161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: October 17, 2017, 06:53:47 PM
I called out for helps from the Mods...what is the point of @Mods saying "I need help..I'm citing rules" while I'm being character attacked.

I suffer from mental illness.  I don't care what you may think of me personally, I have tried up until that point to remain a positive force in the community.  The fact your members allowed me to be that toxic means I am out.

I can't have that kind of negativity in my life.  I know I lost my cool.  I don't care anymore..you know why?  Because the overall lack of control of the project is why the coin is where it's at now.  A distinct lack of leadership combined with a trivial contribution of "new tech" as the coin is purely PoS.

I asked for help.  I've tried to help maintain order..but if I'm going to be attacked over mental illness, that's a line in the sand...and if your moderators can't ensure that such moments don't boil over...well...that's why I'm selling.

Good day, Sir.  You were always kind to me, and I will not disavow that.

Im sorry you feel that way, I cant ignore the fact you lowered the tone first and the mods at the point of calling may of just been away from there stations. sometimes it takes a little time for them to reply, however as you

said, you have been a positive force in the community, and we would like you to continue being.

tempers have been extremely flared of late, and people are being easily led into argumentative states, take a little time to calm down, maybe have a walk, or just turn off your PC for a while, honestly i feel the same on

many days and have often not restrained myself enough in the past, guilty as charged.

The discord is always open to you, you are welcome back when you are ready.

take care Novakane  Smiley

Really cool to see the community begin character attacking investors over mental illness.

For others wondering if the FUD is justified...there is a new moderated thread coming..but not even the mods can prevent harassment on their discord...soo...take it with a grain of salt.

Now Now Novakane and I am not here to argue, but it would of been best for you to walk away and cool down, I observed the entire conversation and it was you who lowered the tone first and attacked with insultive remarks. see here.

Just calm down a little and come back when you have, you are not banned, however if cryptovore sees that im not sure he will take it lightly.

dont make one sided arguments on here stirring drama, when the facts are clear.

Yes, it just states password incorrect. I'm not exactly sure what happened. I had the wallet installed with a couple hundred in it, I encrypted it and backed it up. About a month after that I went to transfer funds to it and it was gone. The backup .dat file was still intact but the wallet program just disappeared.

I re-downloaded the wallet and followed a youtube video about recovering the wallet but it was based on NLA wallet. It worked and my wallet was back with the funds in it. I didn't think anything of it, was just glad I got it restored. Then I transferred tens of thousands of sigt to it and the balance is right, but now its all stuck and I cant withdraw or stake. I really wish I would have made certain that it was completely functional before loaded it with the rest of my sigt. Had I known I would have just opened a new wallet and worried about the bad wallet later. Very frustrating.

These desktop wallets really need some sort of backup in case of situations like this.

Hi Frank,

would it be possible to head on over to Discord at https://discord.gg/dNQaMCd we can give you faster real time support for your issue.

Hope to see you soon, to resolve your issue quickly.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: October 15, 2017, 11:50:08 PM
I posted once already but due to all the back and forth bashing, it was buried almost immediately. Does anyone know how to recover a wallet that refuses to accept its passphrase? I created it and stored it multiple places for redundancy yet I cannot unlock the wallet or stake. I don't have millions but not just a few either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I save the wallet.dat file and uninstall the wallet, reinstall and copy the .dat file in, if I'm correct I'll still need the passphrase. Or am I wrong and this would work? Thanks in advance.

I'm not looking to sell, but it would be stupid to not stake. If the coin dies then so be it, but I will hold for couple years like I do all my crypto and we will see what happens. All I have invested is power to mine it, so even if it dies, I'm not losing much.

Hi Frank,

How exactly does the passphrase get rejected? Does it say the password is incorrect? if you could give me some further details i am positive we can resolve this issue.

there is no harm in backing-up your wallet file twice, re-downloading the wallet and maybe trying one of the backup file's to see if it solves the problem, as long as you retain the backup it should be ok to at least try.

I have made the Discord aware of your question, somebody will be along to answer shortly, thank-you for your patience.

NeuroticR - Today at 10:38 AM
I have supported signatum all along since this project had started. I was with it in its good days and bad days. My hope was the implementation of masternode which was discussed and voted when PoW ended. I do not see any progress after that. Marketplace is being developed but I do not see any future of marketplace without extensive marketing and promotion which is severely lacking. Also with its current volume it is unlikely that any exchange will list this coin atm. The price is also plummeting means even if I sell all my Sigt now, it won't cover my electricity bill of mining. For all these reasons I have decided to get off the board for now. May be I will come back later when I see some real progress and masternode in place. It has been really fun to stay with the community and all of you guys. I wish Signatum will prosper in future. Good luck.

this is the guy that flamed me yesterday for saying the truth here in bct talk....

see yourself

Stop chatting shit Roger,  NeuroticR never flamed you, not once. Have some dignity and stop telling such lies.

Yes NeuroticR has left the community for his own reasons, not to mention people like you have created such a toxic environment around Signatum, it becomes mentally tedious for some to reside here.

Nobody has a problem with people leaving the community, its when they continue to hang around like a piece of shit you missed while cleaning your ass, spreading itself and making a mess.

That is what you have become in reality.

zero manners, no educations and a language aquired in the lowest class possible...
this is how most of you kids are - especially in signatum
write more stuff like that, it just shows how you guys really are

talking about dignity while convincing ppl not to rescue thier last money while the coin crahes and the devs left

I started with manners Roger you continued to push the conversation into drivel by preaching crap. I wont tell anybody what to do with their Signatum I will leave that to people like yourself, who continue to force weak

hands with nonsense talk, hiding behind the self deluded logic "im trying to help" scenario.

Attack Signatum
Attack me personally
Attack my education
Attack my language
Attack members of the community without justification

Do as you please Roger. nobody gives a toss anymore.

This thread is shutting down in the next couple of days anyway, so have fun chatting with yourself, and preaching from your soap box in an empty park.

Then thinking you will get the “lulz” is delusional  Grin Grin Grin Grin Kiss

I'm using "lulz" in my next, helpful chart/graph in your honor.

Last trade @ 0.00000349 - Down 22% over the last 24 hours.

Shouldn't be too much longer now...

Meanwhile, had you heeded my original advice and purchased BTC on Oct 2nd, you'd be way better today than with Signatum.

I've made over $600k USD sitting on my BTC hoard in the last 24 hours.

But yeah, I'm the fucking stupid one in this thread...

Bobby you chat shit cha,  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

That's where you're wrong, kiddo. I could care less what people think of my postings.

I'm just here for the lulz.

just walk away with your pride intact
The lack of self-awareness displayed with these Shitnatum shills is remarkable.
Same applies Bobby B, i have no problem being here, you guys clearly do  Grin Kiss

I'm not the one living with the delusion that Shitnatum is poised for success, tho.

Your opinion Bobby, however you are the one delusional thinking anyone cares what you say, so you and I Bobby are no different in thought, it just centers around different processes  Kiss

Ok Roger FUD or Trolling whatever, you are swaying between both categories, if you dont like the project, save yourself the heartache just walk away with your pride intact, this looks like a desperate FUD/troll attempt.

As i said before i will not try to persuade you to stay, nor should I.

you should not now be trying to persuade people to leave, we are all free to make our own choices.
