161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Vitalik reveals new idea for scaling ethereum on: March 10, 2018, 02:14:10 AM
https://www.coindesk.com/vitalik-reveals-new-idea-plasma-scaling-ethereum-event/

This is huge, so many ppl still talking about the issue of scaling. Well now the times are changing with Vitaliks creating plasma as well as the Bitcoin lightning network there are advancements happening that will solve the scalability issues I believe, and it wont take another decade to happen either. What are your thoughts?
162  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Volatility A Bad Thing? on: March 10, 2018, 02:05:24 AM
Steam dropped bitcoin support citing "high volatility" as a motive.

When amazon stock jumped from $18 to $1,200 over a period of years, was this high volatility a bad thing?

If bitcoin's value increases from $6,000 to $16,000 over a period of months, and HODL'ers benefit, this high volatility is bad?

Where does the idea of high volatility being an unnecessary evil come from?

Are there good arguments or evidence which support the concept of high volatility being a negative circumstance?

In a sense, volatility simply means the price of something moves a lot, its not that bad if the vast majority of motion is in an upward direction?

 Huh Huh Huh

I agree with you (which is the less popular belief unfortunately) that the more volatility there is the more profits there are to be made. The majority of people believe the opposite if it's too volatile it's too risky to invest in. That's why I believe this ICO is on to something by focusing on attracting the masses with the 1st arbitrage exchange leveling the price volatility that keeps so many scared people out of the market.

163  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine Bitcoin recognized around the world. on: March 10, 2018, 01:57:55 AM
I think that all cryptos will one day be recognized around the world in a prominent way. In order for this to happen we need companies whose focus and product/s revolves around attracting the majority of people who are not yet involved in Crypto. That's why I believe in this ICO's project: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3085831.msg31823480#msg31823480
164  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you believe is needed for crypto currencies to be mass adopted? on: March 10, 2018, 01:53:00 AM
I believe that a company needs to focus on bringing the majority of people into the crypto space. That's why I believe in this ICO: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3085831.msg31823480#msg31823480
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 coins that will moon until summer on: March 10, 2018, 12:55:17 AM
I believe this ICO will moon this year: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3085831.msg31823480#msg31823480

Solid approach in bringing in the masses, which will moon anything that effectively brings them in.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest or bounty? on: March 10, 2018, 12:37:55 AM
Hello!

How do you prefer to get crypto? Do you invest or you prefer to join bounty?

Also, check out bounty and token sale campaign of this project https://ico.kickcity.io/
Interesting to know your opinion  Smiley

I prefer to buy but when I do share bounties I def. only support the ones I fully back and buy in myself and want to take a part of helping them market for more of course but only I would buy it myself. I do like this kickcity ICO because it solves a real world problem and those are the winners in my opinion. Thanks for sharing! Here is an ICO I believe in: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3085831.msg31823480#msg31823480

They have a pursuit to bring in the masses into crypto with their arbitrage exchange leveling the price volatility by uniting global markets which keep so many who are afraid on the sidelines. Which in my opinion is one of the biggest problems with crypto today is it's not widely used/adopted therefore not widely respected but it will be.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New cryptocurrency King in 2018? on: March 10, 2018, 12:29:02 AM
Until now Bitcoin is still the King in all aspects. But through last year until now, more and more new coins appear everyday. Bitcoin is now going to many difficult problems, we all know this. Some are better, Ethereum is the one, in my opinion. Guys do you think that Bitcoin will lose its first position on cyptocurrency market this year?

I believe in this ICO: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3085831.msg31823480#msg31823480
If they succeed in bringing in the masses into crypto with the 1st arbitrage exchange then they will give every top coin a run for their money. Whichever coin brings in the masses will, they have the best chance in my opinion being that they will level the price volatility that keeps so many scared people out of the market.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Exchange? on: March 10, 2018, 12:23:56 AM
While they are currently getting to market I believe this ICO will be a contender as they are the first arbitrage exchange. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3085831.msg31823480#msg31823480

They aim at bringing the masses into crypto with an easy to use interface as well as leveling the price volatility that keeps so many scared people out. In addition, the principal visionary has 30 years design experience and the CTO has 40 years coding experience in the financial markets for exchanges and they’ve worked on successful projects together before.

