1521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: July 29, 2017, 10:05:13 PM
In most religions I know of gambling is a sin as it promotes greediness in people and some sort of  inequality among people when they make a lot of money, but of course others might argue that in some rare cases it elevates one standard of living such that the come from rags to riches which removes them from suffering. Afaik people are reluctant about the whole gambling is a sin these days Roll Eyes
I don't  believe it's a sin because I am doing it regularly, gambling does not destroy my life and in fact I am having fun doing it.
With that said, I guess if you are not responsible in gambling you will not gonna enjoy gambling and that way you will sin but not the gambling establishment itself.
I don’t agree with you at all. Gambling is sin from religious point of view. It is destructive in nature because the gamer gets addicted to it. After addiction, majority loses all in order to double their money. All are not wise like you. If you are making profit continuously, that is just because your odds are with you.

Religious rules are made to be dealt with responsibly, gambling is strictly prohibited by religion but if we do not imply what is implied as negative elements such as injuring others, self-destructing, then gambling is still worth doing, besides religious law, there is still a positive law we can do.
1522  Economy / Economics / Re: Your plans for 1st august? on: July 28, 2017, 10:08:17 PM
I have personally changed most bitcoin into fiat, I am not so panicked and this is just for precaution, there is an announcement on the stock exchange that bitcoin we have will get bcc bonus with the same nominal, I do not understand what is meant by this announcement, obviously i will sell the bcc as soon as possible.
1523  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: July 28, 2017, 09:31:41 PM
Each country has the right to authorize their existence primarily to the currency, bitcoin emerges into the world to become a distinguishing currency system that exists. Bitcoin will never replace anything because Fiat in a country is one of their official identities. I think the government will only allow bitcoin for virtual transactions only and nothing more.
1524  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Taxes on: July 28, 2017, 09:23:57 PM
The best way to see bitcoin acceptable to the world is regulation, government regulations will have an impact on the tax sector, I think there is no problem with this because it is the best condition to be accepted in world economy. I do not think how much income they will cut but the most important is how many bitcoins are capable of generating change in modern world.
1525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to find lost bitcoins? on: July 27, 2017, 11:50:17 PM
I believe many of the bitcoins that were lost is due to users throwing away their hard drive with bitcoins stored inside during the early stages of bitcoin, as the price of bitcoins are just a few cents in the past, people who owned bitcoins don't treat it as an important assets at that time, so the chances to recover lost bitcoins is very low.

I was one of those people who experienced it, at that time I didn't know about trezor and other hardwallet and I forgot to back up my private key. I still remember it was the rainy season and there was a frequent blackout that caused my cpu to be damaged and irreparable. I'm very disappointed and had stopped online for 3 years, I deeply regret the bitcoin I collect disappeared. There is no other way to restore it.
1526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: July 27, 2017, 11:44:50 PM
What is bitcoin for you? Is it a chance or a scheme to get rich? Or is it actually to keep your wealth to yourself.
What lead you into bitcoin world and what's keeping you here?
Bitcoin for me is a future virtual currency were it can be a replacement to all currency in the near future.
But this is just my thoughts only, this will happen a years from now.
While bitcoin has the potential to replace traditional currencies I do not think that is going to happen for the simple reason that countries will refuse to give up their right to print currencies, I think at some point they are going to try to combat it and when they finally realize that war cannot be won governments finally will accept that bitcoin is here to stay.

Printing fiat currency using natural resources that will someday run out, then your reasoning makes sense, if the price of natural resources is more expensive then the government should immediately look for other best options. But every country must have its own currency and bitcoin cannot be claimed only by one country so bitcoin cannot replace fiat forever. To me, bitcoin is the ideal form to add personal wealth assets for long term.
1527  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex, not accepting bitcoins... on: July 23, 2017, 09:53:17 PM
Any suggestions on investing in other currencies on bittrex?

If the shit on Aug1st won't go as planed (slim to 0 chances) there will be no ssafe heaven from it.
Look how the altcoins tumbled when bitcoin sneezed this week, if bitcoin fails the altcoins will follow it to the ground.

Just sit tight and enjoy a week of no trading and no running with your bitcoins from door to door on closed exchanges.

