Ergo, on Sunday a large wholesale order was placed, thus miners available for purchase on Monday, the day of your fake walk-through. Got it!

Are you seriously trying to match wits with my imagination? To paraphrase another...

My imagination efforts will dominate your face!

As planned, together with oureptsC we had a meeting with the Minerslab representative. First of all, many thanks to oureptsC and his sister for the welcome. It was really nice to meet you and I hope to see you again.

I was skeptical about this company, but it looks, this trip left a good impression. It was really difficult to arrange it, but we finally found a common ground. After many calls and conversations, I was able to convince that their will not loose anything after meeting with representative of Bitcointalk community.
Well, after we met up with oureptsC I made a call to confirm our appointment. We agreed that their representative will meet us in a concerted place and we will go to test at least one of their miners. After meeting with Walter (ML's representative) we drove to another side of city. In the warehouse, we had ability to see the 10Th/s bitcoin miner in work. Unfortunately we had no ability for longer presentation, but it was enough for understanding that they have at least one miner, that works with its stated parameters.

I planned to buy at least one device but as Walter said, orders were closed one day before because one of their customers made a wholesale order and bought out all available miners, but the next batch is scheduled for January.

According to the timestamp of your post, looks like you all had a busy morning today.

Don't know what you had to tell Walter to convince him that Minerslab wouldn't loose anything due to the informative meetup, but to date that's not working out so hot, is it?

Apologies for my imagination not yet kickin' in, but when it does...

Not that I'm defending anyone, but it's possible for a lot of work to be accomplished before official paperwork gets turned in for registrations and stuff. Some people just really hate paperwork.

Interesting timeline:

- Form idea for company two years ago.

- Register great company name for tax reasons in July, 2014.

- Purchase great domain name before somebody else does in August, 2014.

- Built website, put in place social media sources, don't create BCT account.

- Welcome two bozos and a sister from the BCT community to show how viable we are.

- Bozos go back to BCT community and report all is well.

- Profit! (unless that psycho Gleb and his minions fuck everything up)

<BTW, I haven't started with that imagination part yet>

Well, I posted it not to prove something to somebody. It is just a report about trip and my own opinion. I do not pretend to be a guarantor. You always have to decide yourself.

To help with that decision making process, are you the original owner of the gusti user account or did you purchase it?

Funny how a company who has an About Us page that says:

Quote
It’s been two years since MinersLab founders decided to create their own cryptocurrency miners. During this time our group of young and ambitious enthusiasts has evolved into a company of like-minded persons, which has attracted experienced top-notch specialists in development of equipment, engineering and management.
At the beginning of 2014 we started a project of developing equipment for mining scrypt cryptocurrencies, which we plan to finish at the second half of 2014. Besides that we are simultaneously developing the second generation of Bitcoin miners. As compared to the first generation, which had a limited run, these miners will be available to a wide range of customers.

And yet the company has only been in existence for 6 months..

The domain is only exactly 4 months old.

What described in the OP is called the Costanza Bot®.
15832 Other / Off-topic / Re: Brackets (and other nuggets): A Grammar Thread on: December 09, 2014, 06:58:27 AM
I stumbled upon the quote in the OP while seeking the proper use of a term nested inside a bracket that's part of a clause I now wanted put inside a bracket.

The original clause (contrived for this example): yet [not] another donkey

I want to know if [yet [not] another donkey] is proper.

BTW, the word not is purposely italicized in what I'm penning, perhaps making what I seek that much more complex. Thus, it would look like this: [yet [not] another donkey].

Worse still, it's included in a White Paper I'm penning, thus wanting the overall text as tight as possible so that I could easily be forgiven for a tiny handful of grammatical errors, albeit will be peer reviewed, but heaven forbid my peers thinking I'm an idiot. Roll Eyes

