1522  Economy / Securities / Re: BetKing.io Investor thread - 4939 Bitcoin profit, 4208 Bitcoin invested on: August 03, 2016, 10:17:01 AM
Hey Look! I'm there as well!

Will the OP be updated every week or will you make a new post with the list every week?

I'll probably update the OP and bump it.

Though there's not really much interest in this thread anyway so not much point by the looks of it?
1523  Economy / Services / Re: coder who can change our untitled dice script from 2 decimals to 4 decimals on: August 01, 2016, 08:59:44 PM
hello

next task

we need a coder who can change our untitled dice script from 2 decimals after the dot to 4 decimals

after this task there are more tasks

In https://github.com/untitled-dice/untitled-dice.github.io/blob/master/app.js you will see this sort of thing:

.toFixed(2)

You can change the 2 to a 4.

I've not read the whole source so it might be bad to change every line to that so test first!
1524  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betking investment on: August 01, 2016, 07:01:25 AM
So what is the minimum investment of betking.io. they say that gambling sites are the good way to invest your btc. Bitvest i think .01 is their minimum investment and im looking for other sites which i can invest my small amount of btc.

0.01 is the minimum but be aware that there is now only one risk option of 5x.

Also made a thread for investors which shows a list of all invested amounts so you can check solvency here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1570987
1526  Economy / Securities / BetKing.io Investor REFUNDS on: July 31, 2016, 06:06:33 PM
Hi
I decided to make an official thread for investors of https://betking.io here where I'll do a weekly list of investments with total invested.

Feel free to ask any questions, I may have forgotten something in this first post.

For daily and total wagered, profit, bets, invested stats visit https://dicesites.com/betking to get data going back to November 2014.

To anyone new:
https://betking.io has been open for over 3 years now and has become the most trusted and popular crowdfunded dice/casino site.
We have the most invested, the most wagered and the most profit of all crowdfunded sites.

At this time there's 7079 invested with 393,319 wagered and 6260 profit.

https://betking.io charges commission by taking 25% of the weekly profit (made from player losses) and 25% of the edge on wagered amounts at the time of bet whether the player wins or loses. The weekly profit commission is only charged on new profit.

The crowdfunded bankroll is used on the dice and social dice games. Everything else is funded by https://betking.io

To invest click on the site bankroll link on the left menu of the site or go here https://betking.io/play#siteBankroll

Proof of funds:
We used to keep all investor funds in one cold storage address so that investors could make sure their funds were still safe.
I decided to change to the method of keeping the cold storage addresses private as players were reporting that exchange sites like Coinbase were closing peoples accounts.

I know this is a massive red flag for potential new investors.

I have run the site for a long time though and built up a lot of trust and I am open to the idea of having a trusted member do an audit to prove I still have the funds every few months.

This was last done by dooglus on 7th July 2016
I sent dooglus a signed message from Betking cold storage addresses that he can verify and prove solvency.

I received a signature for a message that said:
'this is a betking cold storage address'

The address which was used to create the signature contains a little over 4500 BTC.

Dean tells me there's ~100 BTC in the hot wallet too.

So that's a proof of assets. For real proof of solvency we would also need to see a proof of liabilities (ie. investment amounts) to make sure that liabilities don't exceed assets. The danger is that there are 10 investors each having invested around 1000 BTC, so the total liabilities are over 10k. I'm not suggesting that this is the case, merely that it is possible if each investor doesn't have a way of making sure his coins are counted in the claimed total.

Proof of solvency:
As dooglus pointed out above just because I show I own a certain amount of funds doesn't prove solvency.
So here is a list of all invested amounts over 0.01 (user id's removed).

1527  Economy / Gambling / Re: 10 Bitcoin Jackpot on Social Dice @ BetKing.io on: July 31, 2016, 05:22:43 PM
Two new updates:

1) Social dice bot!
You can select 1,2,3 or all 4 chance options to bet at same time. You can leave multiply on loss as 1 to just chase jackpot or use it for normal martingale.

2) Provably fair widgets on dice, roulette and blackjack. These are right under the game boards/controls now so you can just click to get check your current hash, edit client seed and verify your bets.

Good luck
1528  Economy / Gambling / Re: 10 Bitcoin Jackpot on Social Dice @ BetKing.io on: July 31, 2016, 04:29:05 PM
5) Social Dice mini jackpots have been hitting often, I think that's the 6th one now for 0.3 Bitcoin each time. The Major jackpot is over 10 Bitcoin making it +EV for small bets Smiley

Good luck

I have a couple of questions on Social dice.

The minimum bet is 100 satoshis or 1 satoshi?

If two players bet on Social dice and hit the 10BTC jackpot, will they win 10BTC each or 5BTC each?

The minimum bet is 0.0001.

If two players play when the jackpot wins they will split the prize yes.

The prize depends on your bet size.

