Make sure that there is good planning before investing, and seek as much information as you can about the investment, these are things that will make a difference in the future.

Yeah that must be in process before you are going to invest, because if you are just going to invest immediately without proper planning. You are just like giving your money / capital easily. For sure that is going to run out  immediately because you don't have plans to follow, but if you have plan and goal as you invest for sure you are going to boom.
15422  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What would you like to buy? on: September 13, 2016, 01:38:08 AM

So that is why I wanted to buy that I hope op is going to consider the techie people who wants to buy gadgets with the use of bitcoin.
15423  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: September 13, 2016, 01:34:40 AM
I think the halving was okay but not very good for the bitcoin because everyone invested due to the fact they thought they could make some money.
Of course this did not happen and that makes the halving bad for the bitcoin, it created a sort of bad name..

Well regardless what would be effect of bitcoin still that is programmed already. But I think, imo that bitcoin halving is going to have a good effect because it is going to less the supply and the lesser supply that bitcoin the demand is going to increase. And once the demand is increasing already, that is all about profit because the price is going to increase too.
15424  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: September 13, 2016, 01:28:58 AM
Oh, it's very hard way, and everyone who not just dreaming about it, those who doing stuff for it always have chanse to make themself rich.

Well if you are going to dream of being rich you must really work hard for it no matter how hard it is to get go to the top. But what I am doing is that I'm continuing to work with bitcoin even just for part time and trying to finish my college degree, because here in my country if you don't hold a degree you are going to experience discrimination in finding a job.
15425  Economy / Economics / Re: What percentage of people on Earth will own Bitcoin by 2020 on: September 13, 2016, 01:25:27 AM
I know i have voted before but the bitcoin users are increasing even kids now a days are talking about it, thanks to steam it open up a new opportunity and bring up awareness to youth about bitcoin. well mostly gamers.

Well for sure steam is going to make a lot of bitcoin users and they are already promoting bitcoins with their platform. And if these gamers are going to see that using bitcoin is much more convenient to use rather than other payment method for sure it is going to help the population of users to add in using bitcoin. I believe that maybe 2%-5% of people in the world are going to know bitcoin by 2020.
15426  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 13, 2016, 01:15:58 AM
I think the best option for now would be to invest in Bitcoin now that the next halving will be probably next year and this will result in an increase in price.

No, the halving is not going to happen next year. You may try to visit this website http://bitcoinblockhalf.com/ in able to see the countdown of upcoming halving. And the next halving will happen in 2020, so if you are going to save a lot of bitcoins before that halving for sure you are going to get good profit out of it.
15427  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: September 13, 2016, 01:12:27 AM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
i will use half money is to convert btc in gold and half in bitcoin ..because i think to turn the money in gold is not much powerfully profitable than bitcoin . so i will use the both as saving currency to get a net profit instead to get loss .

What I am thinking that profit in gold is slow, imo. But I know some people are getting good profit with gold but for sure they are already in the business for a long time. So if ever I will going to enter gold the competition is already tough enough, but if I will going to choose bitcoin the competition is not that tough enough as only the people know bitcoin are still few.
15428  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: September 13, 2016, 01:04:40 AM
I do not spend them in physical stores, it is difficult to find them in the country where I live. But I use bitcoin online to services like Steam and to make investments.

Me either I don't use bitcoin in physical stores as there are no stores here in my country that do accept bitcoins. But there are few exchanging websites that accepts bitcoin in exchange of the service you are going to avail to them. And that is the way I am using bitcoins in my life or else I am going to convert btc to fiat and going to buy the things I want and need.
15429  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to tell your Girlfirend about BitcoiN?? on: September 13, 2016, 01:00:35 AM
Girls understand the importance of money, telling her about a money-making venture is not a message that is too hard to pass across.
you are right, im sure the girlfriend would understand it if you told about it in the least sophisticated way, though thats just my opinion

For sure if you are going to say that bitcoin is real money to your girlfriend that is going to make her some importance with bitcoin. And she will probably understand that, especially if you are going to say to her that if she is going to use and work with bitcoin too. You two are going to have budget for your date and travelling allowance and both of you are going to be happy.
15430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: September 13, 2016, 12:57:12 AM
Everythin is used for q criminal activity, i eon't believe that that fact could hurt bitcoin thqt much on the long run. Thqt fact could slow down btcs progress at the beginning but i believe it wont have any impact later on.