Very true if bitcoin falls then all altcoin will crawl back from the bottom, step of bittrex is very appropriate to disable bitcoin transactions because their reputation and volume is very big, if there are many transaction problems because after 1 August bittrex automatically do not want to bear all at risk and become bankrupt, the reason for the bittrex not to accept bitcoin simply refuses the transaction until the condition stabilizes again.
1528  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: July 23, 2017, 09:40:49 PM
The reason I left the main job for bitcoin is the old dream to have a pattern of financial freedom, many are rich from birth and become a boss
I am not discouraged because bitcoin gives me a real chance.
1529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO][CARE4ME][CARECOIN] - FIRST PEER-2-PEER AT-HOME NURSING PLATFORM ! on: July 22, 2017, 06:02:30 PM
It will take some time to achieve PRE-ICO goal put in mind that most people now prefer to hold there coins than to invest on anything and that will continue till 1 August hoax end . Even tho everything looks clear now but still a lot of people worried . To be honest I expected a lot more from this pre ICO but maybe 1 August fear is still there .
There is no impossible right now, we just need to cooperate for this project to become successful, as of the moment it is not yet at its point but time will come we'll gonna achieve what our mission and objective is. Just keep on going guys.

The current topic is bitcoin transactions, I think carecoin presale will still run smoothly because it also receives payment via ethereum, at least the transaction can still be done until the end of the month before we actually start the beginning of new bitcoin system.
1530  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: July 22, 2017, 05:01:18 PM
We all know that there is corruption everywhere, like in government or any other organization. Because of money, corruption can always happen with greedy people who always wants more money to them. Since bitcoin can be considered as money, can it also lead to corruption?
As what you say corruption is everywhere it is driven by greed. But luckily bitcoin is decentralized which means no banks are involved, banks are also corrupt for my opinion.  I don't think that corruption is involved yet to bitcoins or any other coins, maybe the maker or something. But lets hope corruption will not occur in this industry.
I think at this time the bank will not be too helpful to save the results of corruption and will be very visible if you do money laundering and keep it in the bank. Because of course the bank can be transparent if requested by the government to see suspicious transactions. With bitcoin will all be a secret. Maybe bitcoin will lead #imo

The anonymous nature of bitcoin will facilitate the pattern of corruption, from here we understand that bitcoin can lead, but it will not apply to government officials and taxpayers because the government will definitely tighten the bitcoin regulations in the future, no matter how much money they launder will still exist one issue where large nominals are always the target of hackers and will not make corruption convenient in bitcoin.
1531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: July 22, 2017, 04:20:16 PM
mones is not everything when you're playing gambling because there's tense, greediness, luck and many more things that comes to you when playing gambling. putting all your game on money doesnt let you to win at game. all you need is luck and enough knowledge in order to win on gambling. if you lose don't stop and try again another day.

If experience is enough, what matters is not money, but the courage to allocate capital in the various gambling pots we want to play, the experience will be second only if we are sure of our mental. Many people get caught up in the confusion between greed thinking and usually the experience that makes them lose.
1532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: July 22, 2017, 03:56:30 PM
I am very happy to be able to analyze poker cards because of the many probabilities that can be researched, sports betting is also a favorite of mine because it can be analyzed before and after the game, more accurate analysis coming to big teams and favorite teams. Roulette and dice just for the sideline.
1533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: July 22, 2017, 03:36:10 PM
Off a big win, I might try to start some type of business.

Nothing fancy or special. Just something to keep me busy and keep me moving so I don't turn into a sloth.
I'd never become a sloth, but I also wouldn't want to run a business if I had big money. Running a business, even a small one requires you to do all the paperwork, run from a clerk to a clerk. Also you'll have to deal with some annoying clients... I'd just buy a small farm in a warm climate, far from everyone and live my life.

We all expect a comfortable business like that, but my principle as long as my brains and energy are still productive, I will still choose profits for trading and gambling capital, I just set aside a small percentage of income for long term and strive to continue conversion of winning results on active business everyday.
1534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: July 22, 2017, 03:17:57 PM
They are similar to each other if we are talking about risk because we involved money in both. Gambling is riskier especially if we don't know what we are doing. Gambling will make us rich in just a matter of hours but it will be another reason to go bankrupt. We only need luck in gambling while in trading we analyze the trend of coin we are trading but trading also have risk but it's much safer than gambling.

Trading is more dignified because it uses active analysis, there are several options to try luck in trading like "binary/trading options" but it still doesn't eliminate the popularity of regular trading. If you have enough experience, trading can use fundamental techniques so that our greedy nature will not appear instantly, this condition is much different from gambling.
1535  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: July 21, 2017, 05:44:02 PM
people hold btc cause btc price regularly increase. other btc give good opportunity for earning. i tell don't hold btc you buy alt coin cause you can be double profit.

Then after that altcoin price will increase Smiley. Holding bitcoin can be based on a variety of reasons, especially regarding the needs of users and their thinking about developing bitcoin trends, this pattern will automatically prevent the thought of selling and will affect the rise in bitcoin prices.

