My wallet password is 'swordfish'. How secure is that? Do you recommend I change it?

 Grin

Pretty much this:

My wallet password is 'swordfish'. How secure is that? Do you recommend I change it?

Yes you should change it immediately, don't forget to take a backup first and mail it to me. Cheesy

Thank you both. I have changed it to '@@@@@applebeesmakesmevomit12345&&&&&' as recommended.

You should probably read this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=211858.0

Yeah, I would love it if my "one-time" brainwallet was removed! Cheesy

I put on my scrubs and doctor's mask.  Kiss
1585  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I got SCAMMED by bitbox.mx!!! on: July 01, 2013, 07:46:13 AM
I got my btc. I suggest op provide documents they want.

I had to mark the payment as "fraudulent" with my bank. Got my money back. Also filled with the BBB (not that I think it will matter a lot), also looking for other agencies to file with.

Hope these scammers are brought to justice soon!!

Could you post your real name in here? I can't be arsed to go all prism on you right now because it's so early and I'm not up to my level of caffeine and I need to add you to my little black book of people never to do business with. Thanks.
1586  Other / Meta / Re: Userbase cleanup on: July 01, 2013, 07:40:41 AM
Have you touched your wallet lately?

Huh

Well if it's an old wallet with no activity, I think these "one-time" coins should be removed.
1587  Other / Off-topic / Re: Murder Trial in the Bitcoin Public eye on: July 01, 2013, 07:36:48 AM
Know what would totally make my day after I accidentally killed my son by being a moron?

If his stoner brother tried to blackmail me for a $100000 under threat of raising murder charges against me.

That would be great.

Caveat: OP should probably watch out he doesn't end up in diverse sacks of peanuts. I mean, if you're gonna be tried for murder anyway, at least make it worth it, know what I'm saying?

Realtalk: At this point you, OP, FinShaggy, should probably be looking for professional help to assist you in coping with the loss of your brother. The way you're going about it is self-destructive.

or just don't exercise, they'll have pill for that soon enough!

You're the problem, not the solution.
1589  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: All coins stolen! How to report fraudulent Litecoin/Bitcoin apps? on: June 29, 2013, 03:50:33 PM

I have a backup of my wallet before this happened,

And that backup is where right now?

Looks like an Aquaman alt.

When are we gonna ban altcoins, btw? Seems like all the scams these days are going on in altcoin trades.
1591  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Thighs still hurt after exercising? on: June 28, 2013, 09:50:06 PM
It's both right. You have the increase in lactate concentration which causes the immediate soreness after training which disappears rather quickly and there's the microruptures in tissue which causes the soreness experienced in DOMS 24 hours later.

1594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Germany 0% Bitcoin taxes brings more value to casascius coins on: June 28, 2013, 06:08:36 PM
Germans are smart people, they realise the importance of Bitcoin and keeping it untaxed. If only the rest of the world would follow...

No, actually we do that with any kind of speculation. If you keep the speculative object for longer than a year, any gains in value are untaxed. Bitcoin is just another kind of pigs halves or concentrated orange juice.
1595  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bit Coin Sports Error on: June 28, 2013, 04:30:58 PM
They don't have any contact info or links on their website.

And this doesn't ring any alarm bells with you?
1596  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are there Bitcoin-Millionaires and how do they act? on: June 28, 2013, 04:24:59 PM
The ones that have outed themselves are confined to mental institutions now, so take from that what you will.
1597  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The case of a phishing site (realhacker/diamondshit) on: June 28, 2013, 04:23:58 PM
tl;dr?

Some person by the name of "realhacker" and "diamondshit" (parody of my name) talks about his "job" of owning the phishing site that mirrors this site, and basically acts like a dick.

Ah, yeah, well I guess they'll need the money they make from those hacks to pay off the schoolyard bully on Monday. Bad schoolyard bully.
1598  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it true that pop tarts are used as a measuring tool in European countries. on: June 28, 2013, 04:21:46 PM
Would anyone be interested if I import pop tarts into Europe.

I kinda doubt it. Apart from the novelty factor, they're a very American thing.

And Jesus Christ I get fat just LOOKING at the Ingredients.

Here's a list of all the simple sugars found in the blueberry variant:

- Corn Syrup
- Sugar
- Dextrose
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Corn Syrup Solids
- Milled Corn
- Caramel Color
- Fructose
- Molasses
- Blueberry Juice Concentrate

Goddamn, and people wonder why there's an obesity epidemic.

Are you sure you're not confusing sugar with fat. What I've witnessed is that if too much sugar is consumed by kids, they get hyperactive, thus burning off most, if not all, those complex carbohydrates.

Nope. Didn't even list the more complex carbs or the palm fat.
