unless they scam people before in China and they would like to bring it in the Philippines.
The online gambling site didnt scam people but it the Chinese government that are not in support of online gambling cause it was consider illegal under the China laws. I believe the gambling situation which happened in China during last World cup was the reason why POGO choose Philippines but participation of china citizen in gambling either in China or overseas  is still consider illegal by the Chinese government.
I don't think so, for simple reason, the gambling sites are operating in the Philippines, therefore they are under the laws and regulation of the government.
True, they are chinese citizen but they can always have their business outside china and those business are subject to the laws of regulation in a certain country where they are operating, in this case, the Philippines.
I don't disagree with you about the gambling company been submitted to the rules and regulations of the certain country where their company is established/licensed but the Chinese rules were to restricted their citizen from gambling in or outside China.
Do a free google search and I will confirm my saying.

Chinese citizen had been gambling any where in the world, if it doesn't happen in China where the law is amended its not illegal. Many Chinese goes to Macau to play in Casino and they also do that here in the Philippines where most of them are rich businessmen in our country. They are even partly owner of these POGO. If there is an extradition agreement between Philippines and China, a lot of these Chinese gamblers would have been executed already.
We both know that they can gamble within China which is what happens during last World cup tournament but the Chinese government don't joke with their rules and regulation which was the reason why they urge the Philippines to ban POGO.
1542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Peter Brandt: 99% of Altcoins Will Be Forgotten in Five Years on: September 07, 2019, 09:52:11 PM
Peter Brandt has made an outstanding effort in terms of prediction and trading which was the reason why I somehow comply with his statement but I only 50% of altcoin will be forgotten in 5years because almost 45% of altcoin we have in the market are actually offering the same features, doing copying and editing of what old project have already done.
1543  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Beware}: Google accused of giving personal data to advertisers on: September 07, 2019, 09:10:37 PM
Use Firefox or Brave Browser or even TOR. The new 69.0 version of Firefox comes with a built-in option to block tracking cookies.
Google is making money selling your online activity to anyone willing to pay for it.
From the 3 browsers, you mentioned Firefox and TOR are the only anonymity browser cause the brave browser which offers pay ad cant be trusted either.

Honestly, the issue about Google giving their browser user personal information to advertisers don't catch me off guard because this is not the first time they were accused of this situation and they also don't hide it either which is why they implemented the incognito browser for the user which care about their privacy. Besides, they even stated it in the incognito browser page.
1544  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Smile-to-pay - facial payment technology in China on: September 07, 2019, 08:43:44 PM
From what I read from the article the Chinese government is not the developer of the platform and I personally believed there's nothing bad in using the facial payment system as temporary payment and that's if the Chinese government doesn't later abuse the no anonymity part of the payment platform.

1546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: MONERO - $2500 on: September 06, 2019, 08:36:01 PM
Why should the price reach $ 2500? Is there any objective reason for this, or have you done a fundamental analysis? Monero is a good coin, but due to the fact that it is anonymous government bodies have a negative attitude towards it and problems with its use may arise in the future. These difficulties may, accordingly, affect the price of a coin.
Buddy, there are some surge in price of the market which cannot be proof or foresee through analysis but by genuine information about whales accumulation.
There's huge chance that he government body may be against Monero in future due tp it anonymity. But, the OP was asking question if there's chance for the coin in subject to cliche $2500 next year which I believe is not possible and I think $1000 - 1500 price range will be the coin ATH.
1547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport Has Many Gambling Supporters (State Your Opinion) on: September 06, 2019, 08:02:35 PM
I guess that would be Basketball. Just look at the thread for NBA here it has been updated a lot of times most specially of its the finals there's a lot of discussion happening. A lot can relate with Basketball. Next I guess would be Boxing, there's a lot of threads about it here as well not only one or two threads about boxing.
No, soccer is the game most crypto gamblers like to play and after soccer is boxing which I believe the above vote result have already confirm what I said. The reason why the NBA thread you said was updated simultaneously was because of the on going FIBA2019 tournament  but soccer thread are update even when there's no tournament
1548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: September 06, 2019, 12:41:30 AM

there is not much news related to major partners in this project. Actually this project has a very good idea and investors can liquidate at any time, but to be able to develop, you should have a new strategy to advertise because there are still very few people known this project . I am a lover of stable assets and this is definitely a promising project for everyone
The team has already partnered with Chain Security a Swiss company. Like I said early the project was implemented a couple of months and the team first focus was to give the coin users/investors a concrete security, liquidity and profitable project and more update will be added just follow the project while you check their news link if any update or new partnership occur.

Will the partnership secure that this platform will ensure that 1 gold token is always equal to 1 gram of gold?
And where are the faces of the team members here?
We are talking a platform backed by gold, so it would be great to disclose the team members behind this project.
Where is the reserves of their gold currently sitting?

Yes I also want to know the whereabouts of their team, or just private, Token Gold is now rising whether there are plans on other exchanges such as Binance, Huobi, Kucoin.
1) Digital gold token will always be equal to 1 gram of pure gold cause it was pegged to the price of gold and the amount of Digital gold token that will be issue is equal to the amount of saved in vault.
2) As the OP once said, the team have not decided yet to go public but we don't know who Satoshi is till now and we respect his decision and supported bitcoin. However, not providing their picture or info is still better than providing false team information since the project is 100% secured.
3) You will find the reserves of their gold in bullion star live audit.
4) As I learn, the team are planning to list the token on popular exchange site.

