Sad to see the campaign end even though I was no longer a member anymore.  Was hoping to get back with the campaign eventually since I finally reached Sr. Member. Oh well, enjoyed the campaign while I was a member.  Thank you Stunna for all your hard work!

With PrimeDice ending for the most part, is there any decent sig. campaigns left?

I think the one thing that could stop bitcoin, is if there is to many damn scams!

That's definitely one thing that is preventing a lot of people from looking at it as a legit type of currency.  Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.  It just means that if it does take of, people who believed in it sooner will be better off.

One word, and it's what will be the downfall of society and likely the death of all humans: GREED!

Odd timing to see this thread.  I started playing WOW in 2011 during the 10 day free trial TV deal.  Was waiting for back surgery so it was a cheap way to waste tie after the trial ran out.

Received an email the other day and have been thinking about signing up again.  I see they have a new expansion coming out.  I have 2 guys in the mid 60's, wondering if its worth while to play again.
165  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would you do if you received 20 bitcoins? on: September 16, 2014, 06:31:10 AM
Your just sitting there and you get a notification that you have received 20 bitcoins out of nowhere. What would you do?

I would cold storage 10 coins and sink the rest into mining equipment.
166  Other / Off-topic / Re: What video games do you play? on: September 16, 2014, 06:27:12 AM
I used to play World of Warcraft a few years ago while waiting for back surgery.  It was a good way to pass the time rather cheaply.  I received an email from them the other day and it got me thinking, how many people still play it?

I don't think I know anyone that actually plays it anymore? Is it still worth playing?
167  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you like cheese? on: September 15, 2014, 08:29:36 AM
Love Cheese!  Always trying new types when I have the option.

My favorite though is sharp or aged cheddar.

This stuff is awesome:

What happened to this nonsense Dank? The end of 2014 is drawing nearer.

Let me disclaim, to be fair: if this doesn't manifest into reality by 2013, 2012 is nothing, concert doesn't happen, I will get a job and pay my dues.

There you go... By Dank's own words, he should have quit the pipe-dreaming
and got a job LAST year.   So why isn't he?

He's Lazy and self entitled.  He figures the world owes him something and everything should be handed to him.
169  Economy / Lending / Re: Am about to go homeless, could use some help on: September 05, 2014, 02:51:37 AM
I don't take money from people.  Squall was an isolated incident where I was scammed for 500 dollars subsequently by two vendors and did not have the resources to repay loan so I gave him all I could, 22 BTC.  I shortly moved out of my house afterwards because I couldn't continue business.  Either one of those orders would have been enough to cover squall's $1000 principle.

I have no concerns about becoming musically connected and inevitably organizing the music festival, no one plays the guitar quite like me, and I still have a lot of way to go until I reach my best.  The idea is irrefutable, I am just waiting for the general population to awaken, which we are steadily approaching.

Yes you do, you just admitted it right there is the bolded statement.  I even highlighted where you agreed.

Mountain Dew is my new fav.  Had some a few days and love it!

I'm not a soda fan either, but damn, it's tasty!

171  Other / Off-topic / Re: FACEBOOK IS DEAD on: September 04, 2014, 03:28:14 AM
Facebook is slowly becoming like myspace where it is just losing its fame. It's not dead yet.

Yes, but soon it will be!

You have any proof to back up the claims?  Facebook is a money making machine and it's stock is hovering near an all time high, and it's users are still increasing.

It isn't about to die anytime soon.
172  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you buy movies online? on: September 02, 2014, 02:53:45 AM
Yes, and its cheaper to buy online.

Yeah it costs like 12-15$(Better than the cinema Grin a ticket costs around 8$ but if you purchase for 15$ You can watch over and over again with friend Grin) And you get best quality plus for lifetime you can download again and watch.

Watching in Cinema is a more realistic experience. Great sound surround system, very huge screen and 3d. Another advantage in watching cinemas if you have a new girlfriend, very dark a nice way to explore her body while watching the movie.  Smiley

I have a 60" TV with an top notch home theater system. Just as good if you ask me.  You don't have to deal with asshats getting up, cell phones going off, and idiots yelling at the screen.  As for the new girlfriend thing.  Can always have a few drinks while watching the movie and easily explore on the couch without risk of being thrown out of the theater.

I "buy" movies online all the time.

Seriously though, I haven't paid for a movie in years, no reason.

Except you know, actually supporting the films? Maybe try visiting a theatre or something once in a while. Hell, buy a DVD / bluray as a gift.

I'm not about to spend roughly $15 bucks plus food/drink to go to a theater for some crap movie.  Went to a VIP theater a while back, while nice, it was grossly overpriced.

The film industry hardly needs the support either. maybe when they decide to stop ripping people off with the garbage they try to call movies nowadays, I'll choose to support.  Been a VERY long time since I've watched a movie that I thought was worth the price of admission.

174  Other / Off-topic / Re: TV Series Recommendations... on: August 29, 2014, 10:46:15 PM
Started watching Married with Children from the first season, forgot how funny that show was and how cutting edge and controversial it was at the time. It was the TV show that built the FOX Network.

Definitely a must watch.

175  Other / Off-topic / Re: FACEBOOK IS DEAD on: August 29, 2014, 10:40:41 PM
Facebook is trading right about at it's all time high on the Nasdaq. As much as people are saying it's dying, it's money numbers prove otherwise.
176  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn Bitcoins Simply By Posting on: August 21, 2014, 04:31:27 AM
I just find it ridiculous how much people bitch over a few free coins...it is amazing how serious people take a signature payout.  Stunna is a busy guy and will get things sorted out eventually, and people should just be happy he pays for your posts.

I have to agree with this.  I was a member of the campaign since February.  I was paid out for every month.  Five in total.  Last month I was absent from the forum and made like 5? posts for the month so there was no claim, obviously.

People need to relax, Stunna will pay out if you are eligible and if you have enrolled correctly.  Give it a few days.  In the mean time, just calm down and enjoy the forum, you will get paid!
177  Economy / Lending / Re: Am about to go homeless, could use some help on: August 21, 2014, 03:20:01 AM
Dank just got bumped up to legendary member!! That is all I have to say.

hopefully he will enjoy his legendary status because he wasn't wise enough to save any bitcoins.

What is wise in saving bitcoins when you could spend them and save the world through a music festival?

I'll take the later.

No, you can't "save the world".   Are you trolling or just very stupid?

I beg to differ.  I can save humanity from extinction.  We can.

Not likely.  Maybe if you get help and accept you have some problems, you can save yourself from extinction. Baby steps.

Haven't been around in a while and I see LOTS have changed.

Just gonna take the time to thank Stunna and the PrimeDice campaign, it was fun while it lasted.  I'll continue to advertise the campaign in the short term even if I'm no longer eligible.  Gonna still be away for a while. Life has got busy over the last little while.
179  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: August 07, 2014, 03:44:17 AM
Seems like this Gold vs. BTC saga isn't gonna end soon.  Grin

Of course it won't. If shit ever hits the fan, most people are going to want something physical (gold) to trade for goods that they have that others need.  i don't see gold ever collapsing like some people want/or think it will.

Gold is here to stay whether bitcoiners like it or not.
180  Other / Off-topic / Re: What kind of mouse you use and do you like it? on: August 07, 2014, 03:38:46 AM
I'm using the optical wheel mouse that came with my computer.  I don't mind it as it does the job, but I miss my wireless mouse I had a while back.  Much bigger than the one that came with the computer and had some pretty sweet features.  Unfortunately, no cord means i can throw it easier.  I went through 2 of them before I decided it was too costly, LOL!
