ethereum total supply is increasing because mining reward miner get reward with each block they mined and confirm the transactions now the circualtion supply is more then 100 milllion for now and its total supply is unlimited but only miners can get few in a year Interestingly though Vitalik brought up the discussion about implementing a cap to the total supply of ETH. If I remember correctly it was on april 1st? By the way, if he want to implement a cap (but this question is for all PoS coins) how it will work with PoS ? It's the same thing as PoW where miners get only transaction fees after all coins are mined? Yes it was on April 1st and he admitted that it was supposed to be a semi joke to see how the community actually responds. It turned out that there was more to the cap idea than Vitalik might have thought and the discussion was pretty good. Yes it would be that only transaction fees go towards staking nodes. |

On what platforms your project will be released? I mean iOS or Android.
Of course we will release our project on every platform where it possible. And from my point of view it would be silly not to use such opportunity to deal with Apple. There isn't that much more besides Android and iOS as those are the main operating systems in the mobile sector. |

The Qubit POW chain is now developer abandoned. In early January, GeoCoin migrated over to the Ubiq Network as an ERC20 token. Once our new interface launches, the only way to 'mine' the remaining GEO supply will be through Proof-of-Location where users collect GEO right off the map using their smartphone GPS. Just wanted to help clear up your confusion. I heard there are applications that allow you to fake your geolocations. In how far is that a problem for GeoCoin and how do you make sure that that can't happen? |

As far i understood the current status (unofficial) is a confirmed scam. It is very pity if you invested in it bro. But it was really risky if you watched by them while the ico, there were a lot of suspicious actions from them. What the reason to create loyality system for so narrow area of business like printed media? Why printed only? I think that loyality system for all media will be more justified. For me printed media is dying business.

after that supply of 100M Ethereum, and like what the other members has said, the value will start to decrease steadly.
Usage is increasing so more gas is being spent, value is added because of the vialibility of this blockchain. This token will more and more be seen as a secured investment. Investment banks and mainstream funds haven't really entered the crypto market yet. They won't purchase just a few thousand tokens. yeah, 2018 is singled as a year of institutional investments and there is no doubt that it will be remembered as the year of encouraging developments in ETH domain. $1000 is my the least prediction. After that supply of 100 million ETH, many huge investors will be in and invest in Ethereum. I admit that Ethereum price is not growing but i am sure Ethereum price will be rise in near future. We will be see like last year Ethereum hitted above $1.4k, hope so this year ethereum will be cross ATH price. BTC, ETH and other altcoin always rise in the future the question is when, many have predicted that the price of BTC will go beyond 10k so it did then a huge dump happen and almost every altcoin went down with it some have died. ETH needs a price of its own not get tied with the price of BTC. accordingly to the current situation of the market its hard t make any prediction right now all the market is falling prices will only rise when all the market start recover and then bull starts running also ethereum competitor is coming and its mainnet is just about to launch in some days or maybe in some hours. so maybe the prices will go down more a little bit I think people need to realize that the market can permanently do the opposite of what they expect. I heard a news that google is trying to pirate Vitalik Buterin. How is the update on that rumor? I doubt Vitalik will accept the offer. He should just focus on ethereum because that is his trademark and legacy. Who knows ethereum will become bigger than google in the future.

I would be very interested in knowing what salaries the main people like Dan Larimer get from those collected funds. It may be in the millions.

You guys probably want to investigate the previous coin to this.
The predecessor coin, Aerium, was a skunkhash algo coin but more importantly it had hyperinflation properties (500%, 12500% APR on some block ranges and is probably sitting at 1000% APR ... think B3 coin)
Sooo what I'm saying is that before you decide to invest in this coin, consider the previous coin and it's effect on this coin. I feel that it's very skewed towards original Aerium holders
Since February inflation was 10%. With this new reward structure AeriumX, there is no hyperinflation at all. Previous devs run away, and this project was 100% overtaken by community in order to make it great again. There was a team of four on the development team back on start, it went to only one and I'm still here. Yes, I'm the same dev that launched Aerium and I'm not going to abandon my project. Are you planning to recruit a few more people if you can find some? It's a tough job to do it completely on your own, isn't it? |