http://everything2.com/title/brackets

Quote
Of the five types of brackets, ( ), , { }, \ \, < >, parentheses (( )) are the ones which are most commonly used in prose. Square brackets () are frequently used to denote editorial intrusion into a piece of prose, and they are also used in mathematics (a field which I do not plan to step into today). Braces ({ }) the curly brackets that are (arguably) most fun to draw by hand are unfortunately (for keen writers/drawers) not used in prose, but rather in mathematics and linguistics. Slash brackets are used for dates (see top of this page for an example). And lastly, angle brackets (< >) have uses in mathematics and linguistics (again, those areas that I am not able (or keen) to explore), although you may have seen a re-emergence of angle brackets (a much celebrated comeback in the eyes of bracket-lovers) in recent times, with the growing popularity of handy little things we call web addresses.http://www.doesthislookfamiliar?.com. (Also, if you speak French, you may have noticed angle brackets being used instead of quote marks for dialogue, > .) You may have observed that when your attention is drawn to brackets, you notice them a lot more. I’m sure you wouldn’t have guessed that in the introductory 179 words above, twenty-one pairs of brackets were used! Yes they are sneaky (and useful (don’t think that I have anything against the little critters)) things, brackets.

So, let’s devote some time to parentheses, the kings (actually, that’s quite sexist, why should the rulers of brackets necessarily fall into the patriarchal paradigm of language? From now on, I will refer to brackets as feminine). Let me try to start that sentence again. So, let’s devote some time to parenthesis, the queens of brackets. Pam Peters in her discussion of parentheses points out that they: ‘often enclose a parenthical comment or parenthesis within a carrier sentence ’. She goes on to explain that three types of punctuation can be used to represent breaks in a sentence. Commas, those useful things, are used for a subtle separation. The next level of break (after the aforementioned commas) is parenthesis. The third – most severe – break is one made by dashes. Peters puts forward the view that ‘it seems unlikely…that all three levels can be usefully exploited in the same sentence.’ Oh really? Well, I wonder, (should I try this or not?) maybe we could give all three levels – confusing as they may be – a go.

Now we get to the hard bit. What to do if there are parenthesis within parenthesis? Should they be used as parentheses within parenthesis (this would be quite confusing (especially if one of the sentences was very drawn out, and the reader forgot where the second parenthesis, let alone the first began, and what line of thought was being presented before the first, or the second parenthesis (although I personally tend to use this technique (that of parenthesis within parenthesis (as you may have noticed as early on as the first paragraph of this paper))))) or not? The sixth edition of the Australian Style Manual says that ‘one set of parentheses should not be used inside another set’, unlike the fifth edition which claimed that this should ‘be avoided’, but could be tolerated. The Manual (both 5th and 6th eds) suggests that em rules should be used in combination with parentheses. The Chicago Manual of Style suggests combining parenthesis with square brackets, thus avoiding the confusion of having brackets within brackets (I’m beginning to get confused myself and I can barely understand this bracket stuff to tell you the truth). But how would editorial comments actually Natalia, I find this part a bit dry, do you think you could liven it up a bit? You might lose your audience here. You think you’re being funny but I strongly doubt anyone will be impressed. be marked, if not with the good old square brackets? The Right Word at the Right Time, like the Style Manual (I’m getting most of this from Pam Peters – I will acknowledge her at the end – from her excellent book Australian English Style Guide) suggests dashes be used within parentheses. The Chicago Manual of Style – which I mentioned earlier (remember, the part about the square brackets and parentheses?) – also allows the use of parentheses within dashes. Pam does not say anything about there being a need for more than two forms of punctuation to mark parentheses within carrier sentences (what I mean is, what if there is a bracket within a parenthesis perhaps marked with square brackets {to follow the Chicago example}, and then another bracket like the one just then what then?). Are we supposed to use curly brackets like what I have just done? Or should we dump the square, curly, angular and dashes and just pile parenthesis on parenthesis creating a bizarre collection of endless sideways smiles? (What are those ladies (women (womyn?)) smiling about anyway?)

Perhaps J.D. Salinger (that elusive author – the man who no one could locate ) gave brackets their most romantic usage when he offered ‘an unpretentious bouquet of parenthesis (((())))’ to his reader. In Seymour: An Introduction, Salinger attempted to write out thoughts as they occurred. This is why he heavily relied on parentheses (because (like it or not) we are always digressing as we think (and also when we speak)). Personally, I believe that this device (can using parenthesis to no end be called a device perhaps I’ll just use it because it seems as if I know what I am talking about {I am above all a student of writing and of the English language aren’t I? }?) was very successful, although perhaps a bit distracting. Why is it that we are able to think in endless digressions, piling one thought on top of another, remembering continual unrelated incidents and still be able to (more or less) continue a steady train of thought, yet when we actually write things as we think them (as I have been – whether successfully or not – trying to do in this piece) it seems to provoke irritation and fury (I got some friends to read this and they were to put it lightly quite annoyed ).

