1581  Economy / Economics / Re: Collapse of crude oil prices on: April 21, 2020, 08:51:43 PM
Oil prices are doomed. Saudis and Russians are using this economic crisis to kill USA shale oil producers. They will succeed at its plan.
This is the one that even scares me of all the business falls since this coronavirus epidemic started. Oil is a vital part of most economies of the world. However the Bret Oil is not that badly affected as the price has remained above $20 per barrel and not like the American oil which is now in the negative.
1582  Economy / Economics / Re: China will rule world as economy king after crisis end? on: April 21, 2020, 04:47:48 PM
As we see everyday many people are dying every day in Europe and America and their economy is going down every day and economy specialties are guessing that the USA will lose his position as economy king and china will take over and we are already seeing that china economy didn't drop much and there already making money in this crisis.
Anyone who thinks that the US will take this thing easy lying low with China is joking. Such a person does not know the mindset of the Americans. There will be a time for revenge on the Chinese. Donald Trump has a plan B, I can tell you that. More so there is a bit of hatred building up against China by the rest of the world for causing the outbreak and hiding it. Therefore many countries will not want to do business with China, even after this outbreak is over.
1583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does success mean? on: April 21, 2020, 10:31:03 AM
Success means different things, depending on the angle the person involved or speaking is looking at it from. For bounty hunters like me, a project becomes successful only when we are able to cash out in huge profit, whether the project meets its roadmap or not. The hunters' definition or level of success may not be same for the owners of the project or the exchange on which it is listed.
1584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not in healthy state yet on: April 20, 2020, 08:17:25 PM
If there is anything good about this epidemic and lockdown, it is that online businesses are now having more attention than they used to have before. Crypto currencies is also an online business. What I see suffering here are offline businesses, the shop and office contact kind of businesses and many of their staff are already losing their jobs with this lockdown. Crypto is having new attention now.
1585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opera now lets US users buy crypto with Apple Pay or debit card on: April 20, 2020, 05:21:53 PM

Since it involves credit and debit cards, I will assume a KYC is mandated here?

If it does, I don't see any difference when buying through the local or global exchange.
There is KYC with the use of credit and debit cards, even when most of us do not like that type of exposure. But the difference with Opera accepting crypto trades with local exchanges is that using Opera gives a wider publicity than the locals. This is a good development. I know it will cause more people to know about crypto currency.
1586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the dream of crazy on: April 20, 2020, 06:26:30 AM
You had bitcoin and altcoin but you didn't know how to exchange them? You had a lot of coins and you give access to some random guy. Feeling sorry for OP. It seems you are from Bangladesh, like me. I have seen most of the people here involved with crypto do not have enough knowledge on crypto but they are really not that dumb. Good luck.
The scam thing is everywhere. It is not only exclusive to Bangladesh although that country is known for its high level of corruption. It is good that the OP learned a lesson from that experience and has since moved on, still dreaming big. Do not give up on your dreams. And next time hold your private keys like gold.
1587  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Well Organized Scam Projects on: April 19, 2020, 10:19:27 PM
How can we safe ourselves from well organized scam projects? Some projects are so well crafted and in the end they scam people, to my own understand research doesn't help here at all, use case, whitepaper, team, every thing are so real and make sense, please give advice about this
Extensive research. Not just the kind of research wherein you're just scanning the project/startup's website and not doing extensive background search.
You need to look past the wonderful looking website, the listing promises to a prominent cryptocurrency exchange and even to how well-known the team behind such a project is.
Dig deeper until you find some red-flags. Avoid getting lured in with the "nice things" others may say about the project/company; you'll have to do your assessments on your own.
If everything checks out then you may jump-in, but remember, invest only what you can afford to lose.
Not many people are prepared to go into that stress of the kind of research you are asking for here. I know it is very easy for you to do as a bounty manager because if you do not do a thorough research and you make a contract with a scam project, everybody will accuse you of knowingly promoting a scam. This will affect your reputation here. But not many hunters and investors care about all that and they may not have that time for a vigorous research.
1588  Economy / Economics / Re: Nobel Laureate asked India to print more money and not to worry about inflation on: April 19, 2020, 05:27:43 PM
Nobel Laureate Abhijeet Banerjee has recently asked India to print more money and transfer them to the poor class of people to increase demand in the market to tackle upcoming recession post COVID-19.

