161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum a bubble? on: September 19, 2018, 11:39:05 PM
Thats a big no my friend, there are a lot of altcoins that depends on ethereums network, a lot of prothat is being made around and with it l. Though Ethereum is still on a bearish move it will come back strong just like last year and with its current value its is the perfect time to invest.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: everything will be ok. trust in crypto. on: September 19, 2018, 11:31:11 PM
here is nothing new,
everithyng will be ok,
we can see market reborn soon

A lot of speculation back in quarters 1 and 2 that September is the best month to invest, September starts and it brought a bad hang over front the previous month, Most of the coin drops harder than before. Until recently everything starts to come back alive and altcoins becomes volatile again, for me this is a good sign.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Omisego, Ripple, and Neo. on: September 19, 2018, 11:23:47 PM
I want some opinions from you for the altcoins and Omisego, Ripple and Neo. I see definitely potential in those projects. What do you think? My long term with ETH.

I do not know with omisego and neo, ripple is currently pumping . 2 days ago when all is red ripple manage to pump up to 13 percent then the major altcoins followed, ripple is often criticized and a lot of investors hate, but with it potential i doubt they can say anything when it moon.

They say that by Cutting out the middleman crypto currency cause disruption to the global payment system. One of the reasons for the centralized payment processing protocol is to prevent funding for money laundering, terrorist activities, and illicit trade in drugs and ammunition. With crypto currency, it becomes harder to trace transactions and ascertain identities of the participants.

Banks and other institutions are just afraid that cryptocurrency might takeover banks and that they cannot control anymore everyday transactions because of the decentralized system of it. In real sense it is also harder to ignore that it can be used in any illegal means because of decentralization of its financial transactions worldwide. I believe they can regulate it and submit all cryptocurrency to regulations. I don't know but regulations, I think is not good to all.

One key point of the block chain network is to eliminate regulations, or any entity to regulate or control the transactions being donenon its network, not the question is who will regulate the crypto market id so does it defies the sense of having a decentralized system?

While it is true that it will be harder to trace transactions and ascertain identities it does provide a sec of security to the user as they know themselves that their transaction details / data is very much in essence almost hidden which is one of the advantages of crytocurrency, and while we can argue that it can also be a disadvantage due to the fact that it can also be used to make suspicious transactions such as black market trading we can say that it is just a minimal blunder because we know for the fact that the users who does this is only very few. For now ehat we need to focus on is how can the blockchain technology can benefit us and the market that each project represent and with this going right now it will not be long before it s mass adoption.

Great inputs, now lets go with the mass adoption. If all or most of the transaction in our daily lives evolves in crypto, who would collect taxes and fees to improve the government? The miners? With such improvements a country may fall As the stock market and the foreign exchange fall? If all works only for their own benefit what are the possibilities?
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto currency 101 on: September 19, 2018, 01:58:32 PM
My thoughts, since there is no one regulating rules anyone can manipulate the value of any crypto currency. Isn’t that more risky?
Yes.

This happens most of the time when the price moves from time to time, we are pointing the whales for the cause of the price decrease but when the price goes up we are only saying that its due to the demand. And there are scams as well that they are using crypto's to take advantage of their investors.

They are setting the price and making them believe that crypto is legit, this is one of the bad side that others sees because they only think that scams do only exist in crypto's but in other currencies, they do exist as well and came there.

On point! Now as these happens like a cycle, imagine how things can turn out. More so, if crypto really gets adopted to replace the fiat system. What would a country can become if such instances happen? How can this effect the development of a country and the market ot self?
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto currency 101 on: September 19, 2018, 01:53:06 PM
if this system was used only for bad reasons. it would have been completely destroyed by now. however, a new technology is being recognized. in this time, it will be seen clearly. technological investments for the future will continue.  Cool
I believed that crypto can grow way than we can imagine, and can extend more as our technology evolves, perhaps it is shallow to think that the system is not being use for any illegal transactions, i can and it might be used to scams and other illegal matters, my point there is whilos regulating that if the miners are tye only ones enforcing code?

I will say that the supply of bitcoin and most crypto currencies is lop-sided to a small few, but that doesnt really mean the price is manipulated, shit we could debate if gold/silver price is manipulated. But not just anyone can manipulate the price, it would have to be whales or people with endless pockets. Anyone who has large sums of bitcoin is interested in the long term appreciation anyways. Short term market moves are irrelevant in crypto

Great point there. Now speaking of whales, while there is no guarantee that they exist a lot believed that this can be a group of companies that manipulates the value in the market l, have you comentona realization that it can be a government behind it? It so or if its true just imagine the impact of it to the economy. And so there are talks of Bitcoin to replace the dollars. Dont get me wrong I believe in crypto but with scams and all, everything can turn in to a bubble anytime.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Crypto currency 101 on: September 18, 2018, 06:24:13 PM
While we are all busy speculating the value of altcoin or which will replace Bitcoin. Lets back up a little.

Now as i read trough threads and continue to gain knowledge about the potential of crypto currency I started wondering, “how and what are the possible effects of crypto to the economy?”

Back in the days the amount of gold and silver determine the value of the fiat now fiat value is basically determined by how strong a government is. People have to work and dedicate a portion of their time every day to earn for this piece of paper in order for us to live and pay fees. Lets set the US dollars as an example, so ultimately the US dollar is back by taxes and the government in order to support and take care of its people.
Now crypto currency doesn’t have that, it doesnt have anybody enforcing rules and backing it. Of coarse there are pros and cons.

