1581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tenants to pay rent with bitcoin on: April 17, 2021, 07:01:58 PM
In recent times so many exciting events/news have been happening with bitcoin,  we have seen how bitcoin have gain institutional adoption with Tesla taking the lead and the installation of bitcoin ATMs for easy access to the digital global currency BTC.
The latest is a real estate firm optioning for tenants to pay rent using bitcoin.
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/07/rick-carusos-company-to-begin-accepting-rent-payments-in-bitcoin.html?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_medium=Social&utm_content=Crypto&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1617831770
This indeed are great indications of bitcoin mainstream adoption/usage.

We could expect a lot more adaptation that is going to happen in the cryptocurrency, But I might just do this if bitcoin or other cryptocurrency is already popular in my country.

I'm planning to invest in some apartments so that I could earn a passive income and I think cryptocurrency as a payment option is a good thing and at the same time I'm investing in their payment.

The only problem is some people here in my country are still not aware of online things or bitcoin, a big percentage are still more into fiat money I guess because people don't trust online money yet here.
1582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: April 16, 2021, 07:22:12 PM
I am a long term supporter  of Ethereum and  know that it is the most trusted network to create smart contracts but the kind of Huge fees for withdrawal and swapping of tokens, we have to nowadays due to slow network or congestion , is going to make it unpopular coin in coming months and other networks like, Binance, EOS, Polka Dot may take its place . The issue with Ethereum is that its developers are trying to scale running Blockchain which is like repairing a car while driving.
Obviously not there is so much project that is into Ethereum Network even though we are experiencing a big issue when it comes to transaction fees Ethereum is still the top 2 cryptocurrency.

Other Networks are surely going to be a good alternative because of the high fees in the market, but the demand in Ethereum is already solid so the gap from other cryptocurrencies is currently noticeable.

Because of the Ethereum 2.0 people are expecting to fix the gas fees issues and BSC Network is will catch up to Ethereum if the Ethereum Network will not fix the issue, because developers already have many options other than using Ethereum.
1583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 Million BNB Burnt today on: April 16, 2021, 06:39:19 PM
Hey,

If you are not aware of this, Binance today burnt 1 Million BNB worth $500 Million dollars. What is the expected price jump in BNB due to this?

Would love to know your feedback

Burning BNB just means that prices will push up back for sure, and it already happened because of that announcement, but as an investor, you need to make a profit in it and that's what people are doing.

From around 250$ price of BNB, it jumps up to around 600$ so we could surely expect people to make some profit from it, especially if you know how the market works and as well as if you know how to exchange token works.

It's still bullish from 250$ I made a few mistakes selling some of my BNB around 400$ but still, I'm in profit anyway, But we could surely expect a skyrocket to its market price next month.
1584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is private and decentralized, ok but what if someone dies? on: April 15, 2021, 07:36:32 PM
I guess that just one of the disadvantages when it comes to bitcoin or being decentralized because for sure you can't open it anymore if your dead or your family doesn't know your password or private key.

If you think about it there are people who want centralization like banks because they just don't want to have that responsibility, like for example you lose your password or private key you cant recover that account anymore if it's decentralized but if it's in the bank, you could just call the bank to tell them that you forgot or lose your password and then they could just give you a new one.

So both centralized and decentralized are great but also have their advantages and disadvantages, it just depends on what you want and how are you going to manage it.
1585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoin hold and airdrop on: April 14, 2021, 07:50:10 PM
hello guys
have a good time

is it true that I hold altcoin in special wallet, wallet give me another altcoin ! is it true?

if that true, how i can find this project ?

please refer site

thank you

There are some which are staking, most of the wallets like Safepal Wallet where when they have something like an airdrop you could join that airdrop but you need to stake some altcoins or their own token.

Also if you stake your BNB in the Binance platform you could get a lot of different altcoins that are in the launchpad of the finance platform, Or join the launchpad to stake some of your USDT, BUSD, etc.

I'm not sure if they did it in a project but mostly you could buy the token in a project at a low price and there was no staking or something maybe after it was launched they could implement something like that.
1586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cheap coins flying to my attention! on: April 13, 2021, 10:59:06 PM
I just got all the cheapest coins on CMC and it’ll either be really good percentage gains or really bad haha

But this is all with “extra” money I wouldn’t be devastated with losing.

