in order to make a transaction you need to have nxt. So we can trade RSUnit after deposit NXT? that right? And wallet address to deposit NXT same with RSunit wallet? |

Actually, that is only true in an environment where it would matter (i.e. be significant). In this case, it is not. Only 20% of the shares are up for sale. Therefore, the extra shares would have much more value in the immediate aftermath of the ICO. And the whole idea of being an early investor is to get more value than the guy who just waits for it to trade. And as more and more ICOs immediately trade below the original investment price, less and less investors will be found. That is, of course, not your concern as you only care about this ICO. But, it does partially explain why ProzCoin has struggled to sell out in a fast fashion. People are beginning to feel like they are being taken advantage of. The prices have tended to be too high and the investor doesn't get the risk/reward ratio that is deserved. Not giving the early investors a fair share of the ICO is just another mark against ICOs.
Well, I agree with everything you are saying, but the 30 million would only immediately be an issue on the market if they were immediately going to be up for sale. The 30 million were never going to be immediately available immediately following the ICO. As far as "just caring about the ICO", that is not true at all. We have been working on the Coin Proz project for almost 6 months now, and put over 10k USD into the project alone. The ICO was a crowd funding project to further development of hardware and software for the organization/community. I think people are getting jaded about ICO's because there are too many scammers. The ICO is ending Sunday September 6, 2014 at 12:00 noon Eastern time. If there are remaining Prozcoin from the ICO they will be turned into PoA/PoW coins.Also we have decided to let the escrowed Prozcoin be held in an account controlled by C-CEX. We will let it be known when additional coins are taken from there. There was some concern what we will do with the 30% that is unaccounted for. We were holding it to decide if it needed to be used for additional PoA or PoW coins. We though have decided that we will let the Coin Proz community decide to do with the 30 million PROZ. This will be done with an open vote. These funds will also be held in an escrow account by C-CEX. I imagine once the vote happens, it will probably be unanimous that it gets burned. This was probably answered before but not looking to browse through the posts of that private detective FUDster, you're just going to let the IPO run out to 0, there's no deadline right?
As i can see now it's losing a bit of it's momentum and perhaps another 1 or 2 days before it won't even be in the Hot Coins list anymore. If you set a deadline, you might spark some last minute buying hype as with XBM.
+1 I think the dev should be thinking about it Take action immediately before it runs out and lost momentum. |
