1561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Is this a good plan at all? on: December 23, 2022, 02:16:47 PM
Crypto gambling keeps growing faster than Fiat gambling, it's good to see that the masses now favours crypto for gambling than using Fiat but the only issue I have with crypto is the security, data breach and co so I want to know if hiding my IP on a crypto gambling website is secure? I am going with a premium sub of express VPN. If you think otherwise please tell me.
1562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What are your plans for the coming year? on: December 23, 2022, 11:03:07 AM
I still mine Ethereum Pow using a few gtx 1660 super and Ti, what choices do I have? Since I am no more running on Grid power it makes no sense to turn off the rigs when the sunlight is up, it's a total waste.  Once the sun goes down I always turn the rigs off.
Show an important hourly schedule for the generation of electricity by solar panels. This is not a constant value. There is much less electricity generated at 7:00 am than at 1:00 pm. How many hours a day do your mining farms work and where does the extra electricity come from in cloudy weather?
By 8 am in the morning I already have 1200 watts available and by 1pm I am always at 5600watt in a not too sunny days , my setup is 6000 watt combined and my graphic cards don't consume much energy, I have been running the rigs since 2022 January, I don't bother you mine at night I use the backup for other thing, not worth running on battery since it's not even profitable.
1563  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I need everything about Cold wallet on: December 23, 2022, 08:09:37 AM
and other open source cold storage like electrum wallet

You confuse cold storage with a wallet. Cold storage is pretty much a specific way to use a wallet.
Yes, Electrum is nice and easy to be used also as cold storage (meaning always offline, no matter what!), but... I am not sure you know or meant this, hence I recommend you read (much) more about cold storage.
So the offline part is what makes a wallet cold wallet? 🤔 can someone call a paper wallet a cold wallet too? I don't even know this before, I thought cold wallets are separate and centralised where the platform or the centralised entity keeps the key for you, so that means that all those centralized platforms offering people cold wallet are red flags?
1564  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How come people spend days here? on: December 22, 2022, 05:26:22 PM
How do you know that someone spend hours on this forum per day? The only information that's available for the public is the last time the user is active through their profile, there are some browsers that will keep you long in for hours that doesn't mean the users will be here all hours long.

Once you drop your ideas and contribution there is really not much going on the forum, it takes minutes only to engage in discussions so you focusing on how many hours people spend on here is wrong.
1565  Economy / Economics / Re: Hope for cryptocurrency in Nigeria. on: December 22, 2022, 03:56:28 PM
Let them try, they will fail, Months ago the government plan to limit daily Fiat spending and now they have increased it, I knew that won't work as well, this currency of a thing is not the appropriate way to change the country's situation, the problem that Nigeria is facing today is because of it's people.

All they think about is making more money that's why they set eye on crypto, probably buyers will start paying tax, this is where I expected them to be active, as if taking this path will ease the country's suffering.
1566  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom ? on: December 22, 2022, 02:18:44 PM
I have no problem with the government since my life plan is never to work under any man or company, my biggest obstacle right now is not having enough fund aside for investment, not only in crypto and stocks but other businesses online that I am already into.
1567  Other / Off-topic / Re: Always be confident on the forum on: December 22, 2022, 09:50:27 AM
Wait till you start meeting some members in real life then you will know that many talk like they have that confidence but are shy types, how can you noticed someone with confidence online mate? From what they type? LMAO 🤣🤣🤣 that's not real, that brave word of confidence is not real online.

1569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 22, 2022, 07:14:05 AM
Every good companies or business have bad reputations that re spread intentionally by haters, you can't be successful and not have people that will want to stop and ruin that success for you, if this isn't happening to you yet then you are not successful.

The only difference is bad companies have way more bad reputations than the good ones because it's real, but good companies rep are intentionally ruined by haters, period.

I guess you are referring to their services if the companies already have a bad reputation why does the player still need to play with this even though they know the consequence, those only making a rant most of the time is the people who don't read the terms and conditions and FAQs before depositing their funds they got easily caught with the marketing advertisement of the casino. If the casino build their reputation already and quality of the service they always trust by their players.
You don't get my point, I am saying that every good companies and business have some people saying bad things about them too, this doesn't mean the company is bad but bad people won't like the fact that the companies are doing well.

We are in a world where people hates for no reason, we are in a world where people pay people to bring you down, as good as the Binance exchange is you can see that some people intentionally spread FUD that causes 1B dollars worth of assets to be withdrawn from the exchange.
1570  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sometimes a good explanation is all it takes. on: December 21, 2022, 12:30:05 PM
The most foolish thing a man can ever do is believe he knows it all, if something sounds like a red flag to you make sure you do your digging first before condemning it, some people spread bad rumours about crypto, and if you ask them some questions about crypto you will find out they know nothing about it.