XAP, YLD, XBC, and Blocknet (BLOCK).

I mean investing in low-cap altcoins in the market is how to actually made the big bucks in the market, but it's just so risky because there was no assurance if that token is gonna skyrocket or not.

There are thousands of altcoins in the market, and there are so much more that is being created so it's a big competition so we can't expect all of the altcoins n the market to continue to skyrocket in the market.

You could gamble some of your money, but I always recommended having a big percentage of your portfolio invested in a top cryptocurrency or in the top 10 cryptocurrencies.
1587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: now is the right time to buy XRP on: April 13, 2021, 10:24:01 PM
of the top 5 cryptocurrency on coinmarketcap, then we will see that only the price of XRP has not risen very high and reached the new ATH price, because ATH price of XRP is $3.84 on Jan 04, 2018 (3 years ago), so I am sure if now is the right time to buy XRP, because I think the price of XRP will increase very high and create a new ATH price (such as BTC, ETH and BNB), then of course you will get a big profit from investing in XRP at this time.

It's not that bad of an investment but I mean I would not risk it if I'm going to invest I would choose other altcoins in the market, that have less risk and could pop off any second.

The thing here is XRP is already skyrocketed, I also have XRP but I buy it when it's not yet pumping around .3 $, I remember when the XRP is down because of the lawsuit, that is the perfect time to buy XRP and potentially could make a big profit out of it when it skyrockets just like what happened recently and that's how you make the most profit.

Investing at this time is not a wise move but you could gamble a little bit, It's risky but it's a lot easier to make money because the price is much volatile compared to the past months of it.

1588  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Apkpure official app breached with trojan on: April 13, 2021, 09:16:08 PM
People often use third party apps to download android apps in absence of play store, there are reasons of course, I have been guilty of doing same.

Yesterday, the popular third party android app hosting site apkpure's android app was infected with trojan.

Everyone who downloaded their official app or had auto updates turned on was fucked.

Of course, neither is Google play 100% safe but reduces the likelihood of infected apps.

Kaspersky print: https://www.kaspersky.com/blog/infected-apkpure/39273/amp/

It's common especially in androids where third-party applications can be download and install easily on a smartphone, it kinda likes the thing when it comes to android phones where you get much freedom but more risk in getting these trojans and malware.

But android mostly uses and trusts the google play store but we know that there are fakes applications as well, but it's more filtered compared to when you download directly on the internet where millions of fake applications and apps are everywhere.

What I mean here is it's android, so what happened to apk pure could also happen to other applications, and there nothing much that we can do to avoid it but just to be careful picking the applications to download, unless maybe if you buy a Apple products that has a lot more restrictions where it doesn't allow you to install some application.
1589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Possibility to pay with Bitcoin, Etherium and Ripple by Canadian lending company on: April 12, 2021, 08:37:22 PM
It's kinda nice actually to have this kind of payment option paying with a cryptocurrency might not be ideal for now but it's a good thing to have especially because companies are also adapting to it.

That means that the companies could also pump the market price of bitcoin or maybe they will planning to go in transactions where the only crypto is allowed and at the same, they invest in it.

The only thing is companies holding a big chunk of bitcoin could result in a lot more manipulations in the market but we all expect it and know the risk when we invest in bitcoin after all so it's a good thing that companies are considering cryptocurrency even though it is risky and not supported by the government.
1590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Giving bitcoins as a gift? on: April 11, 2021, 05:55:00 PM

I have been thinking...
Would it be totally crazy, if I gave 10-15 bitcoins to a woman, who helped me in a really really big way when I was younger.

I mean, would she think I was crazy if I do it?
Would it be a positive thing? Or just weird?

The coins were not worth much when I got them, so from that perspective, it's not THAT big a deal, right?

I would gladly give them to her, but I fear it could have a negative effect to what little friendship we have

And she is married with kids, so while I will always like her, there is no hidden agenda on my part here.

10-15 Bitcoin was a big amount of money, I mean if she helped you when you were just young I think it's just nice to give back to her.

