Лично мне кажется, что крипта сможет окончательно и полноправно закрепиться в мире только лет через 10. Это достаточно молодое явление, и для всего нужно время, что бы привыкнуть. Крипта - не исключение.

Мнение большинства сходится, как ни странно. ETH действительно имеет право быть новым батей на рынке криптовалют. Мне кажется, где-то к концу года он закрепится окончательно.

Судя по последним новостям, то шанс у инфы стать точной 60-70%. А с такими шансами, конечно же растет и настроение по эфиру. Закупаемся и ждемс, так сказать.

Ну, если отвечать по пунктам, то у меня вот так:
- ICO обычно ищу в топах на разных сайтах.( Не выбираю для инвестирования, а именно ищу) Так проще.
- Очень сложно определить, скам это или нет, но в основном это зависит от сложности работы кампании для баунти хантеров.
- В первую очередь на цели и размах руководителей ICO. Если они говорят что-то сказочное и запредельное, то от этого вряд ли можно ожидать какой-то выхлоп. Так же немаловажно, какие люди находятся в команде, т.к. например в России очень большой шанс наткнуться на скамовые ICO, поэтому их следует обходить.

К сожалению, для этого нет объективных источников, что бы можно  было максимально быстро и удобно узнать о топовых баунти. Тут только своим трудом и наблюдательностью можно найти достойную кампанию. Среди критериев очень важны сами правила кампаний. Иногда они требуют минимальный объем работ, чем привлекают большое количество аудитории для работы. Но шансы попасть на скам, в таком случае - очень велики. Если кампания требует достаточно многого, то значит там люди настроены серьезно, и вряд ли кинут своих "работников" на награде.
