Looks like Firelotto ICO is less riskier than many other ICOs due to working product and team experience (lotteries and fintech).
Also looks like it could be a good idea to allow to use fiat credit cards for purchasing ICO tokens and lottery tickets.

Small post about our application in SEC the was filed and receiving the confirmation.
The SEC has no present rules that address cryptotokens specifically, only securities in general. Crypto-tokens that are securities must comply with the laws for traditional securities. The definition of a security is very broad, but does include (by recent clarification) practically all crytotokens that are not utility tokens that have immediate utility and whose value is not tied to the profits of a company or project. A registering a public offering is what a company does before an Initial Public Offering (IPO). It involves Form S-1, and the creation of a prospectus. The costs of producing the prospectus and registration materials, plus the ongoing reporting obligations, are so expensive, that practically no company executes a registered public offering without also “going public” on a secondary stock exchange such as the NYSE or NASDAQ. Otherwise, the costs greatly exceed the benefits (liquidity and access to capital that the major secondary stock markets provide). So do you really believe, that Fire Lotto that does not have a operating license, that is registered in offshore and operated by Russian criminals will be listed on NYSE or NASDAQ ?? This is another confirmation that this project is a SCAM organized and orchestrated by criminals.
2. Its done to run ICO legally on US market.
3. SEC doesnt check gaming license as running a lottery is a different activity from token sales.
4. Saying somebody is a criminal without a valid court decision is an obvious offense THAT ONLY SCAMERS use in their illigal activities.

About a month ago one guy from my city won about $ 700,000 and now I'm seriously thinking about buying lottery tickets and Fire Lotto seems to me the most acceptable platform - quickly and conveniently!

FIRE LOTTO CHANGED ADDRESSEES 3 TIMES WITHIN 2 WEEKS. First address was in Cyprus, the second one in Singapore and now they are in Hong Kong!
Our private companies will never disclose info under private people requests of their initial beneficiaries and etc as it will be a threat to a project - a first fully anonymous decentralized lottery platform. We dont want anybody to be able influence our lottery before its will be grown big.
That is a COMPLETE BULLSHIT. 3 addresses within 2 weeks? That is clear sign of scamming ! And congratulation with your red trust. You have been marked as a SCAMMER! I remember when I was little, I bought lottery tickets rather frequently. This sense of hope of winning always pleased me. I think this project will give me back the old feeling! |

as i said before in the thread, i'm sure about the project being scammed on purpose. somebody is trying to undermine the reputation of it very badly. as in gambler myself i truly believe in the firelottery. good luck to you guys! |

It's really nice interface of FireLotto, so many other blockchain projects are not easy to use for regular user, so it's dealbreaker for mass adoption. But FireLotto have really nice one.
