Cryptopia is still trusted, not sure where you are making this up from heh. They have recently fixed deposits/withdrawals and they should be going through a lot faster now. They are still lagging behind on some support tickets, but they are filtering through them it seems, only a few users report not receiving a few withdrawals. We also now have the BarterDEX, just updated the binaries to include electrum mode support for Denarius, so you no longer need a local chain installed to start atomic swapping! (We are already at 13 total atomic swaps that have been made now: https://denarius.host ) Utilizing the BarterDEX is probably our best new method of trading DNR. It requires no 3rd party and you are in control of your funds/trades. I heard menero is forking to monerov which will use a new algo. does this mean 2018 is the death of the crytponight algo and lower AMD prices?
The Pow algorithm will change slightly every 6 months. So I expect the GPU can still use that. Which algo is monero switching to? It just says to be changed and doesn't say It will change all the time, so there is no need to know exactly now. well yes there is, because AMD is only really good at the cryptonight algo, if you take that away, and the fact that ETH is going POS soon, I just dont see the resale value of a 56/64 in the near future being that good. if I was a AMD miner I would sure want to know whats going on and if this is the end of cryptonight. Im wondering why the big secrecy of the algo they will use, I dont like suspense, or count downs reminds of the XVG 2018 new years thing. Spit it out already, whats going on investors want to know, will there cards be obsolete after the fork? |

Hello. As you can see in ANN-post we have Dev Fund and DevFee. For now we are collecting 20% coins from each block, it means if we have block with 10 coins miners will recive 80% = 8 coin and - pool fee ~1%,that`s how you revice you reward so your going to take my rewards? well, looks like I have to look for another coin that wont steal my hash |

I was told to download the PAC redemption wallet and I did and that was a HUGE mistake!!!

Bill, is that you? You sly devil. Issues with the old wallet are well, well documented (see the old pac github, the old pac BCT thread, or the reddit posts regarding rewind and transaction issues). Actually, the old pac is designed, per Bill Corless's own comments, to overwrite people's stakes -- that's how peercoin was designed. So both wallets can have stake overwritten. I mean, it's 100% validated by the creator of PAC and even in the Peercoin source code. I know, facts are hard to accept, but it's all true. So, if you'd like to dispute, you know, facts, you're welcome to continue on. However, I do suggest you use the "FUD" tag... best, break. Dear Break, I am not Bill so there are still technical problems with the old wallet and new wallet.............., so I am out. A nice coin with a interesting project.. I liked!  Whats happening with the Poll are things changing Monero is hard forking on March 14th. It's changing POW algorithm to be prevent ASIC miners and to remove mass botnets. They want to see if the community wants to follow in that direction as well. So how would you change the coin through coding im a bit confussed A hard fork to a slightly different POW algorithm. Which algo is monero forking too? |

Hi all, I am mining for a few weeks BWK on this pool http://yiimp.poolofd32th.club/site/mining. for the last couple of days or a week i earned about 1.1 or 1.2 BWK each 24 hours. But since yesterday only 0.6 BWK. Why is that? Also before we had about 100 plus Gh/s hashpower and now only about 13 Gh/s. Can someone explain it for me? The master nodes are taking your mining rewards Or the pool owner could be fucking you over on payment |

a master node is the most unsecure thing in crypto
its centralized and a node can go rouge or exchanges can create nodes, disable withdraws, and damage the price of the coin, which in turn damages the network
plus these stupid nodes take miner rewards
