161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge traded by AI? on: April 07, 2021, 04:13:35 PM
I've been analyzing Dogecoin market on Binance for quite some time and there's a strange pattern the way it's being traded
- It's being traded extremely fast with great precision for the bot to make money (If there's an AI)
- Elon Musk in past said he's working on a trading bot, Maybe all that Hype's data regarding Doge coin is being fed to the AI and it's improving continuously2324-.
- I'm not saying there is no other bots trading bitcoin, there are infact in used Gunbot but the way Doge coin's being traded regardless being a crypto of no great potential is insane.
- What do you guys think.
The price went really high in this bull run which attracted more people to trade Doge coin so obviously lot of traders uses bots to execute the trade orders. I don't know how did you find out the precision on the trading pattern even if you did then you can make money out of it instead of complaining about it.

Remember day traders never see the potential of the coin they only see the price candle sticks.
162  Economy / Economics / Re: Why you can't be rich by owning crypto on: April 07, 2021, 02:06:32 PM
So you are saying that everyone will stop working once they had bitcoin, but how much bitcoin is enough for someone to consider that it is enough for our retirement?

Even if you say 1 bitcoin for a person then mathematically only 21 million people in this world will be rich and all others have to work for them?

Your argument is basically wrong and no one is going to stop working so the demand will increase and production will decrease is an imaginary thought.
163  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with high volume + low leverage vs. small volume + high leverage? on: April 07, 2021, 11:07:35 AM
Sorry guys, I'm a very pragmatic guy, leave theory apart, I am aware of all your advice so I was asking what you are doing just for sharing experience.
I started trading this year after about 2weeks of studying the crypto world, I managed to double my investment in about 50days with spot trading only, a moment when I was hit hard by some pumped alts so I moved to learn futures trading as I was on losing path anyway so I learned a lot from my failed moves, now I am on the moment when I seek experience sharing stories hence my thread.
High leverage trading are highly risky so you may not execute your trades and take the decisions at the right time due to that added pressure. Since you already successful with spot trading then why not continuing it instead of going for margin trading?

If the numbers continue to increase like this then I would think the IPL season will be postponed. Its going to be another year like last year in all sports until the vaccine roll out is spread far and wide around the world. Until then I think we'll see many sports delayed, even with these bubbles players are still catching the virus and officials so it might be best to postponed until its under control.

There are rumors that lockdown will be reimposed in the state of Maharashtra. If that happens, there is no chance that the IPL matches will be allowed to take place in Mumbai. Even from the beginning I was saying that the decision to schedule some of the matches in Mumbai was a big blunder. I think BCCI still has enough time, to shift these matches to cities such as Chennai or Hyderabad, which are doing relatively better.
Already there was some kind of restrictions there in Maharastra and Mumbai city but still BCCI can influence the state government, here is what BCCi said about lockdown in Mumbai : IPL matches in Mumbai to go ahead despite Maharashtra lockdown

So lockdown many not affect the matches in anyway but the issue is people inside the biobubble tested as positive which means the entire team needs to take the tests again to play the matches.
165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 06, 2021, 09:10:16 PM
There is trouble even before the IPL is started. A COVID 19 positive case has been reported from the biosecure bubble of Mumbai Indians. Former Indian international Kiran More (who is currently part of the coaching staff for MI) has tested positive for COVID. I don't know how someone can have a positive test inside the bubble. Because individuals are placed inside the bubble after multiple negative tests.
Everyone will have to test the coronavirus again. If someone in the team is not positive, the team's matches will be postponed. In India, corona is now taking horrible forms. I think for Coronavirus some matches will be posponed. This season's IPL may not end on time.
BCCI still don't want to move the matches from MI which maybe the root cause for all of these, and sadly MI squad members tested positive which means how the scenario is going to be because we have only few days left for the start of this season.  Sad

So I suspect that what you are really asking is - How can I exploit the work of the members here to scratch a few coins, without bothering to do any research?
That's a hit below the belt Grin. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt first.
Agree with you though because for a complete newbie this newbie UI may be bit confused to understand, for example

how to reply in a thread?

How to quote someone's post?

How to create a new topic? etc...

But here OP is not that much naive so he is probably looking for rules and technical knowledge of bitcointalk and cryptos respectively.

^^^ At the time of the IPL auctions, did Moeen Ali communicated to the BCCI that it will not be possible for him to wear alcohol related logos? If he made that request, then I am OK with an exception being given to him. But if this is a last minute request, then I have to say that he is going overboard. SNJ is sponsoring CSK for many years now (since 2019 if I am not wrong). I would be disappointed if they are given a raw deal here, despite spending a lot of money in sponsorship through all these years.