Now going back to Crypto the fact that it doesn’t have any government to control it, it has the block chain that sort of decentralized the authorities behind it making it more valueable as we say.
My thoughts, since there is no one regulating rules anyone can manipulate the value of any crypto currency. Isn’t that more risky?

To talk about the Pros and Cons and this is just one of it. International transfer transaction requires bank and SWIFT ( Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication ) A platform that provides a secure network globally to transmit information. It’s safe but some times it takes days. With crypto currency any transactions can happen in seconds.

What i just wrote is certainly not limited to it, i welcome your ideas and i hope that this could enlighten everyone.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bottom is near... on: September 13, 2018, 01:55:00 AM
Speculation ls wise Ethereum should reach the bottom at 150 to 160 US dollar. Strong and bulk orders at this point can be seen, analysis projects it can be a Black Friday sale. Back to the charts Ethereum reach 167 USD and now pumping with almost 5 percent gain.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coins are about to explode? on: September 13, 2018, 01:51:48 AM
Ripple leads the rally in a twenty four hour chart, most of the altcoins where down and ripple followed my Lumens (XLM) showed a noticeable incline, few hours back most of the major altcoins followed the trend. Ripple can continues the upward trend with 4.50 percent gain.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH bottom levels (inside) on: September 13, 2018, 01:47:50 AM
Looks like Ethereum is up after reaching the 167 US dollar mark. Currently at 189.05 with an additional 7 dollars in an hourlong chart. Ethereum is up by almost four percent. Counld this be the return of Ethereum? As we know a lot of altcoins depends on its block chain that means we can see green across the market.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth Worth $30. Is it possible? on: September 13, 2018, 01:42:37 AM
To be honest 30 US dollars is quite low of a predicament l. Even with the current bearish trend that Ethereum tracks i do not think it will reach your 30 dollar mark. But hey if it does im with you bagging some good amount of Eth. There are a lot of altcoins build on its block chain and as simple as it is it wont be close to zero in that matter.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you still belive in Crypto ? on: September 12, 2018, 12:21:03 AM
When you talk about the technology improvement is the only consistent word to define it now when you add value or monetary to it I guess yiu know the answer. With all fairness to Bitcoin even if it suffered and still on a bearish track it still holds decently.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WIll ETH pass BTC in 2019 ? on: September 12, 2018, 12:14:38 AM
I cannot believe people are still debating whether Ethereum will beat Bitcoin, things are not doing well for Ethereum now my friends, and with the way it looks comparing to bitcoin is not even worth a thought, what we can do instead is to find out what’s causing the drop and determine if this coin can still come back, then let’s continue with your debate.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Etherum 176 $ :o waaaw ?!?!?! on: September 12, 2018, 12:08:30 AM
I heard that etherum will touch 100 $ or 150 $ surely .
But every coin is going down not just ether, so think that ether will go to the moon another time with a 1000 $ or higher when the btc will touch a 20000 $ because btc is the ruler and the boss of all others coin ... what do u think guys !!!

We cannot say for sure. Both your speculations doesn’t meet the forecast for both coins, and far worse yuu are comparing Bitcoin to Ethereum at a bearish market with no analysis to support your statement. We are in a bearish market now and we do not know what caused this.
177  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin at 25000 possible? on: September 12, 2018, 12:03:53 AM
Bitcoin speculation ls shows that it will end the year 2018 doubling up it current value. Charts shows that Bitcoin is still a good currency to invest on. It should sit a little more that 12 thousand US dollar as we approach the end of quarter four.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: eth has fallen below 200$ on: September 11, 2018, 11:57:05 PM
It is surprising how weak ETH is compared to bitcoin as it keeps falling to new lows. If it cannot get back over $200 in the next day or two, then could fall to $150 area.
ETH cannot catch a break, first the bear market, now this btc dump tanking the rest of the market...But I'm a little more positive than you, I think if the downtrend continues we might be looking at $180-$170 very soon, though I think prices will recover in the next few weeks due to the hype around the btc ETF, so hopefully, alts will follow the next btc uptrend. It might be a good time to buy ETH,though, below $200 sounds like an excellent entry point.

Considering the value yes it is very tempting. But the question is, is it still worth investing. Ethereum was projected to even beat Bitcoin when it comes to value by the end of 2018. Now im not eve worried about that. What im concerned about is if it can multiply by ts current value.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: eth has fallen below 200$ on: September 11, 2018, 11:49:21 PM
What is the next goal?

Obviously, its $100. Just sad to see ETH really suffered more than bitcoin. I don't know what triggers another sell off today. Bitcoin is also down at $6200 and we are losing again. So lets just look at the bright side, another good buying point for anyone to enter specially ETH. The coin is still very good and fundamentals is strong. Perhaps investors are just cashing it out right now for whatever reasons. Its another crypto bloodbath, Ladies and Gents.

Agreed with the blood bath. I was waiting for Ethreum to drop more when it was around 350 so i can invest. But now i am hesitant a lot of rumors are spreading that Ethereum may be dead if this continues. I want to believe that ETH is still strong forecast however shows a differently.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: eth has fallen below 200$ on: September 11, 2018, 11:43:24 PM
nobody knows it,
but personally i am expecting it in around $50~$100 before making a comeback.
because Bitcoin is bleeding right now and there is no way ETH makes its way up when everything is underwater.
so if you are intresting with it,you need to wait a little bit.
because it might go deeper from this point

Though Bitcoin is on a bearish move it is actually holding a resistance more decently compared to Ethereum, comparison fromnthe charts in August Ethereum was holding at at least 250 when Bitcoin fell below 6000. Now that everything is bearish Ethereum shiw that it can drop more.
