15361  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 26, 2018, 12:00:27 PM
I can only answer "yes it will happen" but for the time of achievement that is unpredictable, because bitcoin prices are unstable. And if you have a bitcoin target at a price of 20k, then you have to be patient.

Yes with the current market dropping so much if expectations are to achieve $20,000 then patience is vital.
15362  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 25, 2018, 08:59:20 PM
I hope this year but I dont know... to much FUD

FUD has always been a problem for all coins but right now FUD or no FUD the problem is the whole of the crypto market has fallen badly and taken a hit on price.
15363  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 25, 2018, 06:02:14 PM
I read the forums here and the analysts gave them an inspiring message in every field that would hit $ 20k this year according to co-funders their prediction has a huge bitcoin price rise and it's good the news will make me happy.

It will make us ALL happy if the price of Bitcoin goes up
15364  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 25, 2018, 05:35:09 PM
in mid of october prices were near 5k USD and no one imagined and expected that by december start we will see bestest bull run of the history , bitcoin was rising at a unbelievable pace . same way we did not expected this dip .
so just have faith in crypto and you can do only one thing that share info and knowledge about crypto to your friend circle . so that more n more people get involved and it can be so much popular that all big companies of world accept crypto and make partnership .

Yes the dip is massive and nobody saw it coming. What will happen at the end of the year is unknown.
15365  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 25, 2018, 03:14:40 PM
If you are losing all your hopes today that the price of bitcoins might go down even more and your investments will just come to waste then just keep on holding and wait for december to come because that is the only way for you to regain your investments because most of the crypto analyst are expecting for bitcoins price to pump again before the year ends.

Currently I think those who bought at high prices have no choice but to wait and hold until the price rises.
15366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitmain Reaching 42% of Bitcoin Network Hashrate on: June 25, 2018, 01:29:42 PM
A mining pool is public though, so other people are possibly mining in BTC.com and Antpool. If that ever happens, people could simply stop, how does Bitmain have the power to make a 51% in that case? I'm missing something?

Well Bitmain is already part using their btc.com and antpool for other crypto including Bitcoin Cash. What they are seeming to do is to mine Bitcoin and then immediately sell it for Bitcoin cash. If they were to stop mining Bitcoin Cash and add that hash power towards Bitcoin then it would add minimal percentage to the already 42% because the work rate is harder for Bitcoin than Bitcoin Cash.

Yes people could stop using those two pools and mine elsewhere to stop 51% hash rate at any single pool but maybe better for morew choice for stable pools out there.
15367  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 25, 2018, 12:33:27 PM
currently the state of bitcoin prices are in an unstable position. bitcoin prices drop dramatically and can not yet be known when to return to positive lanes. what we can do right now is to trust bitcoin, continue using bitcoin to make bitcoin gain trust that increases bitcoin price.

All crypto prices are unstable right now, things are not looking good for whole market.
15368  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitmain Reaching 42% of Bitcoin Network Hashrate on: June 25, 2018, 10:22:26 AM
Bitmain, the largest manufacturer of ASICs, is getting close to 51% of Bitcoin’s network hashrate as its two subordinates reached close to 42% last week. The manufacturing and mining giant owns both BTC.com and Antpool.

Antpool is a mining pool operated by the Beijing-based company, and it found 14.6 percent of all bitcoins last week. By comparison, BTC.com is supposedly independent (while still being owned by Bitmain) and found 27.2 percent of all bitcoins last week.

Full report here: https://www.livebitcoinnews.com/bitmain-approaching-51-of-network-hashrate-for-bitcoin/

Too much power and too much control in the hands of one person or one company, that is not acceptable on many counts. The risks are too high so what is the best way to avoid any chance of Bitcoin potentially becoming hostage to any person/company in the future? It has not happened so far but things might take a turn for the worse in the future.
15369  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 25, 2018, 06:31:31 AM
Realistically I dont think it would be at soon as lomg cyptocurency doesny provide true value to our society with enormous impact, previously 20k peak is widely because of rising popularity among new investors and most of them are going for a gold rush, that's why it could went 800b marketcap in few months, and now things are different, increasing speculators have deter any ridiculous pump as they are smart

It seems you think the slump in the market is down to new investors not buying? How does that affect those that already have purchased long term? The prices are so low the market is not looking good right now.
15370  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 24, 2018, 11:47:46 PM
Yep, it is a temporary low, but the btc trend is to rise, possibly at the end of the year it will end higher than 20K

I hope you are right that Bitcoin will be at $20,000 at the end of the year. Seems very unlikely right now because the market is dropping and looking so bad.
15371  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 24, 2018, 11:01:40 PM
Every user around the forum as well outside the forum who has made an investment expect the same. With bitcoin by last year end the price increase was massive and it happened all of the sudden. In the similar way, this time too it happens all of the sudden. We can just have patience and get benefited when the growth takes place.

