Coinbase. https://www.gdax.com/static/digital-asset-framework-2017-11.pdf

Like it or not. Yobit was one of the very few exchanges which credited their users with all the major Bitcoin forks till now. Coinbase was originally planning to keep the forked coins for themselves, but someone from Miami threatened to file a lawsuit against them and therefore they had to change their plans.
15091  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Working Abroad is a lot of sacrifice. on: April 06, 2018, 06:32:17 AM
Yea its really sacrificing because we need to live away from the locality and peoples with whom we grew up. its hard really

If you want a decent job and a bright future, then you should be open to relocating to the major cities. Even I was born in a small hilly village. I moved to one of the largest cities in India for education and now I am settled here. I miss my native village, but I am quite contented with my new life as well.
15092  Other / Politics & Society / Re: the effects of drugs on people... on: April 06, 2018, 06:28:04 AM
It destroys now only the person who take those drugs or the drug addicts but also the family and the community where they belong.

You are absolutely right. One of my friends comes from a small Indian state named Sikkim. He has told me how the abundance of drugs have destroyed the communal life in many of the previously peaceful well-to-do villages. It has resulted in broken families, a rise in trafficking of women and children, and a rise in rates of violent crime.
15093  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: April 06, 2018, 06:26:08 AM
It’s not the sentiment that bothers me - I, like many Muslims, have grown used to the unceasing stream of vitriol directed at Islam, Muslims, our scripture, and our prophet. What got to me was the audacity of this individual.

Rather than always playing the victim card, you needs to analyze why there is so much hatred directed against the Muslims. Islam is not the only foreign religion in the west. There are Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and even Animists. None of them face any issues from the native population.
15094  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Try to recover loss on: April 06, 2018, 06:24:15 AM
Previous few month we see all altcoin price is decrease. So at this time how I recover my loss.I decided one think,I want to sell my all altcoin now.And try to start trade and recovery again. It's possible? Can I do this.Tell me your opinion, can do or not?

If you think that you can recover your loses from trading, then I would say that the chances are quite low. The market is quite bearish right now and the best thing to do is to hold on to your coins and wait patiently for a recovery sometime later this year.
15095  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: April 06, 2018, 06:22:53 AM
I am thinking .. to put all my money in bitcoin what do you think? is it a good way to grow my money? or it is risky or.. ?

I have talked to a lot of my friends. Some of them are very bullish about Bitcoin and have invested more than 90% of their funds in to crypto. But at the same time, none of the investment experts advice you to keep more than 10% of your wealth in the form of crypto.
15096  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BITCOIN is for long term investment on: April 06, 2018, 06:20:13 AM
I believe too that Bitcoin is mainly for long term investment, because it is expected to reach very high levels after some years. The actual price is low, it is good time only to buy more BTC with this low rate, and keep holding our bitcoins in our secured wallets until the price go up highly , then we can selling and getting high profits.

If you are going for long-term investment, then you can't ignore the risks. There is always a small possibility that Bitcoin may get replaced by some other crypto-currency. If that happens, then Bitcoin can lose as much as 90% or 95% of its value.
15097  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In this down market how your doing? on: April 06, 2018, 06:18:55 AM
I know we all can make a good profit when markets are going up but since last, one-month markets are down. So how is your portfolio is doing and are you selling or holding?

This is not the ideal time to sell your coins and I made my last sale a few weeks back when the exchange rates were around $9,000 per coin. The prices went down by more than 20% after I made the sale.
15098  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: April 06, 2018, 06:12:23 AM
During the past 2-3 years, I have converted some of my coins to fiat and invested in equities and mutual funds. Had I held on to them, then I could have got better returns. But I don't regret my decision. At that time, I thought that it will be better to diversify the investment.
15099  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dropped by $2k on: April 06, 2018, 06:07:22 AM
As all of you know that the value dropped from a solid $11.5k to $9.5 recently. Could BitMex, the trading platform for bitcoin on other cryptos, where some users who had difficulty logging into its platform be one of the reasons for it?

The failure of a single exchange no longer causes a 20% or 25% crash in the exchange rates. We are no longer living in 2013, when there were just two major exchanges (BTC-e and Mt Gox). There are hundreds of major exchanges now, and even if one of them goes down, it will not have much of an impact on the exchange rate.
15100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think should invest in BITCOIN now? on: April 06, 2018, 06:04:26 AM
we are still in a bear market and it wouldn't just end in a blinking of an eye! it takes time for it to come to an end. and during a bear market it is generally not a good idea to invest because prices can fall down more until the trend changes and for an investment you always want to get in at the bottom.

but since this is bitcoin and we all know about the high volatility of it, you can start buying some inside the bigger dips. for example when price falls big time in a short period (a tall red candle on the charts with a high volume) that is a good time to get in at the bottom of that. and you can always buy with a part of your money that you want to invest.

You can invest in a bear market, if you have the capability to bear the losses and wait for 2-3 years to get the returns. In 2009, when the global recession was at its peak, I made the decision to invest in the stock market. And I got good returns from it. I am not saying that every time that is going to repeat, but investing in a bear market is not that much of a bad idea.
