It is not really clear where the problem come from, is it from your authenticator or is it an issue in Stake's system. You can try to use the time correction for the code first. If you use google authenticator in your mobile phone, go to setting-time correction for codes-sync now. Also make sure that you type the code correctly, copy and paste it from the authenticator is better to avoid mistake if you do it manually. I usually use this first when I had an issue with 2FA code, if it does not work then nothing you can do except contacting support as there might be an issue with their system. OK, thanks for the advice, I completely forgot that Google Authenticator has its own time synchronization setting, I synchronized everything on my mobile device and pc, now it worked.  upd: checked disabling 2FA also works |