You can read more here https://betking.io/help/socialdice

1529  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betking investment on: July 31, 2016, 04:27:04 PM
Think you have that wrong.

It works pretty much the same as every other site that takes commission weekly.

If you make 1 Bitcoin one week you will pay 0.25.

If you lose the next week you pay nothing.

If you win 1 Bitcoin the next week you pay nothing.

If you win 1 Bitcoin again the next week you pay 0.25.

Commission is only charged once on the profit.

You also have the wagered commission of 0.0025 of the wagered amount of every bet.

Hi
For some reason I wasn't getting notifications so not seen any of the past messages.

A few changes over past week or so.

1) The investment dropped by around 500 Bitcoin because I auto divested everyone who was in at 5x kelly or lower then moved everyone who was invested at 10x to 5x. (I had to divest the 5x first unfortunately due to an old implementation detail).

This was something that had been spoken about with investors for months. Most wanted to move to 5x risk but they felt they couldn't because everyone was on 10x.

The majority of the coins as you can see were invested at 10x so I also made 5x the only option.
This allows me to start work on a huge performance increase. If you have multiple risk levels you need to update everyone's investment every bet.

2) As already mentioned investment funds are not in a public address now. If this does indeed prove to be an unsuccessful way of stopping exchanges etc from blocking players then I will consider making it public again.

3) There's 4 new Booming slot games to play.

4) Removed Shapeshift/Coinimal (BitPanda) support for deposits.

5) Social Dice mini jackpots have been hitting often, I think that's the 6th one now for 0.3 Bitcoin each time. The Major jackpot is over 10 Bitcoin making it +EV for small bets Smiley

Good luck

1534  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin BLACKJACK multiplayer game FOR SALE on: July 23, 2016, 08:27:52 AM
I had this on my site in 2014 and it had already been done by FIAT casinos before I did it so your idea is not unique.
Good luck

1537  Economy / Gambling / Re: New game "Social Dice" with Jackpots! @ BetKing.io on: July 16, 2016, 03:33:02 PM
What's the house edge on social dice?

1%

Though with the jackpot it would actually be less than 1%
1538  Economy / Gambling / Re: New game "Social Dice" with Jackpots! @ BetKing.io on: July 16, 2016, 02:44:18 PM
Update:
Affiliates can now see their referral link and earnings in the account page again.
Added link to bitcoindicesimulator.com on the main menu on left
Removed links to Coinimla (it's changed name) and Shapeshift as it seems these were rarely uses and made the deposit dialog look crap Smiley
1539  Economy / Gambling / Re: New game "Social Dice" with Jackpots! @ BetKing.io on: July 15, 2016, 06:43:12 PM
Did some rolls on social dice game but it is very hard to hit the jackpot. I think possibility to hit the jackpot is very rare. After an hour still no luck to hit that but this is very interesting to place bet with other players there. So what will be percentage of prize distribution if more than one players hit the jackpot?

The first mini jackpot was hit yesterday and paid out a bit over 0.3 Bitcoin.

1540  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poll: Is PrimeDice the "Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game" on: July 15, 2016, 03:56:19 PM
PrimeDice is definitely the most popular dice site. But I don't know how people define "Trusted".

I have always seen trust as how many people trust a site with their Bitcoin.

I am very sure that https://betking.io holds on to more Bitcoin of player and investor funds than any other Bitcoin casino/dice site as we hold close to 5000 Bitcoin.

Now PrimeDice might have more than 5k Bitcoin but that is their own money and not players.

So BetKing is trusted by people to secure 5k Bitcoin so I believe that means it is the most trusted site, but it is not the most popular.

That's reasonable but to be fair, it's obvious to me that Primedice would have well over 10,000 bitcoins in investments if we offered investing. We've gotten individual offers from people wanting to invest 1000+ coins in the past which we declined.

Also as far as trust goes, we paid out an individual winner 2400 coins which is proof we would never manipulate rolls.

The fact that Primedice holds very little user funds and makes more significantly more than any site makes it by far the most trustworthy in my book. There's just no point of failure/scam.

I don't doubt at all that PrimeDice would have more invested than BetKing if it did open to investment.

For payouts, I did cash someone out over 1000 Bitcoin multiple times a day for a few days, when greystroke/starbuck were playing last year.

I think your point and mine show that both sites are the two most trusted Bitcoin gambling sites by far, we just both got to that status by different methods.

Still, as evident in these threads, some people will never be convinced Smiley

Agree with your points, people will always be skeptical of online gambling especially when it involves anonymous operators which is reasonable. However, I'm convinced that this gaming scene is far more trustworthy & transparent than any other one (real money, csgo, etc).

Definitely. That CS:GO scene was terrible and FIAT casinos have scammed far more than even the biggest Bitcoin gambling scams, just look at Full Tilt and Ultimate Bet and countless other poker sites.
Luckily we haven't had a major Bitcoin gambling scam since dice.ninja and dicebit.co.in