Sometimes I just have to believe that some do not want crypto to work out that's why they shut you down instantly when you try to put them through, they knew people are into the tech but their corrupt mind won't let them learn.

1572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy altcoins because they are top altcoins on: December 21, 2022, 09:24:01 AM
Coins like, Peercoin, Namecoin, Feathercoin, World coin, and Novacoin are all the best shitcoins of their time, you can't use them to compare with Polygon Matic and Cardano, real use case and better adoption is what keeps coins at the top ranks that's why BNB and ETH will always be on top 10.

1573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 21, 2022, 06:31:55 AM
You are right that there can be problems of security in offline casinos. But that is an issue with small casinos or those which are new and unprofessional. Large casinos spend money on security as well as they need to maintain their reputation to attract players.

Large casinos spend money on security you say? Bad people won't attack you in the casino, they will track you and probably follow you home, they are gamblers just like you and trust me they know your face and how much you win.

Gambling offline is a bad practice in many countries, not all countries are like USA's Las Vegas where no one cares how much you win, it's a dreamer state and it's built differently.
1574  Economy / Economics / Re: A fact that the general public don't know on: December 21, 2022, 05:18:47 AM
The truth is that CBDC is way different from crypto currency and FTX is different too from Bit coin. With this in mind, government only tries to gain massive followers by making CBDC more accepted nationally and tend to make the use of Bit coin as scam practice.
Anyone who takes the time to understudy all there is about crypto will know this and opt for what best suits their options. The use of KYC is just to be able to keep a lid on crypto. To know or have an idea of the users and geographical location.
If CBDC become more acceptable nationally or world wide it will help crypto adoption, more people will understand how digital currency works and they will know how to make transaction digitally but in the end people will get to know that Bitcoin is better.

CBDC will lose face in the end and the government will feel disappointed on the long run, let CBDC do the noise making and Bitcoin will take the favour.
1575  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to avoid future losses in crypto on: December 20, 2022, 06:26:43 PM
Mining is the only way to avoid future loses.
When buying there is always thew risk, that is true for most assets.
How did you know this? If you know what miners are going through you might run away from crypto mining.

They make reasonable profits only in a bull market, the mining equipment can spoil at anytime even if they are well ventilated, and it takes years to make back your return of investment from mining, some miners are mining at lose hoping that one day the coins they make will surge in price..

Can you do all this? They go through a lot, some miners have to hold for more than two years before they can sell, you have no idea bro.
1576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Rank positions on CMC changes every bull market? on: December 20, 2022, 06:07:46 PM
What is the crypto projects in top 20 that will fail to retain their position in the next bull market? There is a saying that in every bull market new projects will take over the top 20, do you think another project can rob the positions that Avalanche, Matic, Polkadot and Solana tomorrow?
1577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT BEP-2 on: December 20, 2022, 09:13:53 AM
1. You can't swap anything on pancakeswap using an exchange address mate, you have no control of the Bigert address so how will you connect your Bitgert address to pancakeswap for swapping? Use your trust wallet or other to connect and buy USDT on Pancakeswap then send to Bitgert.

2. You can track all tokens holder using the token smart contract address on Bscscan or Etherscan.
1578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I be worried? on: December 20, 2022, 07:31:40 AM
Artificial Intelligence is something that may never work out because it's dangerous, if some one like Elon Musk could confirm this then it's something humans should stop dreaming of, Metaverse is not like A.I so yes it can easily work out compare to A.I because it's a lot safer.
1579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why you should be very careful with alts on: December 20, 2022, 06:40:19 AM
Crypto is a perfect engine for scammers because it's still unregulated and it's also the wild west when it comes to making money quick with less efforts. .

Apart from rugpulls and influencers scam that are very famous with altcoin investment there is one particular side I want you to be much aware of.

Many altcoins you are seeing right now are build on "Make the project, promise the entire world rare utilities and never really deliver anything, they will keep using words and investors will keep hoping.

They deliver small updates only to push the price higher.

They spent hours live streaming almost everyday.

They trust hype more than anything and a finished product will ruin it.

Keep a track of your altcoins regularly and once you see the slackness in the team it's safer to switch.
1580  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why people are always in a sinkhole situation on: December 19, 2022, 06:14:44 AM
Do you know how many influencers promoted Shiba inu? Do you know how many influencers promoted HEX? There are many coins promoted by influencers that have brought high returns for investors, what crime is there to use 100$ to get 10,000$? This is crypto and this is the only place to find such gains. It happens, it exists.

Bitcoin is a more reliable project to invest money on but there is nothing wrong take risks with low crypto projects that could change your life for the better, no risk no reward, always remember that.
