This is subjective to how the player reacts and what was used to wager; A gambler who used money he could afford to lose is playing for fun, entertainment, and hobbies that can kill time instead of being bored and he is ready to accept the outcome of what game predicted, this is what good gambling portray but gambling becomes bad when the player wager money his not ready to let go and becomes emotional when the result didn't favor him, this is when gambling becomes unhealthy to a gambler, this is what I feel gambling play in our lives and the best of it should be for fun.

I'm hoping the benefits allocated to Drake's Ambassadorship deal with Stake gambling because I wonder whether the games he stakes are covered by the casino as a form of promotion or just compensation for making use of the sportsbooks so that the rapper wouldn't worry to wager anything, the stake will either pay if he win or loss the expected odds that are associated with each of the game, I assume something like this is what give him the courage to wager/stake money as huge as this, that alone will go a long way to settle bills.

It could also be that Drake is doing this purposely for entertainment and advertisements sake, this is not the first time he has staked something huge, he did it in the World Cup which gather a lot of attention which makes me feel this is just part of the partnership.
1543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hypothetical Question on: February 28, 2023, 09:24:12 PM
If you were told the outcome of a soccer match, hours before the match was scheduled, and you were assured that it would 100% win, how much would you be willing to bet on it? Assuming it was a 100% can’t lose situation.

Assuming you had millions of dollars that you could put on the match, where would you place the bets? Bookies often limit players. How could one successfully place millions of dollars in bets without drawing up suspicions or having their money frozen? Just curious.

The rule of gambling should never be undermined regardless of the outcome, always stake what you can afford to lose, that phrase has saved me from the excitement of games I have a strong and bold outcome on. Now, you should note that nothing is 100% sure in gambling, I will consider that match as a scam the moment I see games people predict as a sure game, nothing works in gambling in that manner, people forget that even that 100% assurance is a risk and should be done with caution so they don't backfire later at the end of the day.

My answer to your question: Even if I have billions under my assets, I wouldn't stake that game unless I stake what I want to lose so that I can have peace of mind.
1544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: February 28, 2023, 08:51:10 PM

Real Madrid is extremely confident right now and even though they know they have to win this game if they want to compete for the title, they are still doing ok since their qualification for the next round in the Champions League. The pressure is high but very doable for Real Madrid. Barcelona has more to lose since they are the one with the advantage and they just lost in the Europa League. For them the season could still turn into a nightmare.

But Barcelona at this time is very convincing for La Liga. They, strong enough to win La Liga this season. In fact, I really doubt that Real Madrid can catch up with Barcelona. That's my prediction when Real Madrid doesn't move much to add strength like Barcelona. Although Barcelona are poor in Europe they have adapted quickly for the League. Right now if guessing maybe I'm more convinced of Barcelona. The seven-point gap looks a bit but for Barcelona's current form it looks hard to chase.

It's not that they aren't taking Europa seriously; look at their team and players closely; Xavi deployed the same players in both the Laliga and the Europa League. It's just that luck isn't always on your side. Look at their performance in the Europa League against Manchester United in both the first and second legs of the match; despite everything they did, they were unable to avoid defeat. Also, look at their performance in their most recent game against Almeria; that is the team from which they can easily earn valuable points in order to maintain their lead over Real Madrid. This indicates that Madrid would have high hopes if they won their upcoming encounter in the ELclassico.

Liverpool vs Wolves

This is one of the most interesting matches on Wednesday, we know that Wolves have humiliated Liverpool in the previous meeting with a landslide score without reply. This time it's Wolves' turn to visit Anfield stadium to play a match against Liverpool. I am pretty sure that Liverpool will win this match, of course not without reason because Liverpool have a very good record at home with the last 10 matches in all competitions they have only lost 2, drawn 2 and won 6. Of course this is very good capital for Liverpool against Wolves later, so I think I will bet on Liverpool's victory in this match later.
Certainly this game will be interesting. I am expecting drama as well as an entertaining game. Liverpool losing 3 to nil in the first leg was humiliating and will want to punish Wolves in their visit to Anfield, surely it should be thrilling and a must win game for Klopp’s side, my prediction is a win for Liverpool.

