The costs of producing the prospectus and registration materials, plus the ongoing reporting obligations, are so expensive, that practically no company executes a registered public offering without also “going public” on a secondary stock exchange such as the NYSE or NASDAQ. Otherwise, the costs greatly exceed the benefits (liquidity and access to capital that the major secondary stock markets provide). So do you really believe, that Fire Lotto that does not have a operating license, that is registered in offshore and operated by Russian criminals will be listed on NYSE or NASDAQ ?? This is another confirmation that this project is a SCAM organized and orchestrated by criminals.

1. Collected a list of documents by the company, including finance reports in a specific form.
2. Registered to Edgar - a special resource for filing an application form D.
3. We filled in the form and certified the documents.
4. We filed it to SEC. Then the attorneys were summoned to the SEC meeting, where they answered a lot of questions.
5. The SEC verified independently all the provided information and issued a confirmation.

Небольшой пост на тему как мы в SEC заявку подавали и получали подтверждение.
0. Получили юридическое заключение от юристов США и выбрали exemption (исключение) по которому будем работать.
1. Собрали целый перечень документов по компании, включая фин.отчеты по определенной форме.
2. Зерегистрировались на Edgar - спец ресурс доя подачи заявки по форме D.
3. Заполнили форму и удостоверили документы.
4. Подали ее в SEC. Далее поверенные были вызваны в SEC на совещание, где ответили на массу вопросов.
5. SEC провело самостоятельно проверку всей предоставленной информации и выдало подтверждение.
Так что все разговоры о скам компаниях на форуме- происки негодяев которые пытаются хоть как-то заработать на том, что пишут тут небылицы про работающий проект. В SEC не идиоты работают...
