Well I wouldn't go so far as saying not a scammer. Up until reviewing your chat logs they seemed to have skirted the line and been more of a nuisance than anything. I would argue them coming after you for lost mining rewards is a scam in itself, unless I missed something here. They were never planning on receiving the gear or mining with it.
If they claim to have been doing so because their customer was demanding it, I see no difference. They didn't disclose that, they still passed it off as their lost mining rewards. Their customer could justifiably seek something like that given they paid a premium for the miner, doesn't mean you were responsible for reparations based on their deal.
Just want to make sure that I got it all straight though. This deal was separate from the bittawn sale from the other thread. Either way looks like 2 deals where there was some issue that had been addressed and actions taken or offered to make things right. Either way Crypto832 and alts are keeping true to form, spreading lies and wasting time.

I am curious on one thing @bittawm - why does you log show the name as jrc832 --- the two in question here are jrc209 and crypto832 - I assume then that the chat was not here on the forums? If that is the case, it just goes to show how the two names are tied, as its literally a combination of the two.
the two are in fact the same person in my opinion though now crypto832 is now tied to a name that belongs to a guy in FL - maybe he is trying to pretend he is the customer to whom he sold the miner?

Now here is something that makes sense and sounds like the crypto832 we've come to know and avoid. I had been thinking and assumed that they figured out you were going to be away and decided to try and stir shit up without anyone responding.
@bittawm you ignored customer since day one once you found out were caught you in your scam ! I never once refused a refund .You and @bigtimespaghetti sold defective miners knowing they were broken for a profit! Why did you tell the customer to rma the board then dissapear after he sent it? I have proof also.

Did you forget that I was allready scammed by your other partner also ? Why would we want to send a miner back to you and risk being scammed completely? You set up a "RMA" then went absent for weeks until someone started a complaint! The buyer contacted u over and over to no avail and yes we have all the logs! Hold on for a second, I have been on holiday and I am back now.
This dickhead who is accusing me of scamming is a complete troll and a mentally unhinged idiot.
Here is the story:
I sold a miner to jrc209 / Crypto832 (same person). He then on sold the miner at a profit.
When I was told about the defective board at first I offered a full refund, jrc209 / Crypto832 refused to take the refund and also refused to tell his customer about the refund. The reason he did not want the refund is because he on-sold the miner for a profit and did not want to loose his margin.
Long story short I got in contact with the end customer, I told him about the situation, he agreed that jrc209 / Crypto832 is a shady mentally unhinged troll who likes to withhold vital information.
Please check his trust reviews to validate what I am saying.
I have been involved with community funded group buys totally millions of dollars, I do not scam and will not scam. This is a false accusation.
I am currently working with the end customer and will make sure he is 100% satisfied, I am paying him for all lost mining rewards while we RMA the defective board. the end user will loose NOTHING.
He has said he will give me his support on bitcointalk, please stay tuned.
