We need new exchanger after cryptorush is falling
Do not trade on Cryptorush! They are a failing exchange and are bankrupt.

I ordered a 800GH machine in the Jan #2 batch (supposed to ship Jan 15 - lolz).
As of today my machine is 46 days late (first 10 days of being late don't count according to CCP, otherwise it would be 56 days late). So already I better be awarded an additional 40% hash power according to CCP (10% per every 10 days late). This is assuming it would ship today of course, which it won't. In 4 more days it will be 50 days late, which at that time I better be awarded 50% more hash power as promised by CCP. This will mean they have to fill my 800GH machine with a 5th card, and also and me an additional machine with 1 card.
In 14 days from now it will be 60 days late, at which time I will request full refund + 10% guaranteed by CCP.
Am I understanding this all correctly?
Hi, Yes your calculation is accurate. @giorgiomassa as of today my order is 71 days late.According to your CPP I can request a full refund + 10% after 61 days of being late (first 10 days don't count lol): http://bitmine.ch/?page_id=8503) After the 61st day of late shipment, you have the right to request a full refund and we will pay you an additional penalty of 10% of the initial order amount. I just sent an email to info@bitmine.ch requesting a full refund + 10%. Understand: Do not send me any machines! I now want my money returned as guaranteed my your CPP. When can I expect my full refund and how will it be delivered? Everyone is watching.

From one dev to another, go x11. asics by gridseed are literally selling out all over in 2 months all coins that hope to be GPU mined will need a new asic resistant algo. I've followed your coin for awhile, give your loyal ppl x11 algorithm and you can cut mining cost but maintain a great hashrate to secure the blockchain, its a win win.
This. Seems the scrypt ASICs will absolutely destroy most scrypt coins. Any coin wanting to stay around is going to need X11.

When was the last time dev posted here?

Not going to lie, I am actually pretty angry about this, some of those crap coins they added didn't even get any reasoning on the thread. Oh well, I know this will come around and bite them when they have an exchange full of dead coins Actually I'm a bit of surprised that NXT didn't make it. It has huge community but that obviously wasn't enough. they all paid BTC to get in, simple as that and my guess is NXT did not want to pay This, guaranteed.

Was wondering the same thing.

It would be helpful to put the version number of the new wallet QT in the op. It is v0.8.6.3?

My miner will be 61 days late in 4 days, at which point I will be requesting a refund + 10%. Anyone actually received a refund?
|
|
|
So did the original devs sell all the pre-mine and run? Any pre-mine in the hands of new devs?
|
|
|
Lol I got 0.1, stopped mining this is just silly.
|
|
|
Diff 20, just got live on a pool even tho I had 4 set up as failovers lolz. What a waste....
|
|
|
We mined 4 more blocks than usual we are going to give those away! Again sorry for the delay
WTF?? 2% premined is not enough for those greedy scammers?? They want 8%
That's like 8 coins, no biggie.

remember asics are not neccesairily a bad thing. they help secure the blockchain and make it harder to do a 51% attack.
Asics are not a bad thing. The only important question i can raise is whether you want NobleCoin to be available for the common user? By that I refer to the high hashrates required to mine bitcoins. My opinion would be that those high hashrates are only for the wealthy people and do not match the intentions of NobleCoin. Well, if Noble price goes up in accordance with the network hashrate, then smaller amounts of the coin will be worth more. So really it should all work out, assuming the price goes up if ASICs hit the network.

Well,
I tried setting up a node using no-ip, after a day of failing to get the ports to forward, I give up.
Also, yes the wallet does sync, for about 10 seconds and then it is back to Wallet (out of sync).
Is there anyone else that is also falling out of sync just after it does sync, watch it for a few seconds, don't just jump away yelling yeah.
I am using the block chain archive and all the nodes on the OP list.
Yup, I'm on the right blockchain and my wallet says "Synchronizing with network...0 hours behind" constantly. I'm getting payouts from the pool tho, so it is working despite the annoying eternal syncing issue.

How to setup failover pools using verminer can you copy the config Thanks Vertminer tested on Vertcoin pool, working! (a first for me mining this kind of coin). Registered at 4 pools, failovers set up, all set!
I use a bat file. setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 vertminer.exe --scrypt-vert -o stratum+tcp://rt2.poolerino.com:3358 -u WORKER -p PASS --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://rt2-stratum.hashfever.com:3274 -u WORKER -p PASS --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com:3379 -u WORKER -p PASS --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://stratum.eu.roto.hardcoreminers.com:3016 -u WORKER -p PASS -I 20 -g 1 -w 256 --expiry 0 --scan-time 0 --thread-concurrency 22935 --lookup-gap 2 --auto-fan --gpu-engine 1000 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-powertune 20

After deleting the old blockchain again and adding the latest conf file, my wallet is still stuck at 17533...
Download the new blockchain and swap out the files with what you have in AppData/Roaming (quit wallet first) http://coin-base.info/astrocoin/asr-blockchain.tar.gz
