1561  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any golden rules you follow in regards to investments? on: June 10, 2017, 08:04:43 AM
Have been thinking about this for a bit. Are there any golden rules you follow as to not get speed blindness in regards to your investments into crypto? I have not read much about investing, but I imagine there are some "golden rules" out there in the space. With crypto it is a bit different though since it is so extremely more volatile than other markets.

But for example, if you own 10 different coins and one of them shoots up to the moon and is now worth 80% of your total investments, should you rebalance that coin as soon as possible to even things out again? Even if you believe in the coin and that it has potential to rise even further? Are there some rules like this you should set up as to prevent getting burned?
Theres no golden rule but only basic rule on the world of trading crypto since we dont know on where do prices go on a particular coin which makes this thing so hard.Just remember the basics of trading selling high and buying low. This might be easy to say but this is how we do make trading and later on we should really be knowledgeable on a certain coin if it has a potential or not because buying the wrongg coin would really give you negative or loss of money.
A basic rule can be a golden rule, just based on your perceptions. A golden rule is nothing but how much you value one rule even you get tempted to breach that rule.

There are many investments principles I do follow all the times. The first one is diversifying and second one is stay away is mush better than risking. With respect to lots of different altcoin investment opportunities, we must need to be very selective to choose right coins. Instead of choosing a wrong one, just ignoring might be a better options many times.
1562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is playing casino games online a good idea? on: June 10, 2017, 07:31:30 AM
Scams are everywhere in the Casino niche, the whole point of making money through gambling is how to get out before you lose the money that you earn if you made any money at all.
Avoiding gambling scam is not a big deal now a days after having this wonderful community. Compared to physical casino, I believe we are into safer hands with online casino only because of this forum. We can easily identify scam sites well in advance so that we can avoid them completely by effectively using this forum.

I would begin gambling in an online Casino instead of gambling with fiat in a Casino offline because the trip back will only be a depressing one if you didn't make any money from your bets.
You mean that you do not need to travel if you are gambling online hence you will treat your profits and losses equally as you never need to travel some long distance just for gambling purposes ? That must be the very big advantage of online gambling. But this advantage may become a problem when you are frequenting it due to easy availability like there is no hassle traveling long.
1563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: June 10, 2017, 07:05:57 AM
Leave the game when you think you have enough profit. Never ever tell yourself that you can still gamble and win more because you will only lose in the end. People tend to do that and end up losing everything.
Enough profits ? If I would have got chances to have some profits, probably I will stop gambling right after those profits. Unfortunately I never get chances to see any profits and for the process of recovering my earlier losses, I keep on gambling and leaving the gambling only when I am running short of bankroll. You are just talking of positive side of gambling but I am still struggling with negative earning.

When gambling is giving you some satisfaction in terms of at least some little profits, you will be thinking to stop at right times. But when you are struggling and you are not at all finding any justification why you come to gamble then most probably you will never stop.
1564  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You only lose if... on: June 09, 2017, 08:08:52 PM
I lose if I will sell it now, I would rather still hold my bitcoin. Even the price may crash now I do believe it will rise again. Patience is a virtue, determination will surely brings you into success.

And not just you will lose but you will also regret it. This is going to be a forever loss for you but still while it is early don't try to give up and just keep on waiting. Everything will be fine soon when the price of bitcoin starts to land at $3k and above, you only need to believe that it will land there as the demand is now increasing.
I guess this scenario may continue for decades for sure. Because experts are not seeing any stable value for bitcoins in near future and we can expect prices to keep on rising due to continuous demand from new investors and fixed total supply cap. I guess selling might provide losses in all possible means, maybe just using it for our daily needs may give you some satisfaction by not bothering any future values.
1565  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading course recommendations on: June 09, 2017, 07:51:41 PM
Did you try googling ? I am sure you can find plenty of effective resources across internet. Another big trading resources must be you tube, if you are ready to spend some time for learning with youtube videos then I am sure you can achieve the level of advanced trader in more quicker time than you may achieve that level by trading real time.
1566  Economy / Marketplace / Re: how earn btc from online??? on: June 09, 2017, 07:15:34 PM
Signature campaign, trading, gambling and offering services are the most common ways of earning bitcoins so you can choose according to your convenience and skills that best suits you and start earning bitcoins without wasting any time.