Reference: https://m.telegraphindia.com/business/abhijit-banerjee-offers-print-money-pill/cid/1763262

A lot of economists will say it is a bad idea because later it will become very difficult to arrest inflation rate. But increasing the demand is a major challenge as well.

Voice your opinion! Will be good or bad step for a diverse country like India?
Me too I think it is a bad idea to print more money because it will mean so much  money in circulation. This is what causes inflation. If there is more money and India does not have a strong fiscal policy it will mess up the economy and Indians will be the ones to suffer at the end.
1589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 26 days to the halving left, what are you expecting? on: April 18, 2020, 06:44:26 PM
I think we all know that the halving will come in 26 days  Grin Im just wondering what are you thinking what impacts will the halving have?

Will nothing happen?
Will the price pump or dump?
Will the hashrate drop dramatically and delay block times?
It will pump in price but this infectious coronavirus disease is trying to make the price and situation drag down. This halving is supposed to be a golden time for bitcoin to skyrocket and make investors and holders happy. May be, the price will later pick and go above $9,000 but am sure it will not dump below $6,000.
1590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Boogle Coin, Are they Google? Lets Discuss. on: April 18, 2020, 05:10:26 AM
Yeah Boogle is a browser that has own blockchain. Its just imitating Google design but totally different from it. Ive try using it and its fast also. Maybe because their browser is new. Also theres a chance to earn BOO tokens which currently traded already and has been listed on CMC. I think this isnt a bad project at all considering the info of their team and everything about it. I do hope they launch a bounty campaign here in forum.
What the op is asking is why is Google not suing Boogle for such similarities in name. It is like a rhyme and I also find it deceitful. I know there is a copyright law against such act. If the project was not out to deceive people may be it should have picked a different name. The only difference is in there first letters, G and B.
1591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will coronavirus encourage people to use crypto more thoroughly? on: April 17, 2020, 09:44:24 PM
I've seen somewhere across the web, that China has been taking measures to protect physical banknotes/bills from getting infected with the coronavirus. After all, it's said that the virus could be transmitted across physical cash in circulation from one person to another. If the trend continues, people will look for other ways to spend their money safely without having direct contact with the virus. In this regard, digital payments prove to be a winner when it comes to sending/receiving money without exposing yourself to physical banknotes/bills that have could've been contaminated with the coronavirus. I believe that it could be a win-win situation for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the Blockchain space. Unless governments decide to start rolling their digital currencies to the world, everything will remain likely the same as it is today.

Do you think that the recent situation will encourage people to use (or rely) on crypto more thoroughly? What are your thoughts? Huh
This post reminds me of pictures I saw and what I read online a few days ago about Italy of the streets littered with money without anyone picking them up because of the fear of contermination of Coronavirus. This virus is real. I do not think this outbreak is helping to boost crypto in anyway because people are only looking for what fiat can buy them to survive and not to gather wealth.
1592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is the best to earn more? airdrop or bounty? on: April 17, 2020, 07:48:34 PM
As my experienced, I have participated in many airdrops but I didn't earn anything since I started participating. That is why I suggest that it is way better to participate in bounty campaign than wasting any of our time in airdrops.
It is true that bounties pay better than airdrops but you do more writing in bounties than airdrops. And you can understand how painful it becomes when after the whole thing the project ends a fraud. Airdrops do not task you much and so if you do not get the promised tokens you move on and do not feel bad. I go for airdrops.
1593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The sincere bounty managers should escrow bounty rewards on: April 17, 2020, 06:13:14 PM
If any campaign manager do not think about their participants, no one should work with them. Julerz is a good CM along with Hhampuz and yahoo. I really liked that he eescrowed the GEOMA Dao payment.
If you are talking about escrow bounty rewards, and if it is done by campaign manager, who will guarantee that campaign manager will not scam? Please check the reputation board and see how a lot of campaign manager is stealing rewards, abusing the bounty.
Hunters have said good things about this managers you listed as honest and trustworthy. Other managers should join them to make good names for themselves and not continually cheat their participants. Infact, hunters should avoid questionable managers and let's see how they will survive with their scamming management. Enough of this cheating.
1594  Economy / Services / Re: Hhampuz Campaign Management | Available Now! on: April 14, 2020, 02:36:52 PM
The best manager on the foroum. I vote for Hhampuz.  Cheesy
Is it because you are in his campaign that you are saying this? When Yahoo has a campaign, he becomes the best manager of the forum. That is what you will say.
1595  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] OWNR Wallet Signature Campaign [Full-Legendary Member] + 1 SR on: April 10, 2020, 09:24:54 AM
Would like to apply for SR slot, will change signature upon acceptance. Thanks.