Yes, just because bitcoins are used for criminal activities should not be an argument against bitcoins. Any fiat currency is used for illegal activities and people still don't want to get rid of them.
I agree with you completely because a gun can be used for protecting someone while it can also be used for killing innocent people. Lets forget if bitcoins are used for illegal activities and lets appreciate the fact that bitcoins have given us all enormous profits and the early adopters have become millionaires.

Well as long as there is monetary unit involved anything can be used in illegal activities or trades. Just like real money they are being used for buying illegal things.

So I guess they are just the same, we all knew about it that bitcoin has been used in illegal activities but we can't stop that.

Because it is also happening in real life with the use of our fiat money.

That is certainly true, bitcoin digital currency is the most preferred and widely used for illegal transactions. We can only let go over it, because it gives a very system bitcoin demand by the mafia who perform illegal transactions. Better use bitcoin for profit than discuss it

I do believe it too, bitcoin has anonymity so the illegal activities can be done with it and the people involve in the circle are not going to be traced easily. So they are using bitcoin as medium of payment for their transactions, especially if you are going to go in the deep web. A lot of illegal trades are happening there but the eyes of the FBI are always there.
15431  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why we must trust with bitcoin? on: September 13, 2016, 12:53:25 AM
With regard to the technology, I do not see a reason to stop trusting Bitcoin. The only problem I think you may have, would be with regard to price instability, but I think it is normal for a currency in its early stages.

People who don't trust bitcoin are only two types, the one that doesn't really have knowledge about bitcoin. And the other one is that they already knew bitcoin but they are hating bitcoin and are not happy for the success that are getting by bitcoin. Upon reading a lot of articles about comments of bitcoin experts we must trust bitcoin in able to adopt it by others too.
15432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have u ever received BTC accidentally or randomly? on: September 13, 2016, 12:48:25 AM
I am thinking of that also when I was still newbie in bitcoin I said to myself "What if someone is going to send me bitcoin by accident," But upon thinking of it again and again that is not possible at all that someone is going to send you by accident because if you made some mistakes by sending bitcoin you don't have option to get it again.
15433  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: September 12, 2016, 07:44:44 AM
As of now, online. However, I ordered my BTC debit card about a week ago, so it should be arriving this week.

i never liked these cards, they charge extra fees for using them and it is not really using bitcoin directly. i would rather use my bank and cards with fiat instead of these and only spend bitcoin if i can do it directly from my bitcoin wallet to the merchants bitcoin wallet.

That's right the fees of bitcoin debit card is not affordable and the conversion fees is also too high, so I don't see any point in using it, instead its better to convert them to fiat and then spend.

Well me either at first hearing about bitcoin debit card sounds good. But upon checking the fees and the process of having it for me it is more hassle than the real credit card that comes from the bank. That is why I am just converting my bitcoins and using it for my allowance, transportation finances and as well as meal allowance.

Yeah and converting bitcoin to fiat has become very easy now, as you can find many traders on exchange sites who will transfer your coins to your bank account with minimum fees.

You are right with it, that is why I just want to keep on using bitcoin. So most of the time the money that I am holding came from bitcoin and there is no fiat money that I have now. Because I am depending now to bitcoin with my financial status and that is why bitcoin is now is really a good thing that I have now..
15434  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: September 12, 2016, 07:35:35 AM
I am getting rich with the bitcoin and that is for sure. So when we will reach a high amount value of the bitcoin there will be allot of people getting very rich off course!