Yes patience is the key but the market is looking very bad right now, all crypto prices have fallen. I hope it recovers soon.
15372  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 24, 2018, 10:13:07 PM
There are many countries in the world who have a wait-and-see attitude towards BTC!
When more than 90% of the countries in the world declare BTC legal, BTC will be used as a global cryptocurrency!
BTC will exceed the price of 20,000 US dollars!

When do you think it will exceed $20,000?
15373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash on: June 24, 2018, 10:12:22 PM
The basis for which it was created might become void, but that doesn't mean it goes away. At this point, BCH has value for the same reason BTC does. It has a very minimum amount of baseline utility and everyone just uses it to speculate and hope to get rich. That's the majority of the use of any altcoin at this point. If Lightning Network gets up and running and they iron out all the kinks and vulnerabilities, BTC and BCH I expect will continue on very much unchanged.

I agree with your view: "It has a very minimum amount of baseline utility and everyone just uses it to speculate and hope to get rich. That's the majority of the use of any altcoin at this point"

Let us see what the future brings to Bitcoin when the lightening network DDOS vulnerabilities are plugged and fixed then wait to see how Bitcoin Cash will respond to that event.
15374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash on: June 24, 2018, 09:34:33 PM
both are good coins and first place is BTC and second place is bitcoin cash but compare with BTC bitcoin cash is not much and BTC is ruler in crypto market

Most agree with your opinion
15375  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 24, 2018, 05:14:39 PM
It will come back, when people are not just after the income, people will not listen and panic with the negative news, when we are not greedy, when people unite as one to promote and help each new members about this kind of opportunity, willing to hold their bitcoins, don't mind dump because they knew it was just temporary.

Maybe the slump is temporary but it does not look good because the whole market capital is going down not just Bitcoin price.
15376  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 24, 2018, 02:12:42 PM
i don't think we'll see this prize this year. many people are afraid to invest in crypto now. there is too much scam and many people are afraid of it and prefer to bring the money back to the bank or buy gold or shares.

Yes many investors might consider investing in property, land (real estate), gold, stock market or other places.
15377  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Rewards From Mining - Still Economically Viable? on: June 24, 2018, 02:11:12 PM
I think mining will get incorporated into various domestic products such as heater and air con units.

Maybe, it could happen as more and more domestic devices get connected and go online
15378  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Rewards From Mining - Still Economically Viable? on: June 24, 2018, 12:33:26 PM
The bitcoin reward for mining is economically viable only on the industrial level, to actually mine bitcoin you need loads of server power and the electricity cost for that is huge, small compared to that of a server cost, like an exponential graph this business only works art high processing power.

Single individuals (non-corporate) mining is no longer viable - simple.
15379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin First Billionaire: Winklevoss Twins on: June 24, 2018, 12:32:16 PM
The winklevoss twins recognized the potential in bitcoin far in the past when the bitcoin valuation was less than 30 billion USD , early investors since Facebook these investors have predicted that the valuation of bitcoin will reach a staggering 400 billion dollars till the end of the year.

I have no idea what the market capital of Bitcoin or total altcoins will be in December 2018, time will tell but the market prices have fallen badly taking a hit.
15380  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: June 24, 2018, 12:30:26 PM
Well I think it is not very hard to see the price high once again, now more people are using bitcoin for the sake of save future, bitcoin is being use all over the world more than any crypto currency, most of companies are now switching to the blockchain technology so I think bitcoin will be more than 20k dollar at the end of 2018, this is fine predication of some expert investors.

I used to have the smae view as you that Bitcoin will hit $20,000 before the end of the year 2018 but with the crypto prices falling so much sadly I think it will struggle to get that high again in 2018 Sad