Apply for Sr.member

It is not a good thing for high rank members to always want to take slots for lower rank members like this. Low ranked members do not often get many slots in signature campaigns like Snr/Hero/Legendary. Give them a chance.
1596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Recent Corona Virus Scams on: April 05, 2020, 08:41:33 PM
This scams will continue until people learn. But people are not ready to learn, that is the big issue. Ignorance and mostly greed make people victims to scams. If people take their time to observe things before they rush into it, they will notice the scams before they happen.

In my country, the scammers are calling old people on the phone and telling them that their relative has been infected with coronavirus,so they have to donate a certain amount for his/her medical treatment. This doesn't involve cryptocurrency payments, but it's a nasty scam nevertheless, because old people are naive and can get panicked very easy.
The fight with the hackers/scammers will continue despite the pandemic.
I can tell you that whoever is doing this knows the old people personally. It may also be someone close to this old people that gave out their phone numbers to the scammers to call and scam them.
1597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to escape loss as an altcoin trader on: April 04, 2020, 06:02:47 PM
Why not do it this way ?
Since you trade mostly in altcoins, as soon as your make your profits, sell them to stable coins or fiats, close that trade chapter.

If you are passionate about hodling bitcoin, always convert to usdt or other stable coins and be patient for a fair entry point. Because the market isn't running away

What do you think everyone ? is there a better pattern that can be practiced?

I am open to more suggestions.
Your strategy is perfect. This is what I also do a few times that I have traded. Sell off and then convert to a stablecoin. I like to use Tether as my stablecoin of choice. Also, I can peg whatever token on buy order and allow it to trigger when price get there.
1598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: April 04, 2020, 05:24:40 PM
i join a lot of air drops and still i dont know am i wasting my time or not!
No, airdrops are not a complete waste of time especially if they do not ask for KYC or personal data. Most of them only ask for share or repost on social media and that is all. You have nothing to lose with this ones.

this week i join alot of airdrops . they were all telegram bots . and most(like 99% of them) of them ask for transaction fee as eth at the end of airdrop.
let me tell you what i think and who is going to win this game!!!!

Avoid any airdrop asking you for ETH or any other form of payment before sending you the token.
1599  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not as risky as many think. on: April 04, 2020, 06:21:19 AM
Speculative markets are generally more risky. Bitcoins a bit like a new technology startup that breaks even every year.

You're investing in an underlying asset that's only seen as valuable by fellow investors. We had the problem in ~2018 with this though since people kept buying thinking it was going to go up. And much more recently we've seen jolts due to this.
This is true about all speculative markets. The risk cut across all, it is not bitcoin alone. But the safe thing about bitcoin is that we can always look for a buy on it since it will ever go up back even when it sells immediately after you buy it. I know those who bought during the ath in 2017 are still hopeful price will one day get pass that level one day soon.
1600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Robert Kiyosaki believes in Bitcoin on: April 03, 2020, 03:02:51 PM
It is not just only Robert who believe in Bitcoin. Other billionaires like Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Donald Trump and Tesla also believe and hold bitcoin but will pretend to the public that they don't own any. Good thing that Robert is.making his public. The truth however is that even if they do not believe in bitcoin it will not stop bitcoin from being the utility cryptocurrency that it is.