If, after what happened in Molineux, and Liverpool fail to protect Anfield, it is a big shame to Liverpool and Klopp because I don't know what is even happening to great London clubs we use to have back then, apart from Mane that left the club, I don't see any valid reason why Liverpool is lagging behind in important matches but to some extent, they are better than Chelsea who only loss Kante to injury and they are still finding it difficult to scale through in the table, rought times for good teams that we once had high expectations in but seeing them recently beg for some questions.
1546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 28, 2023, 07:58:26 PM
The same thing happened at UCL. Chelsea's performance has been declining a lot since potter was changing some good players for useless players. It can be said that if chelsea has been fooled by so many clubs to buy useless player. I remember when lampard was still in chelsea. He has been suggested to buy some good players but that's very sad to say that if he has been sacked by abramovich caused by the bad performance of the club.

Is it because Abuameyang didn't make it to the list of the squad that is playing for Chelsea in the Champions League? I questioned that when I saw that news but only the team I believe is in that position to answer that, the three new players they bought made it to that list and I doubt if any credible manager will be so in a hurry to remove their main striker from the squad that meant so much to the team and yet they still fail woefully, there is something that is happening to Chelsea that outsiders don't know until someone speaks up.

Quote
Being a manager is far difficult than a player caused by the pressure was very big but potter must be included in the exception. Chelsea is now a mediocre team that will get nothing this season.
Don't expect too much from chelsea

The only hope they have this season is this Champions League which they are on the verge of losing to Dortmund, I hope they score goals they can in the second leg otherwise, they will only be playing for been featured in matches without expecting any trophy, I doubt if there would be any motivation for players to play for the team when there is nothing to fight for.
1547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 27, 2023, 09:51:59 PM
Manchester City have the best attack in the world and they probably have the best depth in the world but they have not been performing great this season and I do not know why they have not been converting their chances like they have in previous seasons. I think Haaland is a good player but I think they have become too dependent on him and when he does not score it is left to players like Jack Grealish who are not proven goal scorers against the top teams and I think that is why they are struggling.

Do you mean globally or just in the Premier League? Since emotions and loyalty to a team cause fans to become one-sided with facts, I will have to side with Real Madrid before they sold Casemiro. However, I do have some faith in Manchester City to score two goals against Leipzig in the second leg to secure their place in the quarterfinals. If they lose to a team like that, it will make them appear weak and unreliable.

I don't believe Manchester City has been overly dependent on Haaland; in fact, when he wasn't present for matches, they were doing just well and winning Trophies before he became signed, he is just another goal-scoring machine who has given them consistency in winning.
1548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 27, 2023, 09:30:12 PM
I can predict a slide winning for Arsenal against Everton because, from both club's recent performances, Asernal is better positioned to win the match since the gap between both clubs on the table is quite large and Asernal is already topping the league table that results alone is highly motivating for Asernal.

-Everton has also done well in recent matches,  but it will take a huge effort for Everton to be able to withstand Asernal.
as Everton coach Sean Dyche has been able to improve the quality of Everton's game for the better. and made a good debut when they beat Arsenal in the last meeting. But for this match I am quite confident that Arsenal will win the match this time. And in the last few matches Arsenal have also shown their stable performance again. In fact, I think there will be a lot of goals in this match and of course Arsenal are the favorites in this match.
Arsenal is in good form and is able to beat any team in the Premier league if they are determined to. In the other hand Everton has tried to improve their performance and has good individual players. On their favourite day they could also convincingly beat Arsenal.
Arsenal at the top of league is under serious pressure and they are greeted by the presence of injuries in their squad

Everton is struggling to elevate themself from automatic demotion as a result of their stay in the relegation Zone, I don't think that same team is capable of beating Arsenal that has only lost 3 matches this season when Everton had only just won 5 matches this season, If Arsenal becomes unfortunate as they do disappoint sometimes, the least I think they can do with Everton is to draw the match with them which I don't guarantee of happening; as you said, Arsenal is in tension and they need every point from weaker teams to secure the first place as the features come close to the end of the season.
1549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 26, 2023, 07:37:51 PM
Tuchel was removed because he was a remnant from the past owner of Chelsea. The new owner needed someone who he could believe in as the right choice, but clearly he has made a mistake with Graham Potter. Bad thing is that Chelsea gave him a five year contract and to let him go now will mean them paying him off hugely since they are the ones breaching the contract. They have spent a lot this season and know that letting Graham Potter go will cost them more money, so perhaps the best choice for the business is to give him some more time maybe till next season.