I think you forgot about faucets. Nowadays you can easily earn 2 dollars daily from faucets. You can earn btc from ptp sites also. You just need to put the referral link in some autosurf and sit back and relax. You can see your account balance growing. You can also try some ptc sites that are paying in bitcoins. Just go to microearning section ,there you can find many legit ptc sites. There are some traffic exchanges that pay you in bitcoin for surfing their sites. Its worth trying these sites.
Faucets for earning $2 daily ? Are you sure, how many hours of fauceting need to be done to have $2, do not state if we need to spend all the times we have in a day. I do see people who are having big referral alone making good money from faucets and other are just passing their time in the name of collecting cryptocurrencies.
1567  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Decentralized products do not worth (yet)? on: June 09, 2017, 06:55:41 PM
I have discussed with some developer companies that COULD develop us decentralized services, but they said no paying customer ever wanted them anything to decentralize and decentralizing complex systems have certain costs.
If you look into anything with bit different perspective literally we are already living in decentralized environment except financially. Services are provided my multiple companies, you choose your own preferred and you may demand as per your willingness and budget. When we are having multiple options for anything, one central authority will lose their power and control.

Unfortunately we never got chances to think about another momentary system against our government's and that is the reason we were into centralized financial system so far. Now we got bitcoins and from that we realized the importance of decentralization.

I mean to say there is no need of special decentralized products nor services. One good example here : We have lot of exchanges - centralized services, still we can have trades with our neighbors/friends, chances for decentralization or you can choose your preferred exchange based on lower fee, means you have freedom to choose. That must be a the biggest point of having decentralization.
1568  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cloud mining/Investing or trading on localbitcoins? on: June 09, 2017, 05:47:04 PM
I saw many complaining that cloud mining is non profitable. But in my case its different. Last year I invested around 600 dollars in genesis mining. Within one year they have paid me 1250 dollars worth bitcoins. In the middle they stopped paying bitcoins and I thought they scammed me. But from last month onwards they resumed paying me . Nowadays they are daily paying me around 0.001 btc.
Could you care to share your figures in btc value and time periods so that we can go for calculating your ROI. Due to sudden surges in bitcoin values, you are seeming into profit zones even with cloud mining. But I am not seeing anyone else bothering about dollar values for ROI with cloud mining.

Compared to cloud mining and investing, I will always suggest to go for trading and being an exchanger in real time through localbitcoins must be a very good options in my opinion. But you are sharing a different scenario with clod mining, I like to interpret it in more depth.
1569  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: June 09, 2017, 02:04:15 PM
No, I do not think bitcoin can improve a country's economy, not much bitcoin can do to support the economy. If to boost the economy one or more people might be able, but if for one country with thousands of millions of people, that is impossible

It cannot support the whole economy of a country but it can help and improve the transactions of a country. Volumes of transactions are happening everyday in the blockchain network and for a country that is receiving remittance this is going to be a big help for the government and also for the citizens who are using bitcoin for remitting.
A country's economy is just an indication of how its citizens' economy. I believe bitcoin can help a country for a better economy, when bitcoin based start-up will be paying taxes and bitcoin users paying taxes for availing services from those start-up.

This is going to happen as we are already seeing many counties are in proposing to regulate bitcoin and bitcoin related business activities. For example when a bitcoin accepting merchants is selling goods to people, they will be paying related taxes to government. People will prefer bitcoin payments and those particular merchants who might be offering extra discounts for bitcoin payments. So, indirectly bitcoin definitely could help a country economically.
1570  Economy / Speculation / Re: a 100-150 jump in price daily is avg for volatility of btc on: June 09, 2017, 01:41:03 PM
Bitcoin is definitely quite volatile at the moment. Rising and dropping around 150 dollars per day is definitely not ideal and hopefully the price starts to settle down soon. Otherwise, a lot of people might not invest as the price is quite scary.
Not so volatile in my opinion. Yes, you cannot expect bitcoin to fluctuate some $10 to $25 ups and downs even when it is trading near $3000 ranges.

You need to consider percentage of change to mark volatile or not. A per bitstamp data, from today's open bitcoin has raised only 1.38%. It is most common for any trading asset. You must need above 20% changes to call highly volatile. In future when bitcoin will be trading above $10k prices levels, we are going to have daily movements of $500 ranges. So, get ready for that (still it may fall less than 5% change within a day).
1571  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: June 09, 2017, 01:24:39 PM
It will greatly reduce unemployment rate and also provide extra income to those who already have jobs. But this process will take ample amount of time and that is why having a job is a lot faster in gaining income. Then again, it also varies from one individual and another and it also requires great amount of patience and discipline to see results.

