Total approximate market VALUE of this GOA, India property is about Rs 85 lacs = $133k (/Rs 64) = 140 BTC (/$950)
This property is located in chapora, vagatore / anjuna, goa, India. I'm currently here.
I'm able to first get this property on my/our name for about Rs 23 lacs = $36k (/Rs 64) = 38 BTC (/950)
Rs 64 and $950 I used for above calculations is dynamic and flexible, of course.
Once the property is registered on my/our name, we've the complete control over how and what balance we give the property owner. This is possible because of certain Indian property laws and personal relations with the property owner.
I'm already working to make the 38 BTC arrangements to get this on my name but wanted to post here to see if I can get any interesting options and/or opportunities.
I'm planning to make a new Facebook page to sell this property for the very best price, soon.
Will be happy to answer any questions and will post new related updates soon.

You can start with some collateral for that 38BTC, then move from there.

I'm one of the strongest believer in BTC. By they if you're referring to property owner and/or Indian authorities, we can have part INR and part BTC. Mostly INR for property related Indian authorities and BTC can be for everything else.

Yeah man, I dunno if you'll be able to get this loan without some form of collateral. I mean, I could do this for 1600 LTC collateral, but it would have to be paid back fairly quickly (ie. 30 days or so).

Wondering what my options are. I could do this for 1600 LTC collateral, but it would have to be paid back fairly quickly (ie. 30 days or so).
Please elaborate on "1600 LTC collateral"?

About 20 to 25 BTC might also suffice for loan.

In the previous post you state "please elaborate on this LTC". Then in your sig you state you accept all cryptocurrencies. So you're conceding that you don't know what LTC is? Nobody give this guy anything unless he coughs up 105% in alt-coin collateral. This one is close to the top of my "Fishy ****" chart. EDIT: "wondering what my options are" Here are some Give the person who is offering you a loan the following: Enough alt-coin to cover the loan if you happened to not pay. Send the loaner an item valued at the loan amount. If you don't want to do this, use an escrow agent. Provide the loaner with documents that verify who you are that can be cross-referenced. If you cannot do this, then you cannot have a loan. Plain & simple.

Last night when I posted, it was extremely late at night here, I was very tired and just a tiny bit drunk. I'm in GOA, bitch! Also, I'm relatively new on the digital currency scene. Half way into my sleep and I was already wondering, oh, LTC as collateral, that's an option! 1. Enough alt-coin to cover the loan if you happened to not pay. 2. Send the loaner an item valued at the loan amount. If you don't want to do this, use an escrow agent. 3. Provide the loaner with documents that verify who you are that can be cross-referenced.
Can easily look more into point 3. As per the need and the lender profile, will look into point 1 and 2, I'm thinking.

Got an experienced local, GOA property lawyer meeting fixed for tomorrow.
why sale agreement - locks the deal - buys time, about 1 to 6 months to pay 38 BTC, for sale deed... don't think will need that kind of time
why sale deed - legal owner of the property
Hoping for lot more clarity and updates after my lawyer's meet.

Looks like if the sale deed acts as collateral, the game is for about Rs 75 to 95 lacs, for this chapora, goa property.