I must admit, while writing this paper I have come to love (is love to strong a word?) brackets in all their shapes and forms, and I have neglected to use the dashes that the Australian Style Guide would have me use (I should follow Australian rules I guess). I have failed (yes, failed ). In light of this admission, I will step down, leaving you in the hands of that very capable writer, Virginia Woolf (who liked to do follow a stream of consciousness herself ). Virginia loved using dashes, commas and semi-colons. So here is an excerpt from Orlando to satisfy your dash-starved sensibilities:

‘Sights disturbed him, like that of his mother, a very beautiful lady in green walking out to feed the peacocks with Twitchett, her maid, behind her; sights exhalted him – the birds and the trees; and made him in love with death – the evening sky, the homing rooks; and so, mounting up the spiral stairway into his brain – which was a roomy one – all these sights, and the garden sounds too, the hammer beating, the wood chopping, began that riot and confusion of the passions and emotions which every good biographer detests.’

My computer says ‘Long Sentence (no suggestions)’. It seems as if Virginia is beyond help, even by my trusty Microsoft Word 97. I feel like I am about to go crazy. Enough with the thoughts within thoughts within ideas within asides within comments within witticisms. To save myself from falling from this brink into madness, I will turn away from punctuation and towards Buddha. Perhaps ‘everything in moderation’ is the key, even when brackets are concerned.

DID YOU KNOW ME WHEN I WORKED FOR DELL CORPORATE AND QUIT WITH 16 OTHER PEOPLE WHO NOW WORK UNDER ME. NO.

Get the f*** off my back, my marketing efforts will dominate your face. The best years of my life will be spent ranting at corporate conferences until Bill Gates will stfu.

Btw, I might be a Jit. But at least I'm not unoriginal.

Also, the marketing efforts didn't die, the corps just proposed a cease fire. I guarantee you when I give away free Zio snowboards with my computers people will buy, especially when they are labeled "Paper Weights".
Besides I've already done enough sales this week to justify the proposal. If you want to look smart, or carry marketing notions, go grab a 1992 computer shopper magazine, and see what I mean. Like i said I did my homework, just not in High School. I have also had 2-3 other businesses before this, AKA Soul Technologies LLC.

Companies just Brand now, and live off interest, and submit to a sh*tty corporate lifestyle, and live and drink their life away in churches.
All hail Billy Joel.

YUCA, suck my left testicle, and get younger and smarter. I bet you don't even read anything, you just skim and pass judgment.
I hate people like you, increase your brain power, you make people want to slam their head into the wall.

People don't like hearing the Truth, but that's what they want? What kind of f***ed up hypocritical society do you tune into?
Please don't tune into mine, I don't want to sell you anything, I don't like headaches, your an ACME anvil.

The customer is always right, how can the customer always be right if they are out to "want to get taken advantage of".
In your next whiney post, please don't regurgitate any stereotypical sh*t either. No one wants to hear it.

Dan Walters, Blue Financial Corporation is a small payment processor out of Oklahoma, They Suck. Put frankly.
They have delayed money movement on many accounts for up to (7) days on us before. With orders of over $17,000.00
Which is why we are switching, in all honesty.

I have sent many emails to them, the last few blatantly cursing and swearing at them, I'll get it resolved.
The choice to purchase from us again, is entirely up to you.

One thing I can't stand is hardware nerds that follow the notion that anyone can build a computer.
If you follow this, your an idiot, stop breathing, and find yourselves a grave.
If building your computers, is your hobby, awesome, if it's your lifestyle (mac) that's okay, great as well.

But if your about to build 500 computers for a large corporation (unnamed bank) and you have to support them.
Your worthless. Zio Systems will be an ODM Honestly. That's about all I have to say.

Now Yuca, before you post a brainless 1/2 liner, please read ALL of the above.
THEN MAKE A COMMENT.

If this post is considered company marketing, and your biased towards buying into a company.
The above should be that of a $900,000 marketing campaign, with a 600 page spread, in Common Sense 101.
To bad I'm the publisher, hopefully society will go bankrupt, I wonder what would happen if someone monopolized the idea.

Again your power of observation fail you odin;

Micro-Star International Corporation, Ltd.