171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized Mechanical Turks and other AI projects. on: March 10, 2018, 12:08:17 AM
If you are into AI projects I believe you may like this ICO that I believe in. The principal visionary has 30 years design experience and CTO has 40 years coding experience in the financial markets for exchanges. They’ve worked successfully together prior to this project and are building a machine learning arbitrage bot that will provide market stability and lead the masses into crypto by removing the volatility that keeps so many away from the sector.

174  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I participate in an ICO? on: March 09, 2018, 11:42:42 PM
Here is an ICO project I believe in. Their aim is to bring the masses into crypto which will benefit us all. As many other most reputable ICO's you would need to buy Ether first as they accept Eth as they are an ERC 20 token.

Here is an ICO I believe in. They are bringing in the masses to crypto with a simple UI and leveling the volatility that keeps many on the sidelines by connecting exchanges globally through arbitrage trading.

176  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to preditct coin price? on: March 09, 2018, 11:07:32 PM
i really don't understand how the price increase or decrease?i saw that price coin changes randomly. If anyone help to know trading,I will be very grateful.

It's a combination of many factors too many to be an expert on. However understanding how the macro news affects the price and then understanding how to do technical analysis is the most important I would say. A solid combination of staying informed and knowing how the news is baked into the price will go a long way, but it won't go further than the unknowns which are whale price movement and gov. regulation and what happens after that. However it seems as if regulation is bringing order to the wild west so in theory it will be a great thing to help bring more money into the sector.

178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Exchange Aggregator - How does it work? on: March 09, 2018, 10:48:31 PM

Been seeing a lot of whitepapers of new exchanges that claim they can aggregate order book from different exchanges to allow for best rate and coin options for investor. While the idea sounds great, I wonder how this will actually work?

Given most of all the exchanges are centralized, if a user from Exchange ABC would like to buy Bitcoin from Exchange XYZ, how can trade be handle seamlessly? Also, once trade is across different exchanges, how does one go about ensuring proper and valid completion of a trade?

Would love to hear any comments and thoughts

The question your asking is valid this ICO is doing exactly what you're speaking about trading across different exchanges via. arbitrage trading. I believe in the project as the CTO programmer has over 40+ years experience in financial exchanges.

179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Where did wallets store bitcoins ? on: March 09, 2018, 10:44:12 PM
Hi every one ! Smiley
I'm new in cryptocurrency, I'm trying to understand it but there still one thing I didn't understand about wallets!

At first , I know there is cold and worm wallet.
The cold is a hardware that store coins in it
And the warm is a software or a site on internet that store coins on internet or in the laptop or mobile ( is what I already know right ?)

But what I'm trying to know about soft wallets like Bitpay, Enjin or BitCoin Core wallets , do they store bitcoins on the device or on internet ?

So if l have bitcoins in my mobile wallet and the mobile drop in water and gone!, did the coins gone too or I can get them back in a new mobile by the recovery key?

And I'm sorry for my weak English  Roll Eyes

Yes that is correct if you dropped cold wallet in water, or worst case lost it as long as you have your 12-24 random seed then you will be able to recover your coins by entering that info in and retrieving what was on that wallet. That's why when you buy a cold storage wallet they provide you the paper to write down your private key seed words as a backup. Whatever you do DON'T STORE ON THE EXCHANGE. This is how ppl. get hacked or exchanges like mt gox disappear and go under. Here is an ICO I believe in bc they allow you to hold your private keys yourself which protects you just like a cold wallet but with the access to arbitrage trade across the price differences that exist in world-wide crypto markets. They will bring in the masses into crypto I believe with this idea coupled with a really simple User interface.

180  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Gemini Fees on: March 09, 2018, 10:38:21 PM
What does Gemini charge to transfer BTC from their exchange to another?  I'm hearing theres no fee or its up to 30 BTC a month but their website says after 10 withdrawals they charge .002 BTC.

Here's an ICO whose exchange has no to low fees and the CTO has over 40 years experience coding for financial exchanges. I believe in what they are doing as the first arbitrage trading platform that allows you to have control of your private keys.
