Received an update today from Bitmine on my February week 1 / batch #2 order (Order no 315x, queue position 500) for a 400gh/s desk:

My order week 5 January, 30## has had no such email (1 TH/s). I *have* been told that the earliest I can request a refund is April 13th. I have requested a refund already, as they have never given me a queue number despite many times of being asked, so they haven't adhered to their rules at all; but they say I must wait until April 13th.

By that point I will be getting a full 50% CPP, so 2 x rigs totalling 1.6TH/s.  Surely it's easier for them to just refund me now for the original BTC?

Their own rules on refunds is 61 days or more delayed delivery. That's end of March for you....? (tomorrow)

I ordered a 800GH machine in the Jan #2 batch (supposed to ship Jan 15 - lolz).

As of today my machine is 46 days late (first 10 days of being late don't count according to CCP, otherwise it would be 56 days late). So already I better be awarded an additional 40% hash power according to CCP (10% per every 10 days late). This is assuming it would ship today of course, which it won't. In 4 more days it will be 50 days late, which at that time I better be awarded 50% more hash power as promised by CCP. This will mean they have to fill my 800GH machine with a 5th card, and also and me an additional machine with 1 card.

In 14 days from now it will be 60 days late, at which time I will request full refund + 10% guaranteed by CCP.

Am I understanding this all correctly?

Yes your calculation is accurate.

@giorgiomassa as of today my order is 71 days late.

According to your CPP I can request a full refund + 10% after 61 days of being late (first 10 days don't count lol):

I just recieved an automated email that my order from nov 2013 is now completed.

The email does not explicitely mention how many hash I will recieve, the CPP is not implemented, so I guess I will find out when I open the package.
I assume 40%.

I wonder how long it will take before the package arrives. I expect it this monday.

 I will keep you updated.

Oh, one minute later I recieved an email by antonio where the amount of moduls in the package is clearly mentioned.

So I assume that's what I will get then. (Although the amount of moduls antonio mentiones, is not the same amount that another support guy told me last week)

Well let's see what the surprise package holds for me.

Look forward to extensive review pics and videos, guys.

Well personally I rather have my order now and the CPP later than nothing at all. Timing is that important.

In our case we are eligible for a refund only somewhere in june after my calcuation ,supposed to get our miners at 28 feb ,then the first 10 working days that doesn't count and after that 10 days we can start counting .so they can shoot till june without any problems for them according to that customer protection plan joke.

the CPP is calculated with weekdays, not working days Smiley
I have checked this with bitmine
So eligible to have refund in beginning of may

Hi,
Just wanted to share our experience on Bitmine. We placed an order last year, end september, upgraded the original order 2 times, got a coupon for 50% more hashing power (because it was not delivered on time) and lastly a compensation for the delay of the order (customer protection plan 10% per 10 days delay). In february we were thinking about asking the refund but I sticked with them. So what happened.
we got them at the phone several times, mail many times, discussed the compensation and then we drove 8.5 hours to Camorino.

Yes they do exist, they are real and they're human Smiley

We were welcomed by Christian Anselmi and greeted by Giorgio and other staff.
We discussed the current delays and as it seems they are not caused by them but by other companies having to deliver parts, some deliver in time but not the quantities agreed upon, causing delays to complete order. Others delivered to late, and others have delivered wrong parts, all this with the result that they have very painful delays. They're pushing out as much orders as they can, testing each machine and refunding people who ask for it and ofcourse are eligable for it. We saw the warehouse and they are working around the clock to deliver.

Anyway:

We stepped out 2 hours later with 4 Coindesks Smiley

and now they're happily mining away

For what it's worth to the waiting customers, they're really trying to fix this as soon as possible.
