The V-shape bottom around 290 will disappear soon and we will march higher.

No bearwhale is dumping along with those retail bears. Time to buy the dip.
This is not true. Price is going lower. See for yourself tomorrow (we're at 292 now). Wink

ROFL

"I day trade" - in other words: "I'm unemployed"

You've about 5 days' experience, and now you're a "professional day trader".

Keep up the good work.
You did not read everything? I trade bitcoin/USD since 2013. Last year my income from trading surpassed my income from working my former job. I firmly believe that being self sufficient is one of the most important things a person can do.
1563  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin/USD Trade Thread by Professional on: January 07, 2015, 09:36:09 PM
I appreciate you taking the time to post your trades, but evens a single sentence explaining your rationale would put greater weight behind your predictions.

I don't think these are predictions. These are his trades, which he takes the time to share with us for free, use it or leave it - that's the deal.

To the OP, thanks, always good to have some actual trading thread for a change. Especially daytrading, that's very fascinating to watch, like base jumping or extreme skiing. That $5 profit trade with no stop and $55 dip, sure needed some balls to hold Smiley
Yes indeed I will not do predictions because it takes too much time.

Thank you. It did go lower than I anticipated indeed!

I'm pretty confident following my trades will be profitable. Play with any amount you like.

2nd trade: SELL bitcoin @ $301 on 01-07-2015.
1565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pump coin on: January 07, 2015, 02:39:15 PM
So basically you want to steal money from unaware people by selling them your overpriced coins. Fuck you OP.
1566  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's your action once Bitstamp reopens? on: January 07, 2015, 02:19:52 PM
I'm not on Bitstamp but if you are you should BUYYYYY up every sell order in between 276 and 280 of course.
1567  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's biggest problem on: January 06, 2015, 08:30:34 PM
It is not bitcoin that is unsafe.
It is the exchanges.

On the exchanges you don't trade with actual coins. The coins never move. It is just the exchange software playing with numbers. Only time coins move is on Withdrawals and Deposits, and when hackers steal them.

See for yourself:

Coins never got stolen. If you know how to protect your wallet with a complex password you should be okay.
Check out the top 100 bitcoin rich list. It is all public. No coins got stolen...

Alright thanks! I will not put too much in it just to be sure.
1569  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Stamp re-opens will the price rise or fall? on: January 05, 2015, 05:16:06 PM
If they open for trading but there's suspicion they're no longer fully solvent, withdrawing BTC will be the fastest exit. BitstampBTC may therefore trade higher than other market's BTC IOUs.

What if the hacker sells the 18k BTC on Bitstamp? (if they're stolen)
lol

Fuck. Sad
1571  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stamp hot wallet problem? on: January 05, 2015, 04:33:25 AM
Scary news. I have a lot of trust in bitstamp though. They will probably come with a fix soon.
1572  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who the hell is selling right now? on: January 04, 2015, 05:50:42 PM
I'm buying on the way down since $296. In all honesty I didn't expect the exchange rate per coin to fall this low but not unhappy about it. I anticipate an uptrend starting around January 16-20.

This is really a fun idea.

I actually bought just now ($296). Have been anticipating this weekend with a huge amount of USD.

I'm thinking about starting my own advice thread where I publish my buy and sell prices to help inexperienced traders.

I'm on a legendary win streak.

Sometimes in life you feel the fight is over,
And it seems as though the writings on the wall,
Bitcoin you finally made it,
But once your picture becomes tainted,
It's what they call,
The rise and fall
1579  Economy / Speculation / Re: Poll: Bitcoin Price in 2015 on: December 29, 2014, 01:39:22 PM
Price will go lower because of no large amount of new buyers.
Only time price went up was when a lot of new buyers jumped in. This happened at various points in bitcoin's history already.

Waiting for that to happen again. Until then I'm day trading the fuck out of it.

January 16-18 should bring new money in (Miami Bitcoin Conference). Mark my words. Wink
1580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Pump group 2.0 - The profit machine on: December 28, 2014, 11:18:08 PM
Trading on altcoin markets with 100 bitcoin is not even possible because of low volumes. Fact. I've experienced this myself since I used to trade on Bittrex and own more than 100 btc as we speak. Maximum I played with on there was like 20 - 40 bitcoin. And maximum reward I got was in VOOT turning 23 btc into 55 btc. Of course it was not all profits, I lost 20 btc once. Nowadays those amounts are not even possible because a lot of traders left the altmarkets. I know this for a fact since I'm one of them.

Not to brag but I'm also pretty confident I have a lot more bitcoin than Alessandra Prosperi/theblonde. Like seriously.

Also, why would anyone play fucking altcoins with investors money instead of their own? I used to trade for friends but quit. The altmarket's volume was way to low for our combined coin count. I had coins of my own sidelined doing nothing that I rather invested for myself instead of sharing profits and losses with them. From this experience I can tell Alessandra Prosperi/theblonde must be running out of coins. Only reason to invest in a low volume market with other peoples money is caus you suck at trading and/or have no stacks.

This topic must be a scam. Still I somewhat love theblonde because back in the day we used to hype the same coin every now and then! Cheesy

Now I only trade bitcoin/usd.