That is the spirit me either I want to get rich with bitcoin. But as of today I am just only holding small amount of bitcoin but still if I am going to keep on holding and going to keep on earning with trading for sure I am going to get rich with bitcoin and that is my plan. And still hoping for a price increase in the future.
15435  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: September 12, 2016, 07:28:31 AM
I think the halving is really good for bitcoin. The halving affect the price of bitcoin and it's become increase so high like right now. I'm sure all people will said the halving is good for bitcoin.
of course it is really good, in my opinion because it allows bitcoin price to go up a lot in the near future and make me some good money

Does it mean there will be no price rise when there is no halving? I think the mass adoption is most important.

Actually the work of halving is just to decrease the supply of bitcoin. But because of it, the difficulty of rewards per block is going to be higher.
So when there is less supply in the network of bitcoin we are going to have hard time to get it. And the law of supply and demand applies here, when there is less supply but high demand price of bitcoin is going to increase.
15436  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: September 12, 2016, 07:25:02 AM
I tried to tell many girls around me but they were simply not interested in it and they said that they are much comfortable in using credit card and fiat for shopping  Angry

Me either I've trying to tell my girl classmates about bitcoin. But they are just ignoring me even though they can see on how I am benefiting with the use of bitcoin. But still they are not interested and they just want to try it but there is no interest I can found to them. Enjoying something without any effort is nothing.
15437  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: September 12, 2016, 07:13:57 AM
I dont really use the bitcoin because i dont like to use the bitcoin for non important things i just use them by investments and further i wont do anything with it.

Well I would suggest that you must try to use bitcoin as currency too. Just like buying some online goods and pay the services or products that you are going to avail with bitcoin. But if you are just going to treat bitcoin investment and you have your own fiat money to use and to buy your necessities then that is going to be better.
15438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Grow my Bitcoins. on: September 12, 2016, 06:52:14 AM
Im willing to risk (not that much) to grow my btc. Have only 0.01 . I dont want to gamble or invest into scam ponzis. Can anybody advice me? ( Im inexperienced in trading.)
Thanks!

Edit: Now have nothing.

if you are experienced in trading than you should start trading with btc because it is the best honest way to increase your btc and get profit in bitcoin . but another thing i want tell you never go first to deal during trading so you will never gone for scam or fraud .

Well even you are going to suggest him trading for sure that is not going to work either. Look at his post it is already edited and it clearly says that he has lose already his total 0.01 bitcoin. But if he just able to read our comments here earlier  for sure he was able to get profit by trading.
15439  Other / Off-topic / Re: Way to get bitcoin..!! on: September 12, 2016, 06:46:16 AM
The best way to get bitcoin are  mining and signature campaign, and a little trade since  there is risk involved. Concerning faucets, it is certainly a waste of time.

Don't say that faucets are waste of time, have you tried to become a faucet owner. That is the only profitable way to get good profit with faucets but if you are only just an ordinary faucet claimant then that is really going to be a waste of time. All you have said are right, but mining really needs to have big capital in able to start for your mining rig.

Lol, faucets are wasting time and to become a faucet owner is different. Yes, you can earn money from your faucet by the adds. But, i'm not agree that is the only profitable way, there are many ways to get bitcoins. Use search function on this forum man.

Yeah faucets are just really a waste of time. I've been doing that when I was new in bitcoin and I thought at first that is a good source of income to bitcoin. But then in the long run I just realized that I am just wasting my time so I find another way to get some good source of income that would probably signature campaign and trading.
15440  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: September 12, 2016, 06:39:22 AM
We can encourage local businesses to accept BTC by educating them about the pros and cons of bitcoin. The only thing that I can see that is troublesome is the setting up of an address to end the bitcoin to. But we could always use a bitcoin debit card Smiley.

It isnt that easy to encourage them. People dont trust each other. If I introduce them a new kind of money which floats in thin air, then think I am trying to scam them. They are more interested in fiat - why? because fiat is accepted everywhere and can be exchanged everywhere. They are running businesses they know how to make deals and stay away from volatile currencies. The acceptance of bitcoin in my country is an absolute nil.

I agree with you encouraging local businesses to accept bitcoin is not going to be an easy task to do. It is just like you are going to propose to them so that you are going to able to encourage them in formal way. You must do some presentation just for them to be able to convince in using bitcoin.