During the time when they sacked Thomas Tuchel, I did say that they will definitely feel the heat and regret on that decision as time goes on and now it already happening.
Potter poor performance now has become worst than Thomas Tuchel poor performance time that lead to his sudden sack.
Chelsea is a big team for Potter to handle and with time if things continue this way, I do think at some point the owner would be left with no option than to sack him. Chelsea couldn't even get a single goal during their match with Tottenham.

I think there is a contract that is signed when a manager is higher to coach a team or club, and the management has the right to decide what they feel is good for the team in their own way, and sacking Tuchel isn't something I took personally even though I condemn the imminent action from Chelsea, however, their choice of Manager with Potter is actually bad despite the hype of new players they break banks and bought, still they are underperforming. Potter has been doing well in other teams way before he came to Chelsea, the performance here is something I can't say a thing about, it is just so poor at this point.

So i wanted to share the things i have noticed before when i was regularly visiting a land base casino during weekend and sometimes after work. I have noticed several times when a person was winning more than the usual in poker, i usually approach that person after he left the table what was his secret for those wins, i was literally surprised because 7 of 10 people whom i have asked answered they play gambling trying not to win but to have fun after a long tiring week of work or business.

Gambling is purely based on luck and the rest is skill and patience, you need to have that in gambling and it happens when you least expect a jackpot. Sometimes I play with the mindset of not expecting any good outcome and those are the best time I win games I never expected anything but the days I want the outcome so badly are the days I don't have luck on my side, it is not just casino alone, it's gambling nature.

Quote
Does anyone of you thought that playing for fun helps you think better and win with less effort especially in poker than having the mindset of trying to win? Because when you are trying your hard to win, it will make you overthink and that your mental state will get stressed out.
I think this will work for both land base and online casinos.

There is this Russia Booky I gamble in, I have other guys that are well known with good predictions, there is nothing sure, just pure luck that people do copy their betting codes and play, most often than not, people win from these guys but when I try, I hardly win something big, the painful thing is that, its when I give up they usually win grand audit, you see why gambling pure luck by nature; jackpots happens when you least expect them.

Its not interesting result for Chelsea's fans until latest update from my post on 85th minutes have been conceded two goals and bad record losing last three matches in a row from Champion League until English Primer League. Never have chance for Chelsea can finish on top fourth standing position in this season and there are not any benefit yet with how much money spent for last window transfer.

Their new hype transfer, Enzo Fernandez was interviewed by one of the famous sports vendors two days ago and was still confident about his move to Chelsea. He even said he expected to see a good turnout this week. However, given what Tottenham just did to them, they will soon drop below the comfortable 10 spots they are currently in. Aston Villa needs a draw match or win to sink them down. It's no longer disappointing because this is not usual for Chelsea, it had been a while since they had a difficult time like this.

Quote
Need miracle for Chelsea back to the top performance between replace Graham Potter as Chelsea manager or he needs new strategy how to change game style and keep in the race for finishing on 4th standing place.

Graham Potter will have a difficult time finding a team that will hire him as a coach if Chelsea fires him; after all, who wants to employ a failure? If he could win a few games before the season ends, it would not be too late to make changes; otherwise, the dismissal would be inevitable, like they did to Tuchel.
1552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: February 26, 2023, 03:53:27 PM
Arsenal, Roma and Juventus are not better than Manchester United. If Manchester United can eliminate Barcelona their most deadly rivals, they can do that to any team. It is that simple. The winning mentality of Manchester United is so high for now. The new coach of the team carries pressure and the players are more United than before.
Do not underestimate Arsenal and Roma, they're a strong clubs without a crown. Juventus is a mediocre club, their performance isn't stable and they got beaten for 5 goals against Napoli, it's really a worst result for Juventus. Current Manchester United performance is really strong and they've beat Barcelona, but the goal difference is only a goal, Manchester United doesn't really humiliating Barcelona. So I believe Arsenal, Roma and Manchester United are equal clubs.
I predicted Manchester United and Roma finals, both team are in good shape and anger to win something this season, Arsenal has to focus on the English premier league and let Europa league title. No doubt they're elite team to match with for one to be able to win the title. I see Manchester United reaching the final, based on their performance and ability to win

Arsenal is aiming for both the Europa League and Premier League titles this year. And they will be looking to win both titles. Although it will be difficult. However, Manchester United also aims to perform well in Premier League matches to qualify for the Champions League. And so Manchester United will not be giving their full focus to the Europa League matches. I think Roma, Manchester United, and Arsenal each still have a chance to win the title.