If that's really what you feel and the amount of money doesn't matter to you, you should give it to her, I mean if she's a true friend it will never have a negative effect when it comes to friendship.

Maybe a big gift is enough, don't go for bitcoin or some kind of money because I just think it's not a good thing maybe if she really needed the money or something, anyway anything as a gift she's surely gonna appreciates it, but still, the decision was yours.
1591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB price on: April 11, 2021, 05:32:19 PM
Hello Guys what you think about bnb.can bnb hit 1000$ soon or not.i think bnb hit 1000$ soon. Plz give your opinion.

It will reach that price easily probably this year or next year, the BSC network is just phenomenal work and there are so many projects that are using or considering using the BSC network.

The low fees are great, different cryptocurrency wallets, NFTs, Blockchain Games, Defi, etc. are now using the network and with the low fees, it easily surpasses Ethereum in my opinion unless Ethereum solves the fee issues.

As long as the Binance exchange did well and the BSC network it is possible to reach that price in the market, we also have a BNB token burned.
1592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will Binance be the next Ethereum? on: April 11, 2021, 05:01:47 PM
as we can see if the price of Binance has risen very high for now and even all the coin that use Binance smart chain have also increased very high and of course gas fees from Binance are very low compared to Ethereum, so there is a possibility that in the future there will be many projects using blockchain from Binance and that is an opportunity for Binance to replace Ethereum (become the king of all altcoin).

so do you agree with me if Binance will be the next Ethereum? or are you thinking of anything else?

Absolutely, I think Binance this year would skyrocket its market price in the market especially because of the BSC network that solves the issues when it comes to transaction fees which is a problem in the ETH network.

We can see Binance reaching the market price of 2500$ just like what Ethereum is doing and probably going to surpass ETH if Ethereum didn't solve or the ETH 2.0 just sucks.

Plus the token burn that the Binance token is doing will really push the market price of Binance to its peak, it's just nice making a transaction in the BSC network just having a low fee in the network.
1593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In which token i invest? on: April 11, 2021, 04:18:13 PM
Hello friends i have around 200$ in Ethereum. I want to invest for getting some profit. Tell me about your experience. What tokens or coins are best for invest this time.

Staying in Ethereum would not really do the job for a higher profit and it might take a long time for something like an Ethereum market to have a decent profit.

I suggest investing in low cap token that has huge potential to maximize the profit around 5x-20x of a token, If I'm going to invest I would probably go invest in NFT's or NFT token in the market which is a good investment in my experience, something like CHZ and ENJ is where I put my 200$ especially because a lot of blockchain game is on development and already a thing these days.

Maybe you could also gamble in BNB because Binance Platform is just the best exchange in my opinion so its token has so much utility in it.
1594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You Think Bitcoin Save Your Economy on: April 11, 2021, 03:06:14 PM
With the recent situation with the pandemic going on. Has created many economic challenges for all.
Do you think Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency could really help people bring back their economy?

This be in the form of trading. Use of the currency? creation of? education. etc

What are your thoughts on this. Could this cryptocurrency help people give some new direction?

Bitcoin definitely has a big effect on an economy of a country but it's not just all good effects but has something that bad when it comes to the economy so it might not be a help at all.

Maybe for some people who are invested in bitcoin, this cryptocurrency is a big help because it could provide profit in this pandemic where most of the people are jobless.

Bitcoin could be used as an online transaction since it's a pandemic but I don't see any big effect on this, maybe if bitcoin is already used in a country or legalized in a country it might help at some point.
1595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank & Government Crypto on: April 11, 2021, 02:04:57 PM
If banks and governments create their own cryptocurrency, will the people still be the ones to give value to it like Bitcoin and will we be able to store it in our own ledger to protect our own money?

Banks and government creating their own cryptocurrency would be a little different, government will never create a cryptocurrency that is decentralized for sure.

It is just gonna end up something like a stable coin for sure, it could end up wrong at some point when the market price depends on supply and demand in the market that affects the price of the token.

