161  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: February 22, 2018, 09:40:38 PM
The sharing economy is just going to continue to grow, and governments will be challenged to understand and manage its implications while embracing its benefits. However, governments will be at a significant disadvantage if they wait too long and newer technologies and markets will have already been developed that do not follow traditional models. Think of the following: Uber is the world’s largest taxi service and owns no cars. Airbnb provides lodging yet does not own real estate.

How will local governments adapt to these new ways of doing business that are disrupting traditional business models? All we know now is that governments are a long way from even contemplating and accepting this new reality.
In future government will suport bitcoin...

163  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-02-20] Israel Confirms It Will Tax Bitcoin as Property on: February 22, 2018, 04:10:29 PM
Israel's government confirmed Monday that it would treat bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a kind of property for tax purposes.

The notice confirms past indications that the Tax Authority will regard cryptocurrencies as "a property, not a currency", making it therefore taxable as such. The Authority's position was first detailed in a draft circular issued in January of this year.

The circular explains that profits from cryptocurrencies will be subject to capital gains tax at rates between twenty percent and twenty-five percent, while individuals mining or trading cryptocurrencies in connection with businesses must pay a seventeen percent value-added tax (VAT) in addition to capital gains tax.

That latter aspect - excluding broad swaths of investors from potential VAT charges - is in line with a trend seen in recent years since the issue gained prominence. The Israeli government started exploring the taxation of cryptocurrencies as early as 2013.

And while today's announcement was largely expected (given the previous draft release from the Tax Authority), officials there are still working on initiatives that could continue to impact the industry at-large.

The Authority's Monday announcement follows another draft circular published in late January, which outlined potential ways in which the government could tax ICOs. Possible steps include setting a minimum token sale revenue threshold at which a tax would be triggered.

164  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-02-16] Bank of America Has Filed More Cryptocurrency Patents Than Any Othe on: February 22, 2018, 04:07:40 PM
They are going to adopt bitcoin for sure because like I said, it will eliminate their paper works. And thru the ledger, banks and their branches can easily share information seamlessly. It may take time to migrate their legacy system, but if it will improved their business and cost wise then I say they will go for it.
I do not agree with you that they are going to take BTC for sure.  Blockchain yes, it will simplify their work. But they will always be against BTC, because they can not control it.
165  Economy / Economics / Re: How do I get bitcoin? on: February 22, 2018, 04:00:35 PM
Its common question of most of people who want to get online currency. For purpose of getting bit coin we have work be more creative and innovative through our own work or creativeness. When we work as skill staff we can get so many online work after accomplishing this task perfectly we will get some virtual currency like bitcoin. After getting this currency there are so many way to dispense this currency or convert this currency from virtual currency to local or international currency.
For exchanging this cypto-currency to local or international currency we need different system like PayPal and others service providers.

Singapore's Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam said the country's government will "not ban" cryptocurrency.
In Asia, Japan and Singapore are the best markets for cryptocurrency and blockchain in recent years. In China, Vietnam, Indonesia banned bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market, Singapore was very active in developing Blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.
Oyy it is very good for market. I am sure that in Ukraine we will use this system too. I am believe in this system and a am sure that it will develop every day. And country that banned crypto will have trouble in furute.

( better to invest in bitcoin, gold maybe more secure, but bitcoin has more potential to grow

saving money in the bank, will only mean losing them in the long-term with the current high inflation)
Quite agree with this state. We have many new project that gives us new opportunity to increse our capital. So why we save our money in the bank if we can invest and get more.