Arsenal is doing good in all its league and Manchester United is also doing well as well but I feel Manchester United came activeness on the clean sheet was a little bit late otherwise they would have sat near where Arsenal currently sit but no big deal, they are closer than we see. However, the only challenge I think Manchester United will face is the pairing in the knockout stage, Arsenal will easily take out Sporting CP without a doubt but I can't say for Manchester United with Real Betis, those guys are performing well in Laliga, and the last time they both meet in friendly match, they beat Manchester United, I hope Erik is fully prepared for the challenge the time.
1553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: February 26, 2023, 03:21:52 PM
To my surprise, Atletico Madrid actually had a good match. I want to say I believe they could actually win the match if it was not for the stupid red card that Correa picked up in the 64th minute of the match. Atletico Madrid did very well to break the deadlock even after being one man down. It was actually great to see both teams scoring from set pieces and also with headers. But that also rises the question that both teams probably are not being able to defend corners and set pieces properly. Actually not being able to defend is understandable at that point of the match because they are already one man down.  Overall I think that Athletico Madrid had a good game.

Both teams played very well and Atletico Madrid surprised me with the good performance they showed because I was expecting to see Real Madrid winning the game because of their situation in the league and try to decrease the points they need for first position in the league but they got a draw and lost two points in this match while today and after just a few hours we have Barcelona and Almeria which can't be a hard match for Xavi and his players and if they successfully beat Almeria they can 62 points and take some more space with Real Madrid.

The least I expect from Real Madrid is to draw right now since they need the points more than ever, I was scared for Real Madrid because how can they be so easy to score by an opponent that was playing 11 against 10, Atletico may be in good form but not so super experience to beat Real Madrid so easily with a red card. It was a wise decision when Ancelotti substitute Carvajal with Vazquez who help them out in the dying minute with an equalized goal, they would have lost this match again making it a difficult and unachievable dream to overtake Barcelona.
1554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 25, 2023, 07:39:36 PM
Manchester City is a very strong team. Pep Guardiola's second successful team is Manchester City. Most importantly, there is a great understanding among the players of the team due to which the team is able to perform exceptionally well.

Regardless of success Manchester City, they only get a draw in the first match of the round 16 of the Champions League. They get these results from a team like Leipzig, what will happen if they meet other strong teams like Paris Saint Germain, Real Madrid, or even Bayern Munich. That's a concern for fans
Regardless of whether Manchester City's performance improves or not when playing home match later, it is still a mystery even though previously Manchester City have satisfactory statistics in home match, surprises could happen in the second leg of Manchester City vs Leipzig.

Leipzig now stands in fourth position in their domestic League and also finished fourth last season before advancing to the Champions Leagues, proving that they are formidable and for them to take on Manchester City should not surprise anyone, it was a fair match to be honest. The same Paris Saint-German team lost to Bayern in the first leg despite fielding their whole squad, and to say Mane was absent from the game was more gratifying to watch.

I'm not too satisfied with matches that ended with a draw and a goal difference, it will be difficult to predict the next moves and what teams will pull out next but Real Madrid against Liverpool has no doubt about the team that will qualify to the next stage.
1555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 25, 2023, 07:02:30 PM
There should probably be no doubt that Man City will beat Bournemouth... Now I wonder how Liverpool will play against Crystal Palace, after the recent humiliating defeat against Real... Liverpool are now well motivated to pick up points in the English league... I hope they win this game...

If I were in Liverpool's shoes, I will worry more about the Champions League where there is the hope of making attempt to beat a team that is leading them with 3 goals on aggregate than worry about making it to the top of the standing in Premier League, I doubt if that would be possible in the first place, if they put in their best effort and win 3 possible matches, they may end the season in either Europa League or Conference League.

They have picked up in their last 2 matches, by default they should be able to beat Crystal Palace and Wolves but it is very hard these days to predict simple games of Liverpool, like the last time they had a match with Wolves, it was very humiliating and disappointing to watch how Liverpool conceded 5 goals to a team that is struggling not to end up in relegation zone.