BTW, there are Muslim players such as Imran Tahir and KM Asif in the CSK squad, who have been wearing this jersey for long time now.
Some players give more important to their religious beliefs as well and one player who I know is Hasim Amla who is also not wearing such kind of advertisements while playing for his nation South Africa so it all depends on the individuals so we have to respect them for their efforts. I saw that CSK management accepted the request for the removal of SNJ logo on Moeen's jersey for 2021.
Such a proud Muslim, keep obeying his religious believe even as a athletes. His concern over wearing alcohol related logos to CSK are accepted, this is not only one example as you mentioned. Hat's off to CSK management for respecting his decision. It turns out both are alright with arrangement, nobody should make decisions about it.
Still there is no official statement about the request accepted but saw it on a news channel while I can't find the source on news sites or even on cricbuzz. We have to wait until he plays for CSK whether he is wearing the logo or not until that we can't trust any news.

Bitcoin purchasing
and selling parameters

Bitcoin has a lot of diverse options and methods in which it can be purchased or sold. Different online companies stands as middle men so as their rates differs. Upstanding a company rules and regulations is a major tool for a successful transaction with bitcoin. Most of these  companies which serves as middle men in the bitcoin transactions charges with respect to the time of delivery. Delivery time can be subjected to hours, days or even months as the charges lowers with longer time frame to be delivered. It is important to know and study carefully the particular option to choose when transacting with an online company so as not spend excessively your bitcoins without your proper knowledge.
You can buy and sell bitcoins instantly on spot exchanges when you create an order for the current market price or a bit lesser than that so it depends on the price not the companies doing anything in that, while there will be a waiting time while you withdraw your cryptos which can be minutes to hours depends on the network congestion.

Another method is p2p where you can create your own trade and wait for someone to respond then make transactions smoothly with the help of an automated Escrow system.
170  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading an occupation? on: April 04, 2021, 02:37:15 PM
Trading is not a job its a profession means skills speaks here than your working hours, you can make few thousand dollars in a minute in crypto trading and also you can lose it as well so more income means more profits.

While talking about people quitting their jobs just because they made some good trades in the recent time is not justified, trading is not a consistent earning way so you need to have some other way of income if you failed in trading to survive.
171  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help. Is this possible? Receiving first payment on: April 04, 2021, 11:48:36 AM
the payout manager says : “ this is your first large transaction receiving from a high frequency mining account and once you deposit about 4200 into your wallet, the 21000 will automatically reflect “   Is this a complete lie? I ask for a transaction id so I can see it was sent but nothing.
You don't need any transaction history to receive any amount of bitcoins into an address it means it was a complete lie and your 13K was scammed. I guess you invested on cloud mining, they are tricking you to scam you further even after they took $13K from you but at least now you realize you are in a trap and get away with the losses, don't lose any more penny again for such lucrative ROI schemes.
172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 03, 2021, 07:26:15 PM
I don't understand why BCCI is hell bent to host so many fixtures in the Mumbai? Hyderabad and Himachal seems pretty okay but no game for them, although Hyderabad did some drama over their revenue reporting which cost them hosting rights but in recent time they look better bet in comparison to Mumbai.
For pride reasons of Ambani family I guess? Huh

Even today they mentioned that they are confident of conducting matches in Mumbai : IPL 2021: BCCI confident of retaining IPL matches in Mumbai despite surge in coronavirus cases

And they were pointing their bio bubble is secure and no one with virus can enter into it but what if something happens in the middle of the tournament the entire schedule maybe collapsed.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: April 03, 2021, 05:03:29 PM
One of the reasons why binance smart chain becomes this big right now is because ethereum gas fee is very high and this force some projects to switch to BSC but what do you think will happen once ethereum gas fee goes lower in near few months? Will BSC faced same fate as binance DEX? Or BSC will remain the better option over ethereum?
BSC is centralized network and running based on PoSA so they can process more number of transactions per second than ethereum. But once these shit projects moved to BSC then the ETH network fee will be lowered but there is no definite time period to say when this will happen.