Micro-Star International Corporation, Ltd. (TSEC: MSI, 2377) is one of the IT industry's leading manufacturers of computer hardware products and solutions, including world's top five and Taiwan's top three motherboard manufacturer, Taiwan biggest and world's top five server manufacturer, and has been the leading graphic card manufacturer for the past four years. Today MSI is pressing forward with the development of new products, such as notebooks and consumer electronic products. The sales of MSI's MP3 product has been growing rapidly, making MSI one of the top MP3 product suppliers in Taiwan since 2004.

Jetta History and Reputation

For over 14 years Jetta has proven to be one of the best notebook PC providers. Established in 1991, Jetta International Inc has been a professional notebook PC supplier in the East Coast of the United States for over 14 years. During this time, we have grown to be one of the largest Notebook PC suppliers on the East Coast. With our high standards, aggressive pricing and superior customer service, we have proven to be one of the best notebook PC suppliers in the United States. Due to our reliable and consistent service, support and product quality, Jetta has been honored as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Intel Mobile Premier Provider.

I'm sorry man but Jetta has been in business way longer than MSI. They probably sell on a par, level with Dell. The facility has the ability to produce 500+ notebooks in a month. Most wall street companies are like fake rich people, they pretend to have more money, but they really don't. For example, Newegg hasn't gone public yet because they don't have any money. They went bankrupt 5 times and where bought out 6 times, they are now owned by D&H the largest distribution company in the states. Unfortunately, Newegg doesn't only hurt the other businesses that are affected by their sales, they take advantage of chapter 11 frequently, much like Donald Trumph. Donald Trumph is just as anyway. Eventually it's traced back to rich corrupt parents, and large million dollar funds to fall back on. these corporate companies that control our world, and the politics and BS surrounding it pissed me off. So I decided to do it myself, although I don't get much respect, I do it for me. Chapter 11 was specifically designed for companies that affect everyday life in America, such as Delta, or an airline company, to help when natural disaster occurs, much like 9/11. Delta is recovering from Chapter 11. However when companies like Newegg, or rich snots like Donald Trumph do this, someone needs to add an amendment, it does nothing but drain the economy in logic. Fortunately, we are the United States and EVERY country owes us money. The only way for other countries to get out of debt is by borrowing money from us. heh. it doesn't seem fair to me, but I'm just stating information, not giving an opinion.

Best part about being a true company is the ability to do what you are doing odin, researching. For example, Discover Credit Card Services, has Discover LLC. This is just where the real money is. The incorporation is just the marketing to steal your money. Corporate politics are disgusting, but once I got in deep, I could either fight it or blend it, I chose to fight it instead. Logically, it all boils down to how educated you are on law, and paper pushing. Seeing that I wasn't a rich daddys boy, it only seems fair to do what is owed logically, instead of being evil, or worse, evil in denial. Bill Gates was a multi millionaire before he was even conceived.

So Why is Microsoft still in business?

Obviously, it’s not for its security model. Redmond has only recently begun to pay more than lip-service to its efforts at securing its operating system by including firewall software with recent service packs for XP (although it’s still turned off by default). See if some of the following names mean anything to you: Melissa, Blaster, Nimda, Slammer, NetSky and Bagle? Sound familiar? These virii have mostly been propagated throughout the net by Windows installations that should have been patched by Microsoft before the operating system shipped. Instead, Redmond ships insecure systems and admonishes users to frequently update their machines via Windows Update, a mechanisim whereby they can shove their unwanted DRM project down the throats of inattentive users.

Continued Windows use isn’t due to Microsoft’s innovative software either. Most of the software that Microsoft has “produced” itself was either bought or stolen from other companies. MS-DOS, which built the MS empire, wasn’t even written by Gates. He bought the rights to QDOS from Tim Paterson of Seattle Computer Products for $50,000 without disclosing the fact that he was intending to license the product to IBM for several times that amount.

The majority of software Windows users can’t live without aren’t even produced by Microsoft. Barring its Office suite, the three “must-have” pieces of software for Windows users, Photoshop, Flash and Quicken, are produced by Adobe, Macromedia and Intuit, respectively. Various other third-party software vendors (Roxio, MusicMatch, Nullsoft, etc.) that haven’t gotten around to (and/or refuse to) port their software, round out the list.

