Exactly - the only one actually making money is Claymore xD And now starting to think in finding other Coins, Zcash price is still continuously failing and difficulty rising, for me it is not already profitable. |

Been running v4.0 for ~18hrs now but flypool is showing 15% less hashrate.
Anyone have a similar issue with Flypool ?
Less hashrate than what ? Do you compare with the current or average hashrate ? Maybe you're referring to shares and I guess thats a normal trend, just imagine all miners here Increased their hashrates due to magnificent recent updates, not only that, the price is also pulling down like bitches panties. Lol |

Zcash is now less profitable than etc, I think people will start switching back over.

my case using zcashclient silent army to claymore zcash miner
280x from 25 to 45 sols
rx480 from 35 to 45 sols
r9 390 from 27 to 50 sols
290x from 30 to 50 sols
amd fury from 40 to 50 sols
is using this miner with 2.5% fee enticing enough for my case? i say yes..
it is still a challenge for the open source community to make zcash mining stable and optimized, specially for windows users..that day will come, but for now claymore is doing something others don't, and making money in the process.
i hope this issue right now gets sorted out.
Do you guys even read?? 480 does 50+ with the silentarmy kernel modded by nerdralph!! I even posted a screenshot of this! Yes, modded rom, but the same gpu's only hit 47 max! with your precious claymore miner... Btw, it even does 50 on a 390 nitro! Without fee! Open source!  Unless SilentArmy will released a windows version for this then why not, i will switched either with this. |

Rig stopped reporting temp and fan stats when I unplugged monitor and connected remote. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a workaround?
Remote Desktop you mean? RDP sessions are known to disable GPUs, that's why I'm asking. Yes, RDP but its mining with no issues, just not displaying temp and fan stats. No changes to config made when i unplugged monitor and connected remote. 2 x r9 290. If you disconnect the monitor while mining and connect using RDP, the miner will continue to mine but the sensors will be disabled first. If you stop the miner and try to restart it again, the GPUs will no longer be detected. This problem frustrated me for weeks until I figure it out and started using other methods of remote screen control. Try VNC, Teamviewer, Logmein etc... Or try using 3rd party app like GPU Z? might be useful especially when looking power draws and gpu loads |
