Doc is not the only developer in the project. And Signatum is a community developed coin and not heavily dependent on one. You don't know what development activities are going on (if you wanna know, read here http://signatum.news/official/updates-on-signatum-projects.html). And JFYI, I am still waiting for your answer to my question.

be realistic - no trader adds a constantly falling coin to his portfolio, before he does that he will put fake chinese yen there

this project is maybe working some day, but who knows where the price will be
no need to hold the coins now, get them when somethings make it worth a buy.
it will drop - alot - especially due to your scalper friend that buys 19.5 and sells them as soon as you guys buy
and help him reach his spread of 100-200sat ... then he sells off