So, if people aren’t using Windows for its secure, innovative, in-house produced software, why are they sticking around? A monopoly can’t stay a monopoly if it doesn’t continue to generate revenue, why do users continue to pay money to a company that produces, at best, mediocre software? The answer is obvious, once you’ve read it…

Microsoft products don’t make their customers feel stupid.
Much like “outcome-based education”, Microsoft has engineered it’s software for the bottom denominator, the most dense user imaginable. A first-time Windows user can reasonably feel their way around their computer and accomplish basic computing tasks–browsing the ‘net, sending email, listening to music, etc. When they’re stumped, “Windows Help” does a fairly good job of helping. Every setting and resource has a GUI users can click through until they stumble across the correct setting. Tech support for Windows comes in, primarily, with two options–reboot or reinstall. When problems arise that the tech support can’t handle, Redmond has done a superb job of placating the users with the phrase, “it’ll be fixed in the next release”.

There are several other examples of Microsoft’s “innovation”.

Close Combat-Popular game purchased from Atomic Games
Flight Simulator-Purchased from the Bruce Artwick Organisation
Age of Empires-Collabaration with Ensemble studios(Gopal R S)
FrontPage-Microsoft’s HTML editor was purchased from Vermeer Technologies in 1996
FoxPro-This database application came along with Microsoft’s purchase of Fox Software in 1986
Internet Explorer-Desperate to play catch-up in the fast-moving Internet world Microsoft licensed code from Spyglass Inc one of the two licensees of the original Mosaic code base in 1995 and called it MSIE Microsoft then proceeded to distribute MSIE for free denying Spyglass substantial royalties for their key contribution to the product
MS-DOS-The original Microsoft cash cow, this CP/M clone, then called Q-DOS, was purchased from the Seattle Computer company in 1981. Microsoft then proceeded to thwart Seattle Computer’s license rights to the product. The tiny company sued Microsoft and prevailed in court.
Object Linking Environment (OLE)-Microsoft settled a suit with Wang Labs over patent infringement code portions of OLE which is also the heart of Microsoft’s ActiveX
PowerPoint-This presentation software package was renamed and re-branded after Microsoft’s purchase of Forethought Inc in 1987
SQL Server-This important database product is based on code purchased from Sybase in 1988
Visual Basic-Ruby, the foundation for Microsoft’s highly important Visual Basic product, was purchased from Cooper Software in 1991

Bill gates has been known to throw tantrums, and frequently sleeps with Michael Dell, and other corporate Nazis.
I'm sorry I cannot stand in the way while these corporate giants steal and buy large bull dozer's with daddy's trust funds.
Michael Dell was a great man no doubt, but he gave in to easily.

Now seeing that I hate political corrupt bull****, the only way for me to change this crap is to control %75 of the computer market and force Microsoft out of business. I sell windows, but I don't buddy buddy with them. After it's said and done, I can hire 146 representatives into the house of reps and kick the liars out.

I'll probably die trying, at the age of 37 from a heart attack or better yet a nuclear blast, but at least I can live with myself everyday until then.

That's him today, but according to his postings over seven years ago he was 37, making him 43+ now. I think I nailed the titled of this thread, eh?

Lol, I won't hold my breath for your "innovative" coin. No matter, the endless stream of clone shitcoins has already driven most of the money and interest out of alts anyway.

Supernet and NEM have a real shot at being something, and we'll see what's to come of the 420 alliance.

Your shitbox? If you're lucky your shitcoin might get micropumped and dumped onto a few idiots on some no-name exchange, IF you're lucky
Thank you for your comment. Obviously I won't take any of it to heart as it seems you don't have much knowledge of crypto currency. I am sorry that you feel that most coins are "shitcoins". I know that you must not know about crypto currency because if you had knowledge you would be out there contributing to the community. But instead you decide to come on to forums to be a little troll. Roll Eyes To anyone else that do contribute to the community, I appreciate all of your suggestions. Thank you.

That's because most ARE shitcoins. There endless fields of abandoned and/or useless shitcoins out there. Here is my contribution to crypto: the next time you feel it necessary to shit out another useless alt, punch a hole about an inch in diameter into the top of your computer, shove a garden hose in there, and turn on the faucet.
I see that you learned from experience in punching holes in your computer Roll Eyes . No contribution at all. I rest my case. Smiley

Did you notice the flood of people coming to your defense?

Neither did I. Everyone is sick of the endless shit alts being released.
No, I was too busy actually doing something in my life. Its people like you that put a stop on new creations and ideas.