Well, it's fair though. I mean, by having a time on bitcon, you also can earn money with it and of course you will take amount of time. You can do both, have a job and work with bitcoin too though. You will gain extra income but you will busy and get tired easily, but it's really worth at all.
It provides with an additional earning for a better living, for the same we cannot say that it decrease the unemployment of the nations. Every year the outcome of people out of universities were increasing and because of the automation the man power requirements were decreasing creating unemployment.
There are people who are making their living just with bitcoin earning. So, we can expect more opportunities in near future so that those unemployed people could find their way of living from bitcoin related opportunities. When new business are getting innovated based on bitcoin payment systems, we can expect more opportunities for every common people.

This way I am seeing bitcoin is helping reducing unemployment and in coming years we can witness more earning opportunities out of bitcoin based stuff in this pace.
1572  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: June 09, 2017, 12:09:15 PM
I just always wonder if those billionaires still invest in btc. Do they even know btc exist?
Please stop reading my mind...  Wink just week days back I was in dream about the chances of Bill Gates/Google Inc/Warren Buffet kind of big companies/billionaires  buying 1 million bitcoins each. It was a day dream like if they own 10 millions of total 16 millions already mined bitcoins, how it will influences bitcoin price levels.

I am very much sure most of the billionaires must be aware of existences of such a new currency system and its potential too. Who knows, they would have already stashed their shares.
1573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How test a new gambling site? on: June 09, 2017, 07:17:05 AM
Which is the best way to test a new gambling site? No Deposit Bonus? How much do you need? I have seen also somes sites offering Play Money. Is Play Money enough? Trust is really important before making your first deposit.
Probably you have forgotten to mention about you are concerning bitcoin/cryptocurrency based gambling site or fiat based gambling site. In the case of crypto based gambling sites, you are always into safer hands just due to this forum. The usual practice is, crypto owners will announce their new project here in gambling section and will run few free giveaway through games and rounds section.

99% you will be getting chances to test any new crypto based gambling sites for free of cost. If you miss them, you can read other forum members' review and experiences. If not satisfying with them, you can ask your questions to admin directly. What else you may need to get start with new sites ?
1574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: June 08, 2017, 11:23:23 PM
I started sometime ago with less then 50 dollars that i purchased bitcoin and started trading, why should i put all my money at risk when i dont know what im doing? I were newbie and i were curious and after a long search i decided to test bitcoin, i dont regret since nowadays im able to get an extra source of income with it.

You're right in doing so dude. If you're a newbie, it would be foolish in investing a big amount immediately as you're still at a stage when you're trying to figure things out. That's why its logical to shell out small investments only. You don't want to risk a big amount when you're still finding your way around right?
That is an ideal way of starting because some people thinks fast having a big input big output which is very common to the newbies who doesn't know what investment is .In investments like you said that it is the outside part stage because you don't even know the whole or tge things around it .So to test is always use a small investments in return in any losses is the knowledge that you have taken while exploring and knowing the thing you didn't know.

And that is the biggest mistake of an investor.  Putting a huge investment even though he does not know if the investment will work out or not.  Those who are cautious set a small amount on investment and will increase once they proven that the investment is really worth the money.
yes that is too much important that you must have good experience in the relevant field. if you are going to invest a  big amount of money then first you need to have good knowledge about where you are going to invest. to me I think we should start with a less amount that we can easily bare to lose. for me small investment only work in short term investment, if you want to go for long term investment then you need to invest a good amount of money.
Yes, I believe the small investments are better for a short time because here you have the opportunity to invest the same amount again at various new projects. The long term as you said are for huge investments which gives you more. If we look at the investors of the short and long term we will clearly see that the long term investors are more skilled, learned and financially sound as compare to the short term investors. I prefer going upwards stepwise therefore I currently have some short term small investments.
1575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you using low fees? on: June 07, 2017, 07:01:03 PM
never used low fees , its risky i used this once and received my payment on 7 hours , ijm always use standard-high fees due its fast confirmation , i dont recommend if you use high fees for low amount transaction since its worthless..  Embarrassed

These days I think it would be crazy to use a fee lower than the standard, if not higher.  Almost all TX's that I have incoming or outgoing I watch on blockcypher.  It is an interesting approach the site has by giving the normal info and adding in the miner preference and a few more nice little points of data that are very cool.  The more and more that people learn about Bitcoin, the more that I distrust a low fee too.
Yes exactly, I think one should use the standard fee to confirm a transaction as soon as possible. I have seen many people choosing the low fee and then wait for days and weeks to confirm their transactions. I personally like my transaction to confirm immediately or with in a less time so I prefer to choose high fee transaction. I guess almost all the transactions you made you have the option to pick for the fee of your choice and it is understood that who pays more will be preferred.

