Yes, I spoke today with the administrator, bter works, try the transaction again Doesnt matter what they says Bter are liers and thieves ,i doubt that they ever send any coins . |

Why do you not sell qora for btc and withdray btc?
In our case, we were depositing Qora. BTer was holding each successive deposit longer and longer, starting at a few days, then weeks, now months before crediting the deposit. Luckily, as the deposits took longer, we were reducing the amounts. With the last deposit, they immediately transferred the funds to their forging wallet, then began claiming the wallet didn't work, when we can all see it is working. This was 3+ months ago. We have not received a reply from support in nearly 1 month, but the replies were pointless anyway as they all say the same thing no matter what question you ask. Dear Sir,

My question is how much is the foraged coins worth in btc or usd and is it worth the flak they are getting for it?
When someone steals $50-$100 bucks from me, lies for 12 weeks and holds $14,000 (at one point) of other peoples money hostage ... yeah it's worth every single bit of the flak IMO. Of course they deserve the flak. My questions is why is it worth it for BTER....... to make a few bucks at most by wrongly holding other peoples coins. I think it's not and I think it's more about incompetence. - They say there is a problem with the wallet.
- The wallet has been forging (even today, collecting 50 Qora from the infinite loop each block), receiving/sending funds without issue.
- If there was an issue, as a legitimate business owner, would you A) continue holding their funds for 3+ months or B) refund their funds via another method or out of another wallet?
I dismissed "incompetence" long ago. This is either personal with a few people (totaling $14,000? who knows how much of that is being held or is even real) who've pissed off their support (by holding the customers funds and not answering questions with anything other repeated canned responses) or it's an outright fractional reserve caught in the act. I'm currently leaning heavily towards the latter with a low probability of that opinion changing or ever seeing the funds again. Its not incompetence at all , because before the hack they were competent enough to not have any problems with qora wallet and were responding and solving problems very fast. Now they are just delaying inevitable end of their exchange and trying to scam as many people as possible before they go bankrupt . |

I'm not defending bter but how much are the coins they are forging worth ? I THINK ITS ABOUT HALF A BILLION QORAS as far as I know BTER is #1 and #6 wallet. you can do the maths...  they hold tons of qora hostile. My question is how much is the foraged coins worth in btc or usd and is it worth the flak they are getting for it? i think its about 50- 70 btc in current prices |

this. looks like BTER is collapsed to be honest. I hear similiar things from other crypto communities. So, the best place to trade Qora is CCEDK. bter holds withdrawals or deposits too? They are thieves !!!! They are decieving people letting to deposit cryptos and then telling them , sorry your deposit is stuck . ( meaning thank you for your donation ,you will never get it back) |

It's been 12 weeks since BTer claimed to have a problem with our deposit.
In 12 weeks BTer claims they still can't figure out their wallet issues, this is admitting to being incompetent.
In those 12 weeks the wallet our funds are still residing in continues to forge and collect fees without issues.
That same wallet is also collecting and sending funds during this 12 weeks without issue.
How does OP or any BTer rep explain this?
Why can't BTer simply cover the funds (proven to be received by BTer) in Bitcoin or simply refund in Qora from another wallet (since the working one it resides in doesn't work when trying to refund our account for some reason).
What possible explanation could there be to hold customers funds for 12 weeks regardless of the problem on your end?
Bter is a complete scam ,they said the same thing to me and my qoras are stuck in Bter as well and forging as well . |

elmit, if you are selling financial products in germany you need to fullfill the requirements for example of § 34f / § 34g. this has nothing to do with being a bank.

there was no adapted buy order in august. please take a look at the asset orderbook...that is classic scam in my opinion.
I called him out myself, honestly I never trusted or liked the guy very much. Nonetheless I supported his project, now it seems he is thieving from everyone. Very upsetting and yet another scar on BURST. Honestly it is quite ridiculous. I say go after him if you can, if you're in the same country. He has yet to respond to my call out. I received 2% from BdeBank, 300 Burst. I own 300 shares (15,000) *0.02 = 300 I don't know if maybe there is a ex dividend date, you might of missed? I did not missed anything because i am holding for a few month and i got only about 0,6- 0,5 % this month . So where is my 1.4 -1.5 % for july Whats going on??? |

When I say hardball, I mean you need to let them know that you will be telling the rest of the world about this, and they can expect only difficulties from then on if they dont act on this immediately. I received answer and withdrawal was executed within a few hours. It should not be necessary to act like this to get your funds, which I why I suggest you to take it all out.
I think we threw too many hardballs and must have beaned BTer's customer service on the head a few times.  8 weeks and still no funds from BTer, only the same lame excuse that their wallet doesn't work, while you and others continue to receive funds, from their non-working wallet, that everyone, including us, can see forging just fine and sending funds to other people without issue ... but yeah, it doesn't work when they try to send us our funds. (have we mentioned that before? lulz) I would love to be able to withdraw my funds, but the issue I have been having with Bter now going on 7 weeks is my deposit to the Bter provided address has yet to credit. The funds have shown in the wallet via block explorer since day 1, but Bter has failed to make that balance available for any interaction. Here's the real kicker, in the interim, they have managed to forge 667 Qora with my balance live in their wallet. strange , last week i withdrawn about 20 mil without any problems . 3 transactions took me a few minutes |