The token will be regulated for sure because they will not promote something like bitcoin, it is just like a fiat currency but virtual I think, but their are many ways on how they could do it.
1596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP set to dethrone Bitcoin on: April 10, 2021, 09:01:40 PM
This is kinda impossible the gap between bitcoin and Ethereum is a long way base on the market cap of the 2 top cryptocurrencies, XRP being the number 1 is not possible it's gonna need so much more.

So much is going on to a lot of altcoins in the market and XRP I think not that interesting until it pops up to 1$, that's actually a great thing for the XRP market and for so many XRP investors that are holding for years.

Still, all of that is not gonna be enough to Dethrone bitcoin as the number cryptocurrency, winning the lawsuit or something is not gonna do a thing.
1597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most expensive account ever bought on: April 10, 2021, 08:24:02 PM
Was crawling through an old Blockchain.info wallet when I found the following transaction, judging by the date and the price I had paid, it's a similar if not the exact transaction in an effort to purchase a migrated Minecraft account, quite a few years ago.

It was approximately $5 back then, well, the equivalent amount of BTC would be worth over $1.000 now. That probably turned out to one of the most expensive Minecraft accounts ever bought. Thinking back, I wish I had paid via credit card from the official website.

Anyone had any similar experience?

I have transactions higher than that and it just hurt where that bitcoin go  Sad The earlier you are in bitcoin the higher the bitcoin probably you waste because you don't really know that that bitcoin is going to reach 60k$ at this moment.

I mostly use my bitcoin back in the day because I just need the money and sometimes it's a little convenient to use bitcoin especially in online transactions, that number in the past year was just different so .3 something in the past year has a different value compared to the value these days and it just happened we made a big mistake.

None of you beats the pizza guy.

That's true!
1598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin demand among Workers globally!! on: April 09, 2021, 04:24:52 PM
This could actually be a good thing for some of the workers to have the opportunity to invest in bitcoins, I guess companies are planning to invest in bitcoin or go all-in when it comes to cryptocurrency.

Resulting in this allowing their employee to received bitcoin as their salary, I mean this is what bitcoin is used for and could make things easier for workers, but hopefully, they don't get scam by these companies.

One of the issues is fees are the workers is the ones to pay fees here? one more thing is bitcoin might not be a good choice, for now, to use still I would go for fiat since its kinda risky for them, probably they would just sell it because they need the salary to survice.
1599  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bloomberg predicting BTC reaching $400K in 2021 on: April 09, 2021, 03:25:09 PM
"According to Bloomberg, Bitcoin is replacing gold “more abruptly” than anticipated. Quotes a price potential of $400,000 in 2021."

Forget about the numbers...

This demonstrates how public opinion is generally improving.

Only in December did Bloomberg declare bitcoin to be in a huge bubble.

Bloomberg, welcome to the bubble.

It's obvious that 400k$ in 2021 is a bit too much for now, if you're going to base in the market cap of bitcoin which is already a trillion-dollar market cap it's a long way to reach the 400k$ price.

The higher the market price the bitcoin price has the riskier it is to invest in it, so for sure there will be a lot of up and down when we reach 100k$ above, even today we are still sustaining the price of 50k-65k$ and it takes time to put a lot of investors or money in the market, its gonna need a lot of dumps.

Just imagine how many years bitcoin takes to reach the price today, probably it takes 5-20 years as well to reach half a million dollars or a million dollars price.
1600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are good for investing? on: April 08, 2021, 10:38:42 PM
Hello all,
If one wants to invest a small amount of money in the cryptocurrency, then which coins are good? I mean is something about $500. Are Tron, EOS, Ripple and Stellar good?
I have another question: Can Ripple win the court? When is the next Ripple court?

Any idea welcomed.

Thank you so much.

I would recommend investing in NFT's or if that's not your thing go for NFT tokens in the market that has a lot of potentials.

NFT's are mostly low cap token in the market so there was obviously room for so much profit for long term investment, I'm currently investing in ENJ and AXS that is really doing well in the market and the development is just limitless, I can already see this token going to a 10x or even more for long term investments.

Ripple is already at a dollar but I don't think it can sustain it because ripple just gets too many issues and that just pushes the price down, I can recommend investing in it and sell it quickly when you make a profit already and not for a long term thing.