Buy altcoin and develop in the trading market will eventually again be converted to bitcoin as long as there is no altcoin paired with fiat. This reaction causes why many people make bitcoin as the ultimate goal of conversion and continue to hold it.
1536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Criminality and Bitcoin on: July 21, 2017, 05:22:15 PM
Where ever you are, what ever you do, criminals are everywhere. Bitcoin has nothing to do with that, somehow. But I confess that some criminals do use Bitcoin for something that's not good.

The perception of criminality rate in bitcoin also applies equally to fiat, much bitcoin use only leads to internet technology. It really doesn't make any difference and this is not the main reason if bitcoin is must ultimately regulate by the government. Bitcoin crime does look more intellectual and we are trapped by anonymous and decentralized patterns, but this makes us more responsible and more qualified to maintain the security and balance of personal accounts.
1537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: July 21, 2017, 04:51:35 PM
Why use Bitcoins ?

I keep seeing threads on “why don't people” ? The real question to me is Why would they ?

-The average consumer will go way out of their way to save money. Bitcoins cost more.
-The average consumer will usually pay a little extra to have convenience. Bitcoin is less convenience and more hoops and complications.

I just cannot see any reason for the average consumer to use Bitcoins. Until average consumers start using Bitcoins they will just be an experiment and a small speculative bubble.

I have my personal reasons, I am interested Bitcoins them as a tech person, speculative investor and person that follows evolving treads and markets. I am just struggling to see any.. benefits for the average consumer at this stage.
If you cannot see the benefits that is because you don’t want to see them, you can buy stuff from amazon in purse.io and get a discount between 10 to 20% on your purchase, if that is not enough for the average person especially when you add the fact that bitcoin goes up in value periodically then I do not know what to say to you.

In addition, bitcoin is also suitable for asset use, it is suitable for people who use it as a companion with fiat, people who are stable choose bitcoin means already understand this. Daily crypto traders are also familiar with bitcoin and may have thrown their thinking About forex, economic goals and a sense of comfort for one business makes it more attractive to prioritize.
1538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Bank??? on: July 15, 2017, 08:57:24 PM
There is no official bitcoin bank because it's still problematic with the state regulations but we can meet many bitcoin atm, you can search it in google search. But unfortunately in my country the popularity of bitcoin atm is not as big as bitcoin transactions via smartphone so it only looks as display only, but unconsciously atm became the second identity mascot after exchange bitcoin market in every country bitcoin community.
1539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afraid of August One? on: July 15, 2017, 08:41:59 PM
We are the one who build the bitcoin community so we are responsible for whatever happens to it. Panic should not be practice. We need to move as one community. The price goes down because wd all run in different directions. Have you seen the movie finding nemo? They have this line "listen everybody, we need to swim down, swim down, swim down" in order for them not to get caught of the net that holds them all. They listen and they won of not getting caught.

So here is what we need to do. HODL and keep on buying when you have money to buy. The price will rise and will keep on rising. Until we make the market stable again.

that's a positive suggestion, we also need to keep thinking optimistically, but in the law of commerce, panic selling factor that is affected by very strong issues and events will have a big impact, most traders will play safe to sell/convert into altcoin, and will only buy back when hardfork has given results.
1540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: July 15, 2017, 08:33:30 PM
Bitcoin is usually used by people interested in technology. I mean, persons with a certain technical knowledge are interested in bitcoin.

My observations are that way. I think Bitcoin needs to reach larger quantities. Can use bitcoin in people who are not interested in technology?
Can people use the bitcoin in the profession group like tradesmen, teachers, housewives, firemen, butchers? Are we going to see the days that these people use bitcoin?
Why not? That can still happen. Everyday people raise a normal people still use the computer, still love the information technology. Anyone who wishes to get rich, they can learn and use bitcoin. As I want to know more about bitcoin I go online, read newspapers, follow up news.
I agree! I am an ordinary citizen and I have been using bitcoin for years now. I really have no idea about bitcoin but through my friend who is knowledgeable with bitcoin and doing some research about bitcoin, I am now really hooked up with bitcoin. I have been earning profit using bitcoin which I use in my daily living and I would suggest this job to ordinary citizens who cannot go out of the house or who wants to work at home especially to the single moms out there who cannot leave their child alone.

We can take the example of 60% of moms in china, they are interested to invest in many forex brokers, and the rest are interested in various hyip and lottery, introduce it to bitcoin is not difficult, maybe initially will be difficult but bitcoin will ease every transaction they do and of course they will learn.