But people calling BSC is an alternative for ethereum is a bit contradictory since both are different from decentralization even in the future ETH PoS is more decentralize than 21 stake validators of BSC.
174  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to avoid to not lose cryptocurrencies on exchanges on: April 03, 2021, 03:21:00 PM
This is not only happening with erc20 and BSC tokens, even BCH is confusing the people with the same address format of bitcoin so the users are having the complete responsibility of spending/sending their coins and tokens to the right address. Always double or triple check the coin and address when you are using the exchange and don't forget to check if there is any warning sign while making transactions.

Having noncustodial wallets can be helpful on certain cases but most of the time the funds will be send to the wrong destination in case of exchanges so you can never recover anything from it.

Just in Axar Patel and 10 ground staff test COVID positive at wankhade stadium. BCCI says it is too late to shift now, they will be now setting up more tougher rules. I now doubt whether IPL will go on smoothly.

BCCI should shift all matches from Maharashtra to othe location. The situation is pretty bad in the state.
Thats really a bad news to hear and also cricbuzz reported that someone from CSK also tested positive but the name was not mentioned by the CEO of CSK franchise but he assures that no one was in contact and also the person was indifferent floor from other players. I hope the tournament will go on but BCCI should consider shifting the matches from Wankhede stadium because it is in the state more than 60% of total cases reported in India.
176  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin wasn’t created to make you rich. It was created to make you free on: April 03, 2021, 08:25:15 AM
If middle class people able to accumulate more bitcoins and other cryptos then they will have the freedom of spending their money in future but what is the situation now, those middle class people forget what is savings an investing so they are living from salary every months and there is no cash in their pockets at the end of month which should be changed by themselves to accumulate bitcoins and then fight against this inflated government paper.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with Coinmarketcap? on: April 02, 2021, 07:39:45 PM
Coinmarketcap has certain criteria to list on their platform which also includes a certain amount of training volume in the 24 hour so if your project has that volume then it will be listed for sure. And you said that your project was already listed there but renamed it recently means you need to contact the support team and ask for the chance with the necessary documents.

It may happen teams from other states started to play in the IPL but it seems so far there is no good improvement on it, there was also some talks were going like 9 team or 10 teams going to be a part of 2020 IPL but nothing changed in the end. IMO this 3 month schedule is bit longer an people may get bored so nothing to be changed from the current league structure.

I agree that 3 months sounds like too much. IMO, they should increase the number of teams from 8 to 10, but keep the duration to two months. As per the revised calendar, now there is an ICC event almost every year. On top of that, there are bilateral series. So viewer fatigue will be there. I agree that IPL is a revenue generating event. But BCCI should not go for the overkill.
90 days tournament seems exaggeration to me. As far as i remember they did discuss the 9 teams format last year and maximum proposed schedule of IPL was 50ish days including double header fixtures.

I would prefer IPL over any dead bilateral T-20 / ODI series. Would be good if BCCI avoid any useless ODI series when T-20 WC is on the line and similarly when ODI WC is coming then stop playing T-20 series against every country.
IPL will be the first priority for BCCI over any other tournaments because this is bring lot of profits to them over any other cricket boards so there will be no wonder even if they increase the time schedule but they may not doing it until the pandemic over because they may loss their revenue because of no spectators and less sponsorship compared to previous years.
179  Economy / Economics / Re: U.S. rent has increased 175% faster than household income over past 20 years on: April 02, 2021, 01:41:51 PM
The more effective way I see how this will be solve is for the US to establish new areas/cities with cheap real estate and a whole new business district to come with it, this just gives people a chances to relocate and decongest the existing cities that have a high standard of living. This will just inject a healthy competition in a lot of the real estate markets forcing them to have lower their rent. Of course in order for them to do this the government should have a way to attract businesses to invest into the new areas offering them tax cuts and other incentives just to lure them on investing into that area.
People living in dense cities are the reason why the household rates are increasing, while there is no option for the people because where there is earning opportunity available. So this os going to be a long term plan execution if government wants to build new cities and reduce the dense population on the existing cities.

The problems with the BCB and Shakib Al Hasan is not new and there was a hurdle which was an unwanted news headline for getting the permission to play the IPL as Bangladesh has scheduled a Test series in the following months and his request to play the IPL made some confusions for some in the board and i guess it is sorted by now as he is currently in India preparing for the IPL.

IPL is extremely important for all those players who are a part of it, and that is the reason why most of the cricket boards don't schedule any bilateral series during that period. I don't know how viable it is to block two months of the international calendar every year for a franchise T20 league. But in the end, all that matters is money. And BTW, I heard that BCCI want to expand the IPL to a three-month tournament from 2022 onwards. I am not sure how much comfortable the other boards will be with that decision.
