He simply wants to buy a 2nd house with BTC .

We wondered about this in the french section and he just lost access to his first account (he has since obviously recovered it at the beginning of the year). There is no story of ban evasion (I checked ) or anything shady, he is a very good user involved in mining and in crypto in general.

(I hope that one day he will want to change his pseudo for something easier to write (I'm ready to harass Theymos or Cyrus for that ))

En faisant ma merit routine et en recoupant avec ce message en Meta, il est clair qu'il y a un problème avec l'affichage des images hébergées chez imgur.

Le timing est un point important pour un projet que ce soit sur Bitcointalk ou ailleurs, et il y a quelques jours un membre a décidé de lancer sa propre plateforme dédiée principalement pour l'hébergement d'images pour Bitcointalk : TalkImg par joker_josue.

On peut difficilement classer Kev Adams dans la catégorie d'influenceurs. Et a priori il n'a pas reçu d'argent pour faire de la promo de la vente de NFT. Il cherchait juste à financer son projet participatif saupoudré de NFTs.
Avec un bon avocat, cette loi n'aurait pas changé grand chose.

J'imagine que 90% de l'argent récolté a été fait directement depuis une CB. Le reste a été payé en BTC, ETH, etc...

Le calcul est plus compliqué. Apparemment y'avait un pack 2 NFT + 1 T-shirt pour 2250€.
Et le chiffre d'un peu plus d'1M est souvent le chiffre qui revient.

Le problème n'est pas les cryptos, c'est l'amateurisme du projet, l'abus de confiance (il doit y avoir déjà des lois pour ça), la crédulité des gens (ho bah si y'a Kev Adams, ça va).
Tu mets Dubaï, Kev Adams et NFT, ça y est tu sais que tu va générer du clic.
Des films en financement participatif qui se sont plantés, y'en a surement quelques uns, mais bizarrement ça buzz moins.

700 personnes sur les 7.5M de pigeons potentiels, je trouve ça très très faible (même pas 0.01%)
Soit les suiveurs de Kev Adams sont :
- des boomers contre les cryptos.
- très intelligents et ont vu le scam venir.
- Ou le chiffre des abonnés n'est pas très organique.
- Ou ils ont vu Alad'2 et ils considèrent Kev Adams mort pour le ciné (même pour une voix d'un film d'animation)

In this particular case, Xandry has already answered (3 posts below, OK... 4 years later) but OP has certainly seen his message and did not take his time to fix the links. Why take your time to make a report to ask to fix the links ? Why should a mod take his time to fix the links ?

Let's make a comparison with drug traffic.
There is a whole network with many people involved at different levels.

When the justice wants to dismantle a drug business, they go after the head, the important people and the important elements of the network. They will not arrest all the consumers. But if the justice wants to be zealous, the nannies or the watchers can be sentenced (to minor sanctions).

There with mixers, we don't know with which violence the arm of the justice will strike. Because it will strike one day.
As with drugs, those who have used a mixer for a small amount of money or who have displayed a signature here should not be worried (*). But, again, if the justice wants to be zealous, Bitcointalk as an entity can be considered as part of the network and the forum can be closed.