1556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 25, 2023, 04:07:59 PM
Until I make this reply, Arsenal still have @1.6 odds for their victory, this means that their chances of winning this match are still very big, maybe in the first half we won't see even 1 goal, but in the second half, it looks like we will see 2 more goals that will be created. My score prediction for this match is Leicester 1 - 2 Arsenal or Leicester 0 - 2 Arsenal. Still makes a lot of sense in my opinion, LOL.
I was surprised that Leandro Trossard's goal was disallowed after the ref reviewed the VAR, it was a bit of a disappointment and Leicester really had the advantage. The first half ended goalless, but there were two goals scored by each team even though they were not legal.

The Ref was quick to check Var after Trossard goal and invalidated the goal because of mere holding that wasn't intentional but couldn't award a penalty when Souttar push Saka on the 18 area when he attempted to score. We all know the history of Arsenal and Leicester city, gunners will definitely win this match.

Quote
Arsenal have higher chance of winning, that's a reasonable prediction after seeing how well they performed in the first half. But look at Leicester, they also have chances to score especially when they counter attack. 1-2 makes sense, but 1-0 is busted.

I don't know why Nketiah was absent from this match, it is not as if he has gotten any injury or offered a red card, perhaps Arsenal is trying to use Trossard to see their investment on the new striker they bought. I'm expecting at least 2-0 from this match and a goal from Saka at least.

I was thinking about what a friend asked me so I began so confuse about the question and I say let me ask about that since myself don't know may help might come from you people here.

Question: Does bitcoin has year or reason when it drops or crash on like what happened in 2022 alot of us saw hell.so I want to if has reason for the dropping in volume.

2018 was another catastrophic year I think lots of bitcoiners wouldn't forget, the crash was fast as compared to 2022. Do you know why 2022 captured so many media attention? That's because lots of institutional investors have all go in fully thinking we will be headed to $100k as many people has assumed but Luna, FTX crash killed the trust that has been built worldwide but nothing spoil. Lots of people speculate that bitcoin wouldn't past 2018 all time high that was $20k but here are we trading bitcoin above $22k and with time, it will mature as the bad guys are already out of the system or getting out gradually. No place for bad guys in bitcoin, they will always get exposed at the end.

Technology has made life somehow easy for us today. In the days of our father, they had no idea about working online, all their work to make money were done physically, and with strength, either they engaged in mini or mega business that will provide money for them.We thank God for bitcoin, that came as a messiah,to enrich the hopeful. Now my father asks me about my shop, and where it's located,I told him I'm bitcointalking, and he doesn't know what I'm talking. What do yours tell you?

This sound funny, hope you do have some bitcoin available for your dad, it will make lots of sense if you make some reservation of sats in his name, I believe he will not only like it, he will use it as a topic of discussion when sitting around with his friends about the new tech his son is always talking about, that's one of the ways adoption is spread without you realizing it yourself.

It's really crazy how internet has transformed life's over the decades and how people have fund of making money online instead of the conventional physical way in those days that you need to work your ass out but today, things are clearly different in another dimension. Imaginine today, you can trade bitcoin, buy low and sell high daily, weekly and long time frame for the people who prefer to hold, talk about internet magic money, this is what bitcoin brings to the table for everyone with internet.

It's definitely not what everyone expected at the start of the season. Everyone assumed that Real Madrid would win, and I think this 8 point difference shows that sometimes things do not go the way you want them to go.
At the start of the season i knew that Barcelona were going to challenge real madrid for the La Liga title, i didn't know who would win it, and no team has won it yet, but what i knew was that Barcelona were not going to let Madrid win it as easily as they did last season. But right now it is Madrid that is chasing Barcelona, Xavi has done a lot of work with this Barcelona team, they were so far away last season, but once he was appointed he was able to ensure they qualify for the champions league, and now this season they are 8 points ahead and looking ready to win the La Liga. Barcelona can even win three trophies, the La Liga, Copa del rey and Europa league, so there is still so much that they can achieve.

Real Madrid became a laughing team when they were having difficulty to win team that are minors in their presence in matches and while they are busy making mistakes and losing, Barcelona was winning and accumulating points to stay far away from other teams, within the space of that 3 week matches, Barcelona unluck new tropies for Xavi showing him good result of been a real manager.

Let's be realistic, it will be hard for Real Madrid to pass Barcelona very easily but I don't think they will have it the regular way they are used to. I mean, it will be so impossible not to lose at least a single match before the end of the season for Real Madrid, I would prefer them to draw in hard matches, that's the only way they can come close to Barcelona if they lose multiple of matches.
