Love the token swap idea using a smart contract, the best way to do it in my opinion. Can't wait until more exchanges start to adopt PXS (or whatever the new token name is decided to be).

Don't see why it wouldn't be, given there's court documents about who owns MEW flying about they'd be stupid to try scamming people still using it. The only way they'd get away with that type of behavior is to claim they'd been hacked but I not seen any announcements to that affect.

Easy way to permanently fix this is to have make all telegram names match the bitcointalk profile. No way for people to do this type of shit then but obviously makes online activity easier to track if using the same alias across all platforms.

Cool just registered and entitled to a Monetha t-shirt, gutted it wasn't a hoodie but anythings better than nothing.

I think it'll take one altcoin making some real headway before people start to gain trust in alts again. There's been so much hype but not alot of delivery from altcoins recently. Even the few that do delivery have yet to have wide adoption like Bitcoin/Eth has.

Going to be rocking some Monetha merch like a boss, hope you ship all across the EU for those lucky enough to get picked!

I'd be surprised if sites like buying bitcoin locally don't have an altcoin market. Can't say I've ever used them but some of the more reputable ones have been around quite a while and it's just a case of using a trusted seller. Personally I'd rather just pay the coinbase fees as your less likely to get scammed.

Unless your buying and selling thousands of dollars worth you'll instantly lose what you make on transaction fees. All depends if the other stuff your invested in is rubbish. Eth is a good long term hold.

I find it hard to believe people who paid money for stolen passport details are using them to apply for ICOs with KYC! Only way I'd find that somewhat feasible is if they'd been sold on so many times that script kiddies are getting their hands on bulk passports for a few dollars each.

They most likely got your email address and ether wallet either from an ICO that's been hacked or from the number of bounty spreadsheets that are visible to all forum users. Quite easy to merge the two and create a phishing scam.

Worth keeping an eye on Monthea, currently at 0.17 but it has dipped under 0.10 a few times. Depends how badly you want to buy stuff right now. Honestly though I wouldn't focus too much on token price it doesn't really mean anything. Lower priced tokens just means more of them are in circulation. If your intention was to buy into a less known crypto then go for marketcap instead.

Not great to be readjusting after spreadsheet was finalized but I can understand any possible miscalculations that have been made, just need to make announcement about it instead of sweeping it under carpet. Fingers crossed they'll confirm distribution soon.

Looking at the team, who's going to actually develop it? I don't see any coding experience between the 3 of them. The only ties I see to crypto based on previous experience is early investment. Looks like they got nearly as many advisors as they do on the team photo lol

Amon, Thrive and Bitnation for me all look promising. Try to limit the amount of ICOs I get involved in these days, do your own research regardless of how popular a recommendation is though.

If you can afford to hold them then it's always the best option. Surely that's the whole point in getting involved in fresh crypto to see what becomes of them and support the community.

Anyone got any stats of Kickico hosted ICOs, advertised price vs current market price? Be interesting if any of these figures laying about.

PundiX and Amon, there's so many ICOs these days do your own research and make your own decision. It's all a gamble at the end of the day just some more than others. Use any suggestions just as that, not financial advise.

Whenever your using sites that your uncertain of, just drop your transactions down to amounts your willing to risk losing. Instead of blamming $500 in knock it down to $50 and see how it goes. Then as you build confidence maybe increase to $100. Yeah you'll pay more transaction fees but is it worth risking losing big bucks for the sake of 10-20 dollars?

Eric Duprat and Kellog Fairbank were just paid to pose as Monetha advisors, everybody knows that. There is no office of monetha anywhere. There is no alfa version of the product, just a shitty and fake online test shop that anybody can code for $200. I have just 2 questions
1. Where is the office of monetha? I would like to visit them, speak with developers and see the script of the product.
2. When is the final date of ready product release? I want to start using monetha as a payment instrument for my online payments.
That's what we all need is people visiting them whilst trying to work, I'm sure they got nothing better to do than cater for a member on the forum to sooth their concerns. Perhaps drop into Apple see how their new IOS is going along whilst your at it
