I was thinking about buying MINT but since it's made a formidable enemy with Blackcoin I'm not too sure it's a good investment if it's going to keep getting pounded?
Go ahead and advertise the fact that the BC community representative is purposely pushing the price of other coins down in the name of BC. Yep, keep reminding people that other coins are artificially low priced while BC is artificially high priced ("black shield" is just large stake holders putting up huge fake buy walls to keep the price above where the market wants to go naturally). These facts will not help BC, and it will only help the other coins. The Mint and BC feud is old news, BC is going around making plenty of new "enemies" maybe you should focus on them. I know I shouldn't talk about BC but this is worth mentioning. IE just admitted to purposely driving the price of WC down, and attempting to extort the WC devs to get him to stop. He also alludes to possibly having done the same thing with the price of Mint. I'd just like to say, I am glad this community has never resorted to this type of "business tactic"- which would likely be criminal in the real world- and that it is impressive if this is where Mint stands after having been targeted by this type of market manipulation. Since kidcoin already has a lot on his plate, I think we should start discussing how to get a multipool created. How much would it cost? Should we reach out to current pool operators?
bounty or we could hire someone.. i'm just saying we need to start throwing some options around. kidcoin and trujillo are both pretty damn busy. it's the least we could do. Hashcow has been implementing multipool payouts in various PoS coins (Mint, FAC, BC). It is not a personalized multipool, but it could be a start. Something that truly bothers me with crypto (any crypto, bitcoin included) is the poor distribution (Gini index). How to be give mintcoin to people who need them the most, that is, the one who are not in crypto yet?
I am thinking of having an address setup just for that (low price makes it easier to buy it) but there would still be the issue of having it simpler for anyone to download. I think the android wallet is the easiest way to go, much easier than a desktop wallet, I believe.
So once the Android wallet is done, we could start contacting our IRL friend a give them mint? I am wondering if it is difficult to send mintcoins for any new install (it would have to be automated, anyway)? This is the closest I can think of (out of airdrop, which is out of the question) to avoid giving to some who don't need it.

I.e. everybody who downloads and uses the android wallet during a promotional period is given an initial amount of Mintcoins. I don't know how you would prevent exploitation of such a system, though. In the meantime, I have been using the Mintcoin tipping app on facebook to throw around Mintcoin at random people (I've given out about half a million using that app alone).