Fortunately many people are coming here in this forum to help us with unconfirmed transactions. I recently checked an offer which is dealing with antpool mining services which will confirmations regardless of how much transaction fees we will be including. It seems we may still go for lower fees too.
1576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Criminality and Bitcoin on: June 06, 2017, 05:58:47 PM
There are a lot of criminals out there and scamming online in social Medias before we can have bitcoin. There are a lot of criminals out there in this world that they will not choose who will go to be their victims. Even if the person is not rich they will still scam people. So I don't think that you give criminals an option to think that they can use bitcoin. Or should I say how did you say that? Do you know someone that is criminal because of bitcoin?

I think what OP's trying to say is those people who are using bitcoin in an illegal way, like buying illegal drugs, and firearms online---in the deep web. But the scammers can't be called as a criminal, the right term for them is "useless" people, "lazy" people, because that is the only way they know on how to earn money by scamming people, especially the newbie in the crypto world.
Well I don’t agree with the point that the scammers can’t be termed as a criminal. It seems to me like you have a soft corner for the scammers otherwise why someone will pass such remarks. Let me define the word crime for you. Any kind of exploitation to others emotionally, physically or in monitory terms is a crime.

Now according to this definition if a person is lazy or active but if he has harmed and exploited someone he shall be considered as a criminal and should be charged for the crime. If scammers are not criminals then I would say the real life robbers should also not be termed as criminals.
1577  Economy / Marketplace / Re: question on money making guides on: June 03, 2017, 03:57:42 PM
I studied some similar methods of teaching. It was a technique for building MLM business and attracting partners. It really works. Many partners were interested in my business and I earned money
I am not ready to believe that many people are interested as there are enough awareness against MLM kind of business concepts.
I strongly suggest not to get into any MLM/network marketing/hyip related businesses. These may get you literally free money in beginning days but over time they may run away with your capital money.

There are other plenty of legit and honest working methods for making money online. But obviously those will require your efforts and time unlike MLMs. But you can have those methods as your permanent earning sources for life, one of best method I am always recommending must be, affiliate marketing.
1578  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How erning over 100000 satoshi/wekly on: June 03, 2017, 03:39:01 PM
You could try your luck on my new website and win even more who knows..link in signature

Well that becomes gambling and its not a a guaranteed that every week one can confirmed make it 100k satoshi. He wants to know for sure ways how can one earn it.

Like signature campaign, doing free lancing work, trading and some investment will help him reach his goal.
I just wonder how you people are having confident with gambling for making even some small amount of satoshi as I am always not capable of reaching payout threshold from faucet earning as my bankroll. I guess there will be no meaning of spending 0.01 bitcoins for earning 0.001 bitcoins as there will be huge risks of losing all 0.01 bitcoins in minutes.

But, other than gambling, I am too sure we can have 100k satoshi very easily. I recommend trading especially as it will be possible with another 0.001 bitcoins investments and few skill requirements whereas signature campaigns may need rank requirements which may stop newbies.
1579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Secrets of sports betting on: June 03, 2017, 03:12:03 PM
I either wait for the last minute or I bet while the game is playing. Sometimes, if you bet too early, there are last minute changes to the lineup that will greatly affect the outcome of the game. It is better to watch out for that changes.
You will get the even lower odds if you make a bet during the game. Therefore, I highly recommend you should analyze the match and make a bet before the game starts
indeed We do get a lower ods but we also don't know what happens later in the game example if suddenly important players get a red card or injury at least we can be anticipate. I just say there is also the benefit of betting when live game.
Betting in-play is sometimes good too though as you can easily analyze who's playing how .. I mean we see a match vs Djokovic vs Nadal on hard court would have odds like 3 on nadal and Djokovic would be favorite with 1.4 and actually Nadal should have 10.00 odds .. the odds are 3 because of his rankings and the clay ability. Hence, wait and watch and you will see who's struggling on what surface.
1580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: June 03, 2017, 02:52:00 PM
Experience does matter in gambling because they can control them self while betting I've seen many people who win some amount at start that's luck or skill but they keep doing it and loose all in the end while experienced player stop betting after winning some amount.
That's right with experience in gambling the person comes to know that he won't actually win with gambling and hence he does not get upset after loosing and not too excited after winning.

You can see the example of pro gamblers who actually make profit of it, you talk with them and you will see they have a calm head and they take losses very naturally. A new gambler would get excited and love strategies like martingale while a experienced one will stay away from those strategies.
