If you look into my a) forum profile signature b) forum posts c) Facebook page... you can find as much about the 2 property deals I'm currently working on.

I'm not a professional real estate agent or anything. Nor do I plan to continue buying and selling properties as my profession.

It just so happens that hyderabad property is family property and the goa property is kind of getting lucky by being at the right place at the right time.

So both have a "saturation point" in my mind as well as in my life  Smiley

On this thread I plan to track all the related progress, adventures and everything in between.

Always happy to answer any questions and more related updates coming soon!

Got an experienced local, GOA property lawyer meeting fixed for tomorrow.

why sale agreement
- locks the deal
- buys time, about 1 to 6 months to pay 38 BTC, for sale deed... don't think will need that kind of time

why sale deed
- legal owner of the property

Hoping for lot more clarity and updates after my lawyer's meet.

So you're conceding that you don't know what LTC is?

Nobody give this guy anything unless he coughs up 105% in alt-coin collateral.  This one is close to the top of my "Fishy ****" chart.

Last night when I posted, it was extremely late at night here, I was very tired and just a tiny bit drunk. I'm in GOA, bitch!  Grin

Also, I'm relatively new on the digital currency scene.

Half way into my sleep and I was already wondering, oh, LTC as collateral, that's an option!

1. Enough alt-coin to cover the loan if you happened to not pay.
2. Send the loaner an item valued at the loan amount.  If you don't want to do this, use an escrow agent.
3. Provide the loaner with documents that verify who you are that can be cross-referenced.

Can easily look more into point 3. As per the need and the lender profile, will look into point 1 and 2, I'm thinking.

About 20 to 25 BTC might also suffice for loan.
169  Economy / Lending / Re: Buying GOA, India Property, about 38 BTC Needed, Lucrative Deal! on: January 13, 2014, 07:17:57 PM
get this loan without some form of collateral

Wondering what my options are.

I could do this for 1600 LTC collateral, but it would have to be paid back fairly quickly (ie. 30 days or so).

Please elaborate on "1600 LTC collateral"?

They only take BTC for payments or something?

I'm one of the strongest believer in BTC.

By they if you're referring to property owner and/or Indian authorities, we can have part INR and part BTC.

Mostly INR for property related Indian authorities and BTC can be for everything else.

171  Economy / Lending / Buying GOA, India Property, about 38 BTC Needed, Lucrative Deal! on: January 13, 2014, 06:16:15 PM
Total approximate market VALUE of this GOA, India property is about Rs 85 lacs = $133k (/Rs 64) = 140 BTC (/$950)

This property is located in chapora, vagatore / anjuna, goa, India. I'm currently here.

I'm able to first get this property on my/our name for about Rs 23 lacs = $36k (/Rs 64) = 38 BTC (/950)

Rs 64 and $950 I used for above calculations is dynamic and flexible, of course.

Once the property is registered on my/our name, we've the complete control over how and what balance we give the property owner. This is possible because of certain Indian property laws and personal relations with the property owner.

I'm already working to make the 38 BTC arrangements to get this on my name but wanted to post here to see if I can get any interesting options and/or opportunities.

I'm planning to make a new Facebook page to sell this property for the very best price, soon.

Will be happy to answer any questions and will post new related updates soon.

new, old, good, bad, doesn't matter. Politcians are politicians. In the end they'll just rob our BTC. Even if it is AAP or anyone, after a period they all become puppets of businessmen and Mob bosses with huge money reserves.
Then we'll know all these actions against the corrupt is just a survey, which helps them to plan new strategies and take corruption to a whole new level.

ROB our BTC without our consent?

How the hell can this happen?

That challenges all the fundamentals that BTC is build upon, I'd imagine.

http://www.indianexpress.com/news/aaps-graft-helpline-number-to-advise-callers-on-conducting-sting-catch-corrupt/1216909/

AAP have setup a helpline to address corruption in the country. Here is another way to do it and gain access to Big Data in no time.

Create a Bitcoin Address and associate it to the AAP's campaign.

To prevent dust, an amount needs to be specified along with a transaction note in order for it to reflect as a source of information.

This generates campaign revenue(if allowed, else, it generates tech resource) and helps build a dataset to scrub for information.

This also creates a Public Liability system where the public can track their complaint/ resolution forever in an open manner. This information cannot be suppressed or changed, hence providing more power to the people.

Very interesting.

I hope I can leverage AAP to solve some of the issues surrounding my property, soon. The congress guys in power do pretty much whatever they feel like!

Perhaps most interesting for me is these top ranker holders represent over 21% of the entire outstanding amount of the Bitcoin currency. Core developers and people around them?

"Entire outstanding amount of the Bitcoin currency"

outstanding amount?

178  Local / Mining (India) / Learning to mine Bitcoins via the cloud. on: January 10, 2014, 09:15:03 AM
I like the whole idea of mentor mentee process.

To speed things up for my own experience, I got this Fiverr gig - http://fiverr.com/thealchemyst/teach-you-how-to-mine-bitcoins-via-the-cloud

The key points via thealchemyst's perspective:

- Setup a funding account, buy some Bitcoins via Coinbase.com or wherever

- Will need $100 or $200 worth of BTC to get started with this cloud mining

- One of the best cloud miner is CEX.io to start mining

If you've experience with anything related to this, please do share Smiley