1549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: China Urges Philippines to Ban All Online Gambling! on: September 05, 2019, 10:47:04 PM
This definitely wont work and to me it totally a waste of time for the Chinese to urge the Philippines government to ban all the online gambling site cause the last time I checked Philippine was among the nation that loves casino game, dice gambling and sport betting either which is the reason why they also have spider, chicken betting game there.
Would you mind sharing where you check that statistics bro which shows Philippines was among the nation that loves casino. If you based your opinion on the members of this forum then i think it is not conclusive as members of this forum does not represent the entire population of the Philippines IMO.

Heard the news just yesterday where the president has already said that he could not ban POGO as it will affect the Philippine economy and the government has collected substantial amount of taxes from gambling.
I don't make the above statement base on the Philippine which are a member of this forum but I made the statement base on the economic situation and the current job level in the Phillippine cause there will be more job availability if the online gambling site are not ban. As you said, their President is not interested in ban gambling site due to the amount of taxes fund the nation earn through gambling site.

I have a question . What can make this project can compete with the gold market in the future because currently this project only focuses on the crypto market
Firstly, this project was not created to compete in the gold market but to stand out among every project related to gold and you go through the Digital Gold site you'll respect the effort put together by their team because the project was giving birth to just few months ago(May to be precise) and it already equipped, doing great in performance, in market etc.

1551  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are USA traders saying sayonara to Binance? (The Exodus Is Here?) on: September 05, 2019, 03:01:15 PM
I am resurrecting this topic.  It is 8 days away and I still have not figured out what exchange to use next. I start clearing the way to send all my funds at Binance over to Coinbase Pro... what are the rest of you going to do?
Coinbase pro is never a bad exchange site but the Binance team have figure out a solution to the US base crypto traders by creating binance.us since the US government have some certain rules and regulations which every crypto exchange must follow if they want to expand there business to US soil.

Bold move from Sarri to leave Can out of the champions league squad. This could mean he is not in his future plans for the club, and is only there to strengthen the squad in case of injuries.
Emre Can hinted at needing to play champion's league football, this could lead to an exit when next the transfer window opens.
Firstly, is anger is not the solution to this situation and it also too early to decide he's not in his future plan for the club because him been omitted for the team first squad is a test for him to prove his worth cause his respond on the field of play to false promises made by the club is what will determine the club next decision about him.

Emre Can has every right to be disappointed by Juventus decisions, as he came to the club to play in Champions League but now he will have to settle for a place on the bench for Italian league games. Sarri has made an interesting choice by leaving him out, and it’s possible that Can didn’t fit in his philosophy of Sarri ball. Though he can always feature later in the Champions League, as teams are allowed to add new players to the squad all he needs to do is work hard and impress Sarri.
I know he has every right to feel disappointed when the board don't keep their words but what I'm trying to point out is that he shouldn't have take it personal to the extent of saying it out loud on social media because what he ought to be doing something which would make the board feel guilty by playing some fantastic football.
1553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: China Urges Philippines to Ban All Online Gambling! on: September 05, 2019, 11:10:06 AM
Can online gambling be effectively banned as long as there are VPNs and crypto casinos?

Probably they'll able to ban online gambling for those users who used basic internet access, but not for those expert users who used proxies and other vpn applications. Maybe local gambling is effective on banning but not that serious when it talks about online.
You're right about the government unable to ban users which used VPN app to surf online gambling site but there also huge chance that such user may loose his account or fund if the gambling site actually don't allow twice registration from a single IP address. But, I don't know why the Chinese government are s hard on their people instead of allowing them to do what pleases them since it donest involve stealing, robbery etc.

Tomorrow will be a big day with some very decisive matches.

My country Greece is facing New Zealand and the winner will advance to the next round while the looser will have to say good bye China! I am optimistic that we will make it, hoping we have learned from our mistakes against Brazil. My bet is Greece -13.5 pts.
I also see the Greece team progressing to the next round of this year tournament because the team is in good form and their performances in the year FIBA cup is not bad either which was the same thing that makes them up ranking on the world FIBA rank listing.

I am glad you think we will progress but yesterdays performance wasnt good at all mate... Cheesy

Yeah that's true, but I think that yesterday performance greece will review and analysts the game play to make the team play well.
Efialtis, I didn't say that because you're from there but thats was actually my prediction about tomorrow game and the Greece team yesterday game was just a lesson for them to re-strategist themselves. Mind you, we cant use the previous state of things to calculate its glorious future.
Rodel caling, New Zealand will sure pay dearly for Greece yesterday game.

1560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A truly stable coin on: September 04, 2019, 02:10:17 AM
I'm totally not with what the OP said because the reason why bitcoin was created was because of the global economies are on the verge of crisis and stable coins which are pegged to any national currency are still not safe from fluctuations whenever the economic overheated while stable coins back with precious metal just like Digital Gold will become a lifesaving asset and that's a true idea of stablecoin.
