We can see what happen when btc bullrun begins . All altcoins are dumped hard and btc dominance increasing day by day . Ethereum is altcoin and it will grow when altcoin rally begins . Following your logic, all the coins on the market are scam, because at different times, each coin fell in price 2, 3 or more times.   This does not mean a project fraud, the price is just an indicator of investor interest at a given point in time. Today, the price may dump by 2 times and everyone will shout that this project is a scam, and next week it will pump 3 times and everyone will say that this is the most honest project in the world  
I think that price is not a such indicator, by which we can distinguish a fraudulent project from a honest one

Everything is much easier than it seems . I think everyone will agree that if development team and other people around the project wish to remain anonymous, it makes you wonder about the goals they pursue. In order for such projects to cease to appear, there is no need at all to create regulatory bodies that will monitor such projects. it is just necessary that none of the investors would invest their money in these projects, that's all. If they do not receive a penny for their efforts, they will not even waste their time on it.

Keep calm, no reason to panic. As CZ said, only about 2% of bitcoins were withdrawn from their hot wallet. This amount is insignificant so it will not affect the balance of the users of the exchange. But this hacker attack once again proved the vulnerability of centralized exchanges and we can only wait until binance DEX will start its work .

Now IEO is more preferable, because it is a recent trend. But I do not see an urgent need to take that risk and become a long-term investor buying coins for IEO or ICO, because the market is overflowing with coins that are at its bottom and will start moving up in the very near future and your investments will start earning profits in short term.

At the moment I do not invest in any ICO's , but I'm absolutely convinced that before doing any investment it is necessary to thoroughly understand the project / business where you want to invest money, otherwise it is just like throwing them to the wind. Cryptocurrencies do not forgive frivolous handling of money, so think carefully before investing your money here

Seems like bitcoin will break through 6000$ resistance in next few days and ethereum will do the same with 200$ level resistance . It is difficult to overestimate the importance of these levels, because overcoming them essentially means the official beginning of a bullish trend. I think ethereum will cost much more than $ 200 very soon .

Be patient and wait for the development of the project if you believe in it, or sell it now in a minus to save the rest of the money . You played the game with IEO and lost ,shit happens
